I love christmas!!!!!!! No joke its my favorite day, then my birthday, then easter, then new years and then other peoples birthdays.
I'm always in port Macquarie on Christmas day. The traditions start on Christmas eve. My 9 year old brother, Ronan will cut carrot, pour milk and get a cookie or biscuit for Santa. Then we will both put out our stockings on the lounge. Then we go to bed. On Christmas eve I always struggle to sleep, I dont know why, I just do. This year was no exception. As I nearly drifted off to sleep I heard a huge bang followed by an owww. Turns out my nana had fallen down the stairs landed on her sore hip and grazed up her whole arm. She was assuring everyone she was fine. My grandad was sorta panicked though, forbidding her to walk down them in the dark again. It was so sweet, I want someone who cares that much. Anyway I did eventually fall asleep.

I woke up at 5:04 am on the 25th of December 2015. I was about to jump out of bed screaming "get up get up" until I realised that we weren't allowed up till 6. Damn. Let me just say I did not go back to sleep. I actually counted seconds.

It made time go quicker.

When everyone was awake {Ronan, mum, dad, nana and grandad} we all made our way to the lounge room. First Ro and I opened our sacks. After that we went in oldest to youngest to open the others.

Nana ~ when mum bought her a garden ornament cat cause she hates cats
Grandad ~ when he opened the present from Ronan it was a shirt that said "retired, if you talk to me I'll charge you a consultant fee"
Mum ~ her cake thing, duh!

Ronan ~ on his Christmas list he asked for a goat. From santa he got a toy plastic goat.

After opening presents we had breakfast and went to church. I wore my new clothes {duh} and my hair in a ponytail. I was gonna wear it out but decided against it cause I had a haircut and I'm not sure yet wheter I like it or not.

After the service we got home and started on lunch. It was a little difficult cause nanas oven broke so we had no oven. But we made do and had a super amazing lunch.

After lunch we all went to the beach, which by the way WAS BEAUTIFUL! The water was so warm. Unfortunately we could stay long cause Sam and Maddie and their parents were coming for arvo tea and dinner.

We got home had arvo tea {cheezels and twisties ftw} and got in the pool. We play this game where my dad and Sams dad skim a skim ball to each other across the 15m pool and us kids have to stop it. Let me tell you this game hurts. Especially when you pop up from under water and get hit in the face. Or when Sam purposely tries to hit you!
Once we got out we came inside to wait till dinner. Maddie asked me to play hide and seek with her, so I did. She found me straight away everytime. It was a little embarrassing being beaten like that! After a few rounds we decided to go outside and find Sam and Ro. They were climbing trees and jumping out of them. Sam said I couldn't climb the tree {such a lie}, he said I was making excuses. Which, by the way, is so not true. I was wearing a dress! No way was I climbing a tree in a dress, especially not my new Lee Cooper one. Luckily I was saved when we were called for dinner.

Dinner was really yummy. We had cold meats, Frankfurts, chips and salad. With 12 of us in the dining room it was a of a squeeze, but we managed. I was pulling Maddies bon bon with her and my arm flew back knocking over my glass of lemonade. It went everywhere. All over my dinner, my dress, the table cloth and the floor. It was majorly embarrassing!

After dinner and dessert we opened more presents. I got a new Christian CD and a card and sticker book. We gave Maddie some loom bands and Sam bunch o balloons. Ro got a fancy nike soccer ball.

After they left it was 10 o'clock and I was zonked. I fell asleep thinking, what an amazing christmas.
