On the bridge of the helicarrier, saying all hell broke loose would be an understatement. While Nick Fury was standing near the controls, keeping his gaze locked on the horizon with his arms crossed, behind him was an argument with many people involved. Tails stayed next to Fury, keeping himself busy by re-calibrating the rail-gun once more.

It wasn't because it sounded bad...

He just didn't want to join the yelling match.

"She shouldn't have been left alone in the first place!" Steve shouted for the fifth time. Hiccup rubs his face with one hand and gestures for Toothless to stand down behind him. "She wasn't alone! Just because we gave her some privacy does not mean we left her alone! We had been outside that house until you arrived, then we had to leave because New Berk was under attack." Steve shakes his head and crosses his arms. "What was attacking Berk?" He asks, and Hiccup shakes his head. "We never made it there, because we heard the explosion. We circled back just in time-"

"Nightmares."

Steve and Hiccup turn to spot Tony and Astrid walking in. Astrid moves towards Hiccup and holds out her hand. Black dust leaves it, and Tony nods while moving towards the massive table. He taps it multiple times, and it suddenly comes to life. Holograms of a map and graph appear floating above the table. "It would seem that in the past seven months since his last appearance, Pitch has been using his new Nightmares to recruit the villains across the world." Tony shows a track of many black particles forming lines across the map, which soon forms into a globe. "I finally found a way to track this... dust... and I have accurately found every place he has visited... or plans to visit."

This gains Tail's attention, and the small twin-tailed fox quickly makes his way over to Tony's side. Steve follows while Astrid says something to Hiccup. Toothless gazes up at them, and the Chief of Berk gives him a nod. The dragon swiftly moves away and down the hall, disappearing in the elevator that barely fit the poor reptile.

Tony shows his calculations and the movements, and Tails nods encouragingly while Steve simply stares in complete confusion. "I'd say his next stop is going to be here, where the portal to 'Minecraft' has been spotted." Lifting his hands, Tony zooms in on a spot where cubic items are seen and stand out among the normal items in the world. "As of three days ago, Pitch has had many Nightmares frequent this spot, but they never seem to be able to enter the portal."

Steve turns to tony, confused. "How do you know that?" Stark gestures to Tails, who nods excitedly. "Because when Sonic and I first came to this world, it was in a portal-like phenomenon, and when we were able to find our way back home as well, it was through another portal phenomenon. In doing so, we realized that the portals leave fragments on anything, living or not, that passes through. With that in mind, we were able to figure out how to track them until they expire, which is usually in about twenty-four hours."

Steve turns to Tony, trying to not look like the old man his brain was at the moment. Tony smirks. "If something goes in, stuff gets stuck on it for a day and we can track it." Steve nods, and Tails continues, letting a soft chuckle out. He flicks his tails around and lifts himself onto the table, pointing towards the portal. "One of the equations shown earlier is the formula to track those portal particles, and the Nightmares haven't had any on them after they leave this area."

Steve's eyes slowly start to widen in understanding. "They are missing something to activate the portal...."

Tails nods and gazes towards the hallway Toothless went down. "And I think they know who does know how to open it."

Before anyone else can say anything, Fury turns around, his hand leaving his ear. "That will have to wait for now." Everyone turns to him, and Nick crosses his arms again. 

"She's awake."
