"Cuba I don't leaving the others was a good idea" Barbados said as she chased Cuba who was walking deeper into the forest. "They decided that they would go their own way so we go our own way" Cuba said and pulled his arm away from Barbados who tried stopping him. "It was just an argument we can't split up because we all had a disagreement on who should try distract the guard forces while the others leave. I know they all choose for you to distract the soldiers but we can't leave them behind just like that!" Barbados grabbed Cuba's arm. "Well they could've chosen you to distract the soldiers and get caught, why me?! I don't want to die either!" Cuba turned around and pushed Barbados away. "Cuba please-" Barbados almost fell backwards. "Either you stay with me and we go on our own way or I go alone and you can go with the others" Cuba said and glared at her for a moment. Barbados stood there, silent and deep in her thoughts for a moment. She opened her pelican wings a bit. "Alright I'll come with you.." Barbados rubbed her elbow and said. Cuba sighed, he stepped closer to Barbados and looked at her hand. There were small cuts on her hand. "Come with me, I follow this forest very well and I know theres a village nearby. The people there are with us countries so they'll help with your wounds" Cuba said and lightly grabbed Barbados's other hand and took her to the western region of the forest.

after a bit of walking they reached a small village next to the caribbean sea. Some of the people saw Cuba and Barbados and smiled and waved at them.

The village leader ran to Cuba. "How did you two escape?! The soldiers were everywhere! Are you injured?" The leader asked, he was a good human friend of Cuba's. "I'm fine Erissa, my friend Barbados here has a few wounds on one of her hands" Cuba said pushing the leader, Erissa back. "My my, your a beautiful country! i highly doubt you two are just friends and nothing more. Come with me, Barbados was it? anyways I'll you two settle in the village nicely" Erissa said with a smile on her face. Barbados had a slight blush as Erissa quickly grabbed her arm and took her to one of the huts. 'I swear to god Erissa' Cuba thoought as he tried hiding the slight blush on his face. He decided to explore the village for the rest of the day.

Cuba walked towards a group of kids who were playing together. One of the kids noticed Cuba and ran towards him. "Cuba! we've heard about you from aunt Erissa. You should visit more often!" The kid said as she looked up at Cuba with a happy face. "me and my friend Barbados are going to stay here for a long time kid, I knew that Erissa would tell the entire village about me" Cuba got on one knee and looked at the kid. "My friends would love to play with you, do you mind playing with us?" The child asked. Cuba smiled and nodded. The child then grabbed Cuba's hand and dragged him to her friend group. "Guys he agreed to play with us!" The child said as her friend all smiled and laughed.

"Guys we should've not said that.. now we has lost hombre Cuba and Barbados.." Costa rica said(she speaks in a bit broken english as she doesn't know it well and it suits her). "Costa you know how Cuba is, he's full of himself and Barbados always clings onto him" Belize replied. The others were silent as they felt a bit guilty. "I is missing  the both.." Costa rica said while looking at the ground. Belize sighed and went to Costa rica, She hugged Costa and patted her back. Puerto rico looked around for a moment. "I heard that mexico had been spotted in Mexico city, maybe if we head to the gulf of Mexico we can find him and leave in a group including him to make sure we all are able to leave safely and that he's also doing alright" Puerto rico said. Dominica nodded to his idea. Haiti also nodded and looked at Costa rica and Belize, "What do you guys think? we all can leave safely and try find a abandoned site somewhere in California if we can" she said. "I agree with you idea, we meet with Mexi and we leave safe" Costa rica said in a light an slightly happy tone. Belize thought about it for a moment. "Alright, at least we and Mexico can leave to a better and safer place. It's been a long time since we saw him too. We'll have to get going immediately, we're currently in Dominica's country so the gulf of Mexico is far from here so we all better meet up there and find Mexi fast" Belize replied to which the others seemed happy and got up. "So what are we waiting for let's go find our hombre!" Haiti said and jumped.

[Athens, Greece]

Serbia ran around the broken down buildings, Bosnia(I'll keep this as his nick name) followed him. Kosovo looked around. "Serb wait up! we have to find a safe house here" Kosovo said and went after Serbia. "I know that the safehouse Greece, Italy and Turkey were hiding in! We can go there as the soldiers have abandoned this place" Serbia said and frantically looked around the streets. Bosnia nothing two flag poles on one of the buildings. One had a EU flag which was half torn and then the other had Greece's flag which was on fire set most probably by the soldiers. "I found the entrance!" Serbia said as he opened the door to a shady looking shop. Kosovo and Bosnia went behind Serbia and looked into the shop. "Are you sure this is it..?" Bosnia asked. "Few days before those three were caught, Greece sent me a letter that she had a feeling they would be caught so if that happens she knew their countries would be abandoned so she gave me the location of their safehouse so we could hide here, this is it" Serbia entered the shop and pushed a collet aside revealing a tiny secret door which he opened and took a lamp to light the way. Kosovo followed him. "You guys can follow me, in the safe house theres another exit but this is the only entrance" Serbia said as he got on his knees and started to crawl into the small path to the safe house. Bosnia sighed and also crawled into the path behind Serbia. Kosovo was the last to enter the path.

"Serb move quick your butt is too big" Bosnia said. "I have the only source of light and was that an offence or a compliment that I'm thick?-" Serbia was cut off. "It was a offence you fxcking idiot and your fat not thick" Bosnia replied as Kosovo tried holding in his laughter. "Rude much, I think I see the end-" Serbia said and put the lamp down for a moment and pushed open the door on the other end. "Thank god I don't have to see your butt anymore" Bosnia said. "I'm glad I don't have to crawl anymore" Kosovo said. Serbia moved the lamp out of the way and got out of the path. Bosnia and Kosovo followed. Kosovo stretched his back as Bosnia took a deep breath.

"They really messed the place up huh" Bosnia said and started picking up some shards of broken glass. "We'll have to clean this place up to make it feel more like home if we're staying here for a while" Kosovo said and grabbed a broom to help Bosnia clean up the floor.

(10 minutes later)

Serbia went to the book shelf and started looking for something, he threw some of the books on the ground. "Serb! your not helping by throwing those books around! we just finished finished cleaning up-" Kosovo said when, "I'm trying to find the potions book, I know for a fact that someone who was banished caused this entire thing. When we felt the dark aura enter our realm my inner dhampir sensed a presense of a banished being enter our realm. I'm trying to find the potion recipe book so we can make the potion of truth, potion of strength and a few more to make sure we can find out who did this and make them pay" Serbia explained. "So that's why Greece sent you that letter?" Bosnia asked. "Yes, she knew that someone was causing this so she sent me the letter to the safe house so we can get the potions book and stay here for a few days and then start our mission to defeat the guard forces and find out who did this" Serbia said taking out another book which seemed to be the one he was looking for. "What if another group of countries are doing that same but are far from us? We could try use our magic to contact them and do this together, it'll be better that way" Kosovo said and put his broom down. "I guess, I know a way to contact a certain someone who's presense I felt also come back" Serbia said and started flipping through pages of the book. "Who is it?" Bosnia asked. "I can't confirm yet, I know it's a old dead empire is all I know" Serbia answered. "How is that even possible?" Kosovo was confused. "I'll explain it later, for now I need you two to get these ingredients for this potion that'll help" Serbia said and showed the book page he had landed on.

"Water lilies, I don't think that water lilies are found in Athens or not" Kosovo said looking at the list carefully. "I think I saw some waterlilies on the outer areas of Athens and the other stuff can be found easily, but where is the exit Serb?" Bosnia asked after looking at the list. "The exist is next to the bookshelf, the door is bigger and leads to a small lake in outer Athens, I know there's some water lilies there, I'll get whatever stuff we need on out mission packed while you two get these items and then after 2 or 3 days we'll leave Athens and try contacting the other old dead empire to help us on the way" Serbia said and grabbed 3 bags. "Alright, get extra clothes too" Kosovo said and went to the exit. "I'll grab everything we'll need that'll last hopefully for 3 or 4 months, just worry about getting the stuff first" Serbia said and looked around for packed food items and other rations. "You can get more rations from the shops too, lot of stuff in them is still in good condition surprisingly. We'll be heading out now, cya Serb" Bosnia said as he and Kosovo left through the exit. Serbia waved at them and started looking around for clothes and food that was packed.

Serbia found lot of Italy's and Turkey's old clothes. He felt a bit bad knowing what happened to them but he knew they didn't have time so they had to get rations, fast. He devided the clothes and saw which clothes would fit each of them and put them in each of the bags. He found one of Greece's golden flower drowns, he felt more guilt and kept it in his bag. 'I promise Greece we'll make the person who did this to you pay for everything..' Serbia thought, Greece was like a sister and he was extremely hurt when he heard what happened to her, Italy and Turkey. He then went to the small kitchen. He saw a lot of food items that could be used as snacks on their journey so he grabbed all of them and put them in another small backpack. He then went back to the bookshelf and looked for some more books with important potion recipes. He got 2 more books and stuffed them into his bag. He found another book, Turkey's dairy. he got curious and grabbed the dairy and put it into his bag to read it later during the night. He looked around and found a note, it was written by Italy. He wondered why all three of them had written something as if they knew this was going to happen and they knew they wouldn't be able to complete a certain plan they had and wanted some other country to do it for them. Serbia decided on reading the note as it was one page.

"Greece told me and Turkey everything, I also had suspected someone to be behind all of this. I sense that the soldiers may find us soon. She told us about the letter she sent to Serbia. Serb I know you may be reading this so please, the one doing this can't be defeated by regular country magic. Only something called a realm breaker can help defeat the one who's behind this. I know that we'll be caught and killed so please, do what you must and find these realm breakers and defeat and permanently get rid of whoever is doing this

Serbia had studied about realm beakers and knew a bit about them. 'This person has to be powerful to only be defeated by a realm breaker' he thought. He kept the note in his bag. He grabbed some more books on realm breakers and some on historic countries that were banished to another realm. He had to get another bag which he stuffed all of the books in. He got a rope and tied the two bags together. The bags were heavy but he could easily carry them at once. He checked and he had packed everything the three of them needed on their journey.

(ok thanks to mom helping with some stuff that happened I felt better and wanted to update this book. I'll have to move on if I want me to be happy and I feel really good rn after a bit of time of thinking about what I want. I've decided that mom, Ru and the other chaimusketeers are the only friends I will talk to on pm and if you want to talk to me go follow my ch insta acc ashy_is_legit_awesome where I also post more artworks or on my discord which is linked on my yt channel trailer which is linked in my bio!
