A Different Identity:

I woke up earlier than Kirito this morning, so I ran down the stairs and made pancakes, eggs, bacon, I cut up some fruit, and I ran to the store to get some whip cream. After getting the whip cream, I pulled out two plates, and two sets of silverware. I lay them out on the table, then put the servings on the plate. I ran up the stairs and jumped on the bed.

"Kirito wakey wakey!~" I yelled.

"Five more minutes..." He rolled over, and fell off the bed. I giggled, and jumped then sat down on the bed, whilst still giggling.

"Asuna!" Kirito growled.

"Uh oh!" I scrambled to my feet then ran down the stairs, him chasing after me. I ran into the kitchen then stopped, "Surprise!" I sat down in my seat.

"Asuna!" Kirito sat down and started to devour the food.

"Hey, can I ask you a question?" I started.

"You just did but continue," He replied.

"Okay. Well, I was wondering if something happened at Fairy Tail. You seemed pretty down yesterday." I sighed, knowing this conversation was going to go in the direction I hoped.

Kirito paused his eating, and looked at me. "It doesn't matter, it'll be fine in a couple of weeks." He sighed, looking at his plate. "Kirito," He stopped me.

"Asuna, I'll take care of it. Don't worry, okay?" He smiled at me, "Thank you for breakfast, it was lovely." He put his cleaned plate in the sink.

I sat back, and sighed. Why doesn't he tell me anything? I swear, I feel like I'm in the dark. I ran up the stairs, and sat on the bed. "Kirito," I called.

"Asuna?" He came out with his shirt off.

"Please tell me." I begged.

"No, Asuna. I will deal with it." He ran a hand through his hair.

"Kirito." I whined, "Please." I gave him my puppy eyes, his own personal weakness, except this time...he didn't budge.

I sighed, "Fine, I'll let it go." He looked to me and said a quick thank you.

I went to my closet, looking at all the choices I had. I slipped on dark wash jeans, a white shirt, and a pink leather jacket. I then pulled on my black high heeled boots. I walked down the steps, grabbed my black trench coat, then grabbed my keys and started to the studio.

Instead of going to the studio, I walked to Fairy Tail. I sighed and looked to my feet. "If Kirito isn't going to tell me, I guess it's time for detective Asuna." I walked in and talked to Erza. If though she didn't recognize me as Lucy.

"Hi, what can I do for you?" Erza asked sweetly.

"Hey Erza!" I waved.

"Hi Asuna!" She smiled and looked to me, waiting to see why I was here.

"Kirito?" She asked. I shook my head.

"Actually, don't tell him I was here. This is sorta secret." She nodded, telling me to continue.

"Well, you see Erza. Kirito has been acting strange lately, I wanted to know why. I keep asking him but he just tells me he'll take care of it." I spoke.

"I see, well." I watched as Erza turned her screen to me.

"You see this," She pointed to a spreadsheet. I nodded.

"Well, another company has more investments and partnerships. Meaning one thing," She cleared her throat. "Fairy Tail is at risk." I nodded, telling her I was understanding and she could continue.

"Fairy Tail has the possibility of losing business." She finalized.

"Thank you Erza." I smiled.

"No problem Asuna. Come again soon!" She waved.

"Bye Erza, Levy! Tell everyone I said hello!" I waved.

"Bye Asuna!" Levy and Erza chimed as I left.

My walk to work was calm and quiet. I walk into the studio's building, and use the elevator. I walk into my studio, putting my coat on the rack and keys on the key holder. I put on my apron. Then get back to work on my globe. I touch up on the blue's of the ocean, I clean up the white spots everywhere, and touch up the people.

I look over to see the plaster.

"Crap, I forgot to put that away." I slammed my hand against my forehead. "Oh well," I pick up some newspaper and crumple it up into a pyramid making a small circle in the middle.

I start to put on the plaster, and take out my brown paint. I let the plaster dry, and start to paint the stand for the globe. I let the stand for the globe dry. I stand up on the chair, and place the globe on the stand. I got off the chair and admire my work.

"Best piece yet!" I smiled and take out my phone for work. I take a picture and put it on my website. Within' seconds, the people start bidding on my work. I smile and put my phone down. And then it hit me, "How am I getting this out of my studio?" I almost fainted.

"Well, you could make more," A voice came from the door. I look over and see Erza and Levy.

"Erza, Levy!" I run over to them and give them a hug.

"Woah Asuna!" Levy gushes.

"Thank you," I bow and giggle.

"Well, what do you say Asuna?" Erza interrupts.

"I say yes!" We all run out of the studio, with our coats and my keys.

"May I borrow the large studio down here?" I ask my studio's receptionist.

"Of course Asuna. Just make sure to clean up afterwards," I nod and take Erza and Levy into the double doored studio.

"Let's do this!" I smiled and get to work.
