Connie's away with her family out of town, so I don't see her or Steven for a long while, that is until Steven's 'friend' Lars from The Big Donut practically sets the whole town on fire because he ate fire salts. I sigh as I make my way to Steven's house so I could practice Sword fighting with Pearl, and then hand to hand combat with Garnet later.

"So? You're a fusion of a Ruby and Saphire?" I ask Garnet as we are alone in her room, where no one else can disturb us unless they bubble themselves or something. "Please, tell me how that happened?"

"Well..." she goes on to explain how her Ruby and Sapphire met and the battles they were in with Rose Quartz. After her stories, we train a bit before it's time for me to train with Pearl before heading home. I use the warp pad to take me to where Pearl waits.(where Pearl trains Connie.) we train first, and then we have some time before I'm supposed to head home.

"So... why does my moms recognize Steven's Gem? If Rose Quartz was made way after they were banished, and Onyx was asleep in that volcano, how come she can recognize Rose's gem on Steven?" I ask.

"Well... you cannot tell Steven or the other Gems. You can't tell anyone!" I nod to assure her I won't. "Rose... was Pink Diamond...(spoiler, sorry?) she faked her own death because she didn't like life as Pink, and she knew that Blue and Yellow wouldn't listen to her as a Diamond, she saw no other way... she fell in love with this world in her Rose form."

"Mom– well, Red says that Pink was always one to not follow rules, and she loved her anyways... do you promise not to tell anyone my mom's secret, if I tell you it?" I ask, wanting to tell her about my mom.

"Of course. That's a very fair deal, Morgan." She offers a smile.

"My mom, the red one?" She nods. "She's Red Diamond while my other mom was originally Blue Diamond's Morganite before she was supposed to become Pink's after her creation. My moms fell in love, so to speak? And they knew they were still missing something, and didn't find it until they were banished and woke up 50 years ago. They met my dad only 20 years ago, having me a few years after they met..." I explain. "My mom... gave up her fusion form so that I could live, and I can feel that they don't want to be forced to unfuse, in fear of losing me..."

After explaining a bit more to Pearl, I decided it was time for me to go home. On my way, I bumped into a boy slightly taller than me. His hair was gelled(maybe?) upwards and curved, and his hair was white. His eyes were a beautiful sky blue. I blushed as I realized I was staring.

"Sorry, I need to go!" I yell as I run off. 'Smooth Morgan, real smooth...'

When I get home, I see that Dad already went to bed after a tiring day at the hospital. He worked with Connie's mom. Anywho, I head upstairs to my room and go to bed as well. Hopefully tomorrow will be a good day, no disasters... plus, tomorrow is Beach-a-palooza!

When I wake up in the morning, I get up and get dressed for the day. The Beach-a-palooza is tonight, so I have a few hours to kill before heading down to the beach. So, to kill time, I pack a picnic basket for lunch, and head up to the light house above Steven's house. I heard from Steven that they would be gone on a mission most days, so I don't really expect interruptions. I set the picnic basket on a blanket and take out my mother's whip from her gem on my belly. Next I take a large Crystal from my Morganite gem on my right thigh, and combine the two and create a crystal sword type of weapon. I then use my gems to create illusions to fight against for training. I don't stop until long after noon. When I do stop, I head to my basket and grab a sandwich from it and eat a couple. After I finish, I decide to take a nap so I can watch more memories...

"Cmon! I promise they won't find out!" I giggle, pulling Morganite along behind me. We were in my castle thing on HomeWorld. She was very worried we'd get caught by my sisters or other Gems. Luckily, I gave the gems in my sector a 'day off', and my sisters don't normally come by, except Pink, but as far as I know, she's training with Yellow and Blue.

"O-okay My Diamond..." Morganite stutters as we get to my chambers.

"I wanna try something. Do you trust me?" I ask softly. She nods shyly. "Oooooooh, my little Morganite, no need to be shy~"

"Yes, My Diamond." She takes a deep breath and smiles a bit more confidently. "Now, What is it you wish to try, My Diamond."

"Close your eyes, please..." She obeys and I set up a few illusions, making the room be covered in beautiful artifacts and plants. "Open now."

"Oh... my... My Diamond, this is beautiful." She whispers softly.

"Not as beautiful as you." I say seriously. "Morganite, you are..." I sigh deeply before grabbing her hands in mine. "One of a kind."

"My Diamond..." her eyes widen slightly before narrowing. "No, it is you who is one of a kind. You are magnificent, I have no idea why you would waste your time in the company of a gem as low as I."

"You are not a low gem, M, you are the most beautiful, magnificent, extraordinary, and unique Morganite and Gem I have ever met in my life time. I would love to spend the rest of my life, with you." I tell her before getting an idea. "Let's fuse as one, so you can know what I mean! Oh please, My dearest Gem! Please! Oh please!"

"A-Alright." She nods softly, obviously terrified. We start to dance together and once we've fused, I show her all of my thoughts I've ever had of her since our first encounter, that is until I hear a gasp.

"Pink?!" I exclaim as I see Pink Diamond start to run from the room. "Pink! Wait, please, allow me to explain! Pink! Stop!"

"W-What are you?! Who are you?!" Pink shouts.

"It's me, it's me your sister, Red!" I tell her. "I'm just... fused..."

"With whom?! Is this a forced fusion?! Unfuse and I'll have the gem shattered!" Pink says in fear and worry. I stiffen.

"No! I will not have her shattered!" I feel Morganite start to tremble before we unfuse due to the different feelings we have at the moment.

"A-a Morganite?!" Pink exclaims before staring at me.

"Pink, please, understand that if anyone forced this fusion, it was I."

"B-but why? She's a morganite!" Pink asks in confusion.

"She is MY Morganite and I care deeply for her!" I yell loudly. I cover my mouth as I realized I yelled at my youngest sister. "Pink... I..."

"I-I should go back to my duties..." Morganite bows before leaving.

"Pink. I didn't mean to yell at you. I just don't want Morganite to be shattered, she means so much to me and I can't... I won't live without her. I care for her, differently than I do for you and our sisters."

"You... do you love her?" Pink asks softly, eyes shadowed by her light pink hair. I nod and she starts giggling. "Finally! I knew it!"

"W-What?" I ask, completely confused. "You're not mad?"

"Of course not! I had a feeling that you two had deep feelings for one another! I totally support you two and I promise, I'll tell no one of this!"

"Thank you, my Starlight." I kiss her forehead as I hug her to me.

Sadly, White found out a few years after that, and banished them both. Pink swore she never told anyone, and Red believed her, and held no hate in her heart for her. She felt that maybe one day, her and Pink would meet one another once again, but sadly it won't ever happen... but at least they will meet again in some sense. Steven is my cousin, technically, since our mothers are both diamonds...

"Hey." I hear above me. "Are you Alright? What are you doing here?"

I look up to see the boy I bumped into last night. He's dressed like he was last night, though I didn't get a good look at his outfit since it was dark. He's wearing a blue hoodie and orange pants. His hands are in his hoodie pockets and I see the sun already setting in the sky.

"You Alright, lady?" He asks again. I simply nod, my cheeks heating up.

"Uhhh, Yeah... I'm fine, I was just dozing off..." I say as I pack up my blanket and picnic basket. "Uhmm, could you tell me what time it is?"

"Oh. Maybe 8?" He says looking at the sky. "Sorry, left my phone with my younger brother." He blushes slightly. "I'm Sour Cream."

"Morgan." I shake his outstretched hand and then let go. "I should head home and drop off this stuff before I go to the Beach-a-Palooza."

"You're going to the Beach-a-palooza?" He asks.

"Yeah." I nod and he then explains he was going too, and then offers to walk me home before walking me to the beach. I accept and we talk and become friends, finding out we like similar things.

We both like music, and he's even wanting to be a DJ. He's more silent than I am, but I'm fine with it, since I could probably talk for the both of us. When we get to the Beach later on, we find out that we both know Steven, who is playing at the palooza with the other Gems. We only found this out since I started cheering for the young boy, and he revealed his encounter with the kid.
