Control Lost.
Lapis was asleep when the five met up weeks after the reveal. The other three were surprised to find out about the VK but the sadness hit knowing that any others that showed were unknown.
"Is he..." Scarlet paused at the younger girl's distress.
"If you're asking if he's inside, he is. But I don't think he's awake. He was pretty peaceful when I woke up, so he might not be awake. But the fact that we found one." Rand gulped.
"When did the reveal hit?" Scarlet rubbed her eyes.
"10:20 pm. Why?" Rand leaned his head back.
"I could be wrong, but around that time I overheard something within Midnight's group at that time. I'm not exactly sure what, but Cedar was on the phone with someone. There was a point that he was listening more than he was talking, which makes me wonder if he was talking to Lapis." Spenser gulped.
"That would mean the whole group knows about me and Scarlet. I don't know if they know anything about you guys, but with the knowledge that Lapis pulled that off scares me." Scarlet got up and peeked into the room where Lapis was. The dark haired boy was still resting. He had turned over, but not much movement since. She gulped as she went back over.
"Let's say Cedar was listening to our conversation. Who else was there?" Rand paused.
"Parchment, Midnight, Cedar, Blue Eyes and Red Eyes. The five of them were all there silent as Cedar was listening to the phone. Parchment and Blue Eyes did collide a couple of times while he was doing it, so I couldn't over hear whatever he was listening to." Scarlet hummed.
"Admiral, Sven... Have any of the people in Almia acted... strange?" Admiral sat up.
"Dijon and Crepe have started avoiding me and Seafoam ever since she asked what was keeping them together." Sven hummed.
"There's been a couple of people outside the base I've noticed. I can't list them right now, but I know a couple of them that seem to be acting weird." Rand hummed softly before it hit him.
"I'm an idiot... I've clashed with some VKs a while ago. I only gained two of the three identities, but I've clashed with them." Scarlet blinked.
"Why didn't you say something?" Rand gulped.
"I almost forgot about it. Remember how we were supposed to go get an orb called the Sacred Scarred Orb of Lullaby?" Spenser chuckled.
"And you drastically failed?" Rand frowned.
"I didn't fail. Someone forced me to trade it. It was either the orb or I was going to be the only top ranger down there. And as much as that would be great, picture that sector after I go down." The group gulped at the thought.
"This seems familiar... oh wait! I was put through something similar. Only no wasn't an option." Rand chuckled.
"I could've said no. But there was a consequence with it. It was a do or die deal. Either I did it and killed all of our hard work or I didn't and a ranger was dead. But how they did it surprised me and gave me the idea that they were VKs."
"What?" He glanced at Scarlet.
"One of them controlled the ship. As in... she lowered it to our ship's level and pulled a board over to our ship with just a flick of her wrist or a snap. Another had full control of the water. My daughter pulled her into a duel. She tried to push her off the board, but the water brought her back up. There was another guy, almost like he was there for a reason, was giving commands to the crew that was there. I was shocked that such a group was pulled together. But I only got the two girls' names."
"Who were they?" He paused.
"The ship girl... the male that I think is another VK said her name was Arctic." Admiral put her head down. "And the water girl introduced herself as Melody." Admiral groaned.
"Right under our bloody noses..." She sat up and sighed. "I know both of them. Why am I shocked at this?" Sven gulped.
"We both know them... Melody is Isaac's younger sister while Arctic is Crepe's." He paused. "That would mean Crepe and Isaac..." Admiral hummed.
"Isaac doesn't really seem like he would be capable of being one. Crepe I can see. Why would they hide that?" Sven took a shaky breath.
"You don't think the reason Dijon and Crepe have been avoiding you is because their answer is the Isle, do you?" She stopped at his words.
"You might be right... that would explain it." She gulped. "But the fact that I told Isaac about us." Sven hummed.
"But he also said he would keep it a secret, even to Melody. Not only that, but he hasn't shown any aura that says he could be one. I think we should ask him in private." Scarlet glanced at Rand.
"Be careful down there. We don't know what these guys are planning." Spenser sighed.
"I say the next meeting will be more on intel we grab. Let's go." They nodded as they turned their normal eyes on and left. Scarlet peeked into the room and saw Lapis still asleep. She went over and touched his head. His eyes fluttered open as she hummed.
"Morning... Not feeling well?" He rubbed his eyes as he looked up at her.
"What time is it?" She chuckled lightly as she looked at the door. Spenser quietly waited as she looked at Lapis.
"10:04." He blinked before slowly sitting up. She placed a hand on his shoulder and laid him back down. "Oh no you don't. You look as dead as Wintown's weather."
"I'm fine..."
"Go back to bed, Lapis. We'll see you at lunch if you make it." Lapis almost didn't say anything against her before laying back down and falling asleep. She looked at Spenser before the duo went out.
~~~
"Isaac!" The blonde turned to see the two top rangers running over. "Can we talk?"
"Sure." Admiral smiled as they walked towards the Altru building.
"So... after putting some pieces together, we figured some pretty interesting things out. Did you know that your sister was a VK?" He hummed.
"Not until recently. But yes." Admiral hummed.
"So... in that case are you-" He cut her off.
"No. I got my dad's side of the family. He's not a Villain. My sister got all that. I could call myself one, but I wouldn't be entirely correct." Sven hummed.
"So... who's your mom if your dad isn't a villain?"
Isaac stayed quiet as Melody, Ponte and Arctic raced passed them. A yelp followed. The trio glanced back to see Crepe up a tree, looking fearfully down. Dijon looked at the scene in confusion while the trio tried to get the shaking boy down. Melody eventually pulled them away as they ran towards Pueltown. It was only then did Crepe start climbing down.
"Why does that happen?"
"They scare him for some reason. Alone, not so much, but he will not stay in the same room as the trio." He sighed as Dijon and Crepe started heading for the Union. "But my mom is Urusla. I was surprised..." Admiral paused.
"I take it you didn't know that until recently as well?" He nodded.
"My sister told me everything. I'm not going to go into detail about it, but it was interesting to find out..." Isaac smiled at them. "Well I have a conference to attend. See you guys later." The duo nodded as he left. They started heading towards the Union when Admiral went down. Sven panicked and went to her side.
"Admiral?" She shuddered as she grasped her arms and hugged her chest. A shaky breath escaped into the air as she slowly stood up.
"I-"
He bit his lip. He wasn't far from where she was. She gulped as she grasped a nearby tree.
"Don't think I can keep going..."
He gulped as he glanced over her. The glasses were no longer working as the black eyes practically burned through. He gulped as he rubbed her back.
"Come on Admiral. You have to be stronger than it." She shuddered as a soft voice, almost invisible, appeared.
"I... don't think I can... this time..."
He gulped as he pulled her out of view. The smaller girl trembled as Sven did. Silence came as Dijon and Crepe passed their hiding place. Sven did something on his styler before turning it off. He then took Admiral's and turned her's off as well. She watched with a weak gaze as she sat down against a tree.
"Sven?" He smiled weakly as he sat down beside her.
"Let's see what happens. Because this is our fall to it." She gulped as she leaned her head on his shoulder. The dark aura circled them as they sat, knowing that there wasn't another option.
~~~
Scarlet cursed as she and Spenser took a rest. She glanced at her styler and huffed.
"Sven and Admiral just went down. They just sent me a message saying don't wait for them." Spenser huffed gently as he looked at her.
"Scarlet... you illusion just dropped." She paused as she tapped the back of her head. Her red eyes weakly flickered on and dimmed. He froze at the sight. She hummed.
"What?"
"Scarlet, I don't think the illusion can keep going. They're dim." She froze at his words.
"No..." She shuddered before turning to him. "You can keep going can't you-" She stopped as he shook his head.
"I already felt it. I can't keep going. The device is failing." She sighed as she held out a hand. He took it as she pulled him into the greenery. She grasped her styler before sending something and turning it off. Spenser sat down and turned his off.
"I feel bad for Rand. He doesn't have anyone to check him."
"Yeah..."
~~~
Rand quivered at the messages. He wasn't far behind. He had told the others he would be out. Midnight, who seemed concerned, was trying to reach out to him to see what was wrong. He stood in his empty home, his wife and daughter in another region, staring at the messages from Sven and Scarlet. He was the last one, and he wasn't going to make it. He looked up at the mirror that sat in front of him as he sighed. His black eyes were relaxed, but this wasn't going to last.
"Voicemail, Voicemail, Rand? What's going on?"
Midnight was really getting on his nerves. He wanted to respond, but that wasn't going to happen. Sven and Admiral went down first? He had actually been first. But he fought so hard to not get caught off guard by the others. Now here he was, on the last straw from their group.
"Rand? Come on, man. What's going on?"
Midnight clearly had a death wish. Rand stayed quiet as a voice started whispering in his head. A small tear slipped down his face. He was about to make a group of kids clean his mess. It hurt to think about it.
"Rand? Say something, please. You're making people panic."
Rann stayed quiet as he looked at his styler. What could he say? That he wasn't doing well? That he was about to kill someone? To tell him to shut up? What was right?
"R-rand?"
He thought he heard a choke of tears in that one. Was Midnight actually freaking out over there? He gulped as he raised the styler to answer. A soft, yet knowing voice escaped him.
"I'm sorry Midnight."
And with that, he turned his styler off and put it in a cupboard. A shaky breath escaped him as he sat down. The last thing he could remember was hearing the calm waves just outside the window that was there.
~~~
"Rand? Rand! What do you mean by that? Rand!? Answer me!"
Midnight quivered as he practically shouted at his styler. This was not normal. The other four quivered at the volume of his voice as they watched him panic. Parchment went over and placed her hands on his shoulders, gaining the smaller ranger's attention.
"Midnight. Listen. Relax. I'm sure he's alright. He might just need time. He's a top ranger." Midnight quivered.
"I understand that, but he doesn't do this! He answers faster than any ranger I've met. That's why I trust him more than most because I know he'll answer. Something is wrong! And why did he say sorry? He hasn't done anything wrong!" Cedar pulled him into a hug as the tears raced down his cheeks.
"Midnight, it's ok. We'll go stop by his place and see if he's there. If he is, then we can ask him what's wrong. Don't beat yourself up about this." He glanced at Bluealle. "Can you steer the ship towards Rand's place?"
"Sure..." She went up the wheel and changed course. Midnight quivered in the older boy's grasp.
"Midnight? Do you want to talk to Janice or Ice?" Midnight glanced at her as he calmed down slightly. His face was red as he rubbed his eyes from the tears. It hurt seeing the young ranger not in his normal composure. He gulped and nodded. She thought he said Ice, but his words were too quiet as he buried his head in Cedar's shoulder. The operator sighed.
"Call Ice. He bonded with Midnight a lot better than Janice did." Parchment nodded before calling the ice mage. Upon his answering, she explained what had happened and to alert the others after he was done calming Midnight. He agreed and she passed the phone over to Midnight. As the two boys were talking, Bluealle called her over.
"Are your dragon skills sharp?" Parchment frowned.
"Why are you asking that?" Bluealle pointed to the shore. Rand's house was coming into view and there was an open window.
"Can your senses get in there?" Parchment hummed as her eyes flashed. A brief image hit before she trembled.
"Not sight. Let me see if I can hear..." She closed her eyes and automatically she could hear every second of it.
"I'm sorry... everyone... I couldn't... be safe..." She frowned as the words repeated. The others went over as she sighed.
"He keeps repeating 'I'm sorry', 'everyone', 'I couldn't', 'be safe'." She looked at them. "That's all I'm getting. I cannot see inside without hurting myself." Rednal gulped.
"Then let's be careful. If something happened then..."
They nodded as they docked. Midnight touched the door slightly and yelped as he pulled his hand back. A dark marking wrapped around his hand as he shuddered. Cedar immediately got to his side and pulled out his kit. He started mumbling several chants that quickly dissolved the marking. Bluealle went up and she pounded on the door. She, unlike Midnight, wasn't too affected by whatever enchantment was on the door. She hummed as she studied her hand.
"This door does not like you, Midnight..." Midnight gulped as she glanced at Parchment. "Let's give it a VK special guys." Parchment and Cedar nodded as they got into position. Parchment let the blue and green flames wrap her hands as she created a symbol on the door. Bluealle followed her lead as she sent colored sands upon the door. Cedar's eyes flashed as he sent spirits at it and slammed into the door. It opened with ease as he sighed.
"Let's do this."
Rednal gulped as he brought a light into his hand and led the way. A door slammed somewhere, no doubt where Rand was. Cedar went over and knocked.
"Rand? We came to talk-"
"Leave me alone!" Midnight jumped out of the way of an incoming blast while the others ducked. Midnight gulped.
"Rand, please! What's wrong!?" Rand hissed before another blast was sent. Rednal pulled them out of the way from the door before calling out.
"Rand, it's just us. We just want to talk. Why don't you come out and tell us what's wrong?" A steady huff came from the door.
"No... leave me alone... please..." His voice drifted back to his original words. Midnight gulped as Rednal called out again.
"Rand, just tell us how we can help." The words stopped as a shaky breathing filled the air. Midnight gripped Cedar's arm as a dark voice appeared.
"Leave me alone before I fire again. And I won't miss." Rednal glanced at Cedar, who quickly pushed the girls and Midnight out. Rednal went to the door and paused.
"Rand, last chance. We can help." The dark aura surged dangerously. Rednal almost collapsed if he was gripping the doorframe. He gulped as he went over to the others. Midnight was shaking as he curled up into a ball.
"This is wrong... this is all wrong..." Rednal opened his mouth to respond to the younger boy's distress when Bluealle and Parchment pushed him behind them.
"Night's Bridge!"
A wall of silver and dark blue appeared in front of them as something nearly hit the ship. A pillar of darkness encased the house as they held the wall. Rednal and Cedar joined them while Midnight called out.
"Rand!?"

Lapis didn't get a kind wake up call at lunch. Both signals were down. He had gone to go see where they were and almost got attacked by the duo. He was barely able to get out of the way as their signature Flame Tornado roared to life. He wheezed lightly as he looked around.
"Guys? I thought we agreed on even terms. What was that for?" A growl answered, stopping him. He slowly stood up as spirits wrapped around his arm. "G-guys? What was-"
"G-go away..." He shakily straightened up and gently started over. A fire blast raced through the air, barely missing him as he sidestepped. He gulped as he stepped forward.
"Guys? What's going on?"
He quickly put up a barrier as another Flame Tornado raced at him. Unlike the usual he was used to, he struggled before jumping out of the way. It kept going before disappearing before a tree. At least it was somewhat considerate. He turned around to the spot the attacks were coming from.
"Guys...?" He quietly called out. "I want to help. Just tell me what's wrong?"
"J-just g-go away... please?" He paused at the shakiness of the leader's voice.
"Spenser? What's going on? You know I can help you." Another blast of fire roared at him. He grasped a handful of spirits and threw his own fire blast. The two attacks collided before disappearing. "Please guys! Let me help!"
"N-n-no-"
Wherever Spenser was going with his words he didn't get there as a strange noise hit the air and a pillar of darkness hit the area. Lapis almost didn't make it if the spirits didn't put up a barrier. He flinched before calling out.
"Spenser!? Scarlet!?"

"Voicemail, Voicemail, Anyone?"
"Yeah Wendy?" Linda answered while Crepe was busy calming down Seafoam as she started panicking.
"I can't get into Union Road without almost fainting. I can get around it, but I'm more worried about civilians that have to take the road to get to the Union. I had Isaac and Brook close the paths to the Altru park as much as they can, but..." Linda hummed.
"Can you see anything that would be causing it?"
"That's what's bothering me. Whatever it is must be hiding because the road looked clear. It's only near the entrance of Union Road near Altru Park." Crepe stood up and gave Seafoam to Marcus.
"Me and Dijon will check it out. If we can't handle it, then something's wrong." Dijon chuckled.
"If you can't handle it, it means nothing."
Crepe nudged him as they went out. Linda informed Wendy to get back to the base while the duo went to the area. Instantly a dark aura slammed into them. Dijon gulped as he called out.
"Hello? Who's there? You're blocking a major route!" A familiar voice came into the air. The only thing that threw them off was the condition.
"G-go away before you get hurt..." Dijon stopped before calling out.
"Sven? What's going on-" Crepe pulled him out of the way as something raced at them. It barely hit the redhead, but it made its statement clear. "What the he-" Crepe stopped him.
"Let me try. Something's not right. I think a little charmspeaking will do nicely." Dijon raised an eyebrow as the brunette stepped forward. "Sven, I just came to talk."
"No... go away..." Crepe gulped before continuing.
"Here, I'll stay right here behind this tree. Will you please talk to me?" Silence followed. Dijon stood there, stunned at how well Crepe was doing.
"S-s-sure..." Crepe smiled, knowing he had found a blind spot.
"Ok... what happened? Your styler turned off and the Union is panicking." Sven took a shaky breath. He was glad Crepe was hidden. The darkness had calmed a little bit as he kept the conversation going.
"I-it's nothing permanent... I just need time to calm down... it's just some stress." The darkness surged again, no doubt Admiral as she was gone.
"Who else is over there with you?" Sven gulped. That was a question he didn't want to answer. What was he supposed to say? Yeah, Admiral's right beside me, but she can't answer? He paused before an idea hit him.
"Admiral's asleep beside me... why?" Crepe glanced at Dijon briefly before turning back to the conversation.
"Just curious. I felt more than just us guys and wanted to double check." Sven felt the darkness release him as he gazed at Admiral. She had gotten up, which wasn't good. He opened his mouth to counter her when the darkness stopped him. He froze up as Admiral sent a wave of water. Dijon quickly moved it out of the way.
"I don't think Sven-" Crepe sent a glare at him.
"Sven, we can talk in a better place. Just come with us." Admiral was the one that answered. And it wasn't a good one.
"No!" Another large wave nearly hit them if Dijon didn't push it out of the way.
"Admiral? What's the he-?" Crepe glared at him.
"Admiral. What's wrong?" He called out calmly.
A hiss followed as another wave raced at them. Dijon pushed it away as a dark pillar hit the ground. The duo jumped out of the way as it hit. Crepe panicked.
"Admiral! Sven!"

The three pillars of darkness alerted the whole region and the Lightwings. Two Lightwings arrived in the Oblivia Sector as Midnight joined the quad in the shield. One paused.
"What are they doing?" The other beside them paused.
"I don't know, Belle. Shall we go ask?" Belle sighed.
"I suppose, Tiana." The duo dived down to the five.
"Excuse us-" Tiana was cut off by Rednal shouting something that grabbed their attention.
"Aruan's Gift!"
The shield pushed the pillar back a little bit as they struggled to hold it. Midnight's eyes flashed as he casted.
"Nature Saviorship!"
A soft green light hummed across the barrier as they pushed back further. Belle flew up a little bit before casting.
"Milkyway Aura Dancer!"
The sparkles danced across the barrier, lifting the pressure off the five. They all took a knee before looking up. The duo landed and hummed as Rednal stood up. His eyes flashed as he recognized the duo.
"M-madam Belle! M-madam Tiana!" He quickly bowed while the other jumped up to join him. Belle paused at the speed of recognition.
"At ease you five." They lifted from the bow and paused. "What were you five doing against such a threat?"
"Uh..." The four VKs looked at each other while Rednal gulped.
"We were trying to not get hit by it. It almost wiped us out." Belle looked the taller male up and down.
"IDs, please?" Parchment quickly pulled out her crystal.
"Parchment, Maleficent and Hades's daughter. This is Bluealle, Evil Queen and Jafar's daughter." Bluealle held up her crystal. "Cedar, Mother Gothel and Dr. Failicer's son." Cedar held up his crystal as it flashed. "Midnight, member of the Woodlings." Midnight held up his crystal. "And Rednal, a Lightwing Nytt omslag." Rednal held up his feather with a nervous smile. Belle hummed.
"Why are four VKs and a LK working together?" The VKs went quiet until Rednal gulped.
"We can explain later, Madam Belle. There's bigger threats to handle." The ship shuddered as the dark pillar started disappearing. Midnight stared at the spot as the house came into view.
"Rand?" The group looked over as the darkness went into the air and raced away to who knows where. Cedar stepped in front of the group as the aura surged through the air. A card appeared in his hand as he called out.
"Rand? We can talk on even terms. Just come out peacefully!" Silence followed hit words before a blast raced through the air at them. Cedar blocked it as they stared. A dark chuckle followed.
"I don't think so..."
~~~
The Almia VKs gathered as they tried to battle the dark pillar. Melody and Ice's plan wasn't too bad. With Dijon's help they were able to surround the whole thing with water and then Ice froze it. It gave the two Lightwings that arrived time to get things sorted. One of them tapped Janice on the shoulder and nearly gave the older VK a heart attack. They were glad Crepe was there to stop the battle that almost hit.
"What was that for!?"
"You seemed the easiest." Crepe got in the middle as Janice opened her mouth to say something.
"HeyNoVKvsLightwingwarhereok?" He turned to Janice. "He didn't mean it, Janice, let it off." She huffed. He turned to the two Lightwings. Cinderella giggled at Flynn's shock. "Sir Flynn, can you please be a little careful next time so that we don't start a war? Please and thank you?" He blinked out of the shock.
"Uh... yeah..." Crepe sighed with relief. Cinderella hummed.
"I know you're a VK... who are your parents?" He gulped as he turned to his mother's worst nightmare.
"Captain Hook and Lady Tremaine, Madam Cinderella..." Arctic held back a noise as Cinderella looked over her enemy's child.
"Not bad for a VK. You definitely were taught right." She then wacked Flynn, gaining a yelp. Ponte gulped.
"Yeah... I don't think that ice will hold guys." They gulped as Ice set up another layer. Crepe turned to the two Lightwings.
"Erm... as for these great people... That's my sister Arctic; Ice, son of Elsa and Jack Frost; Janice, Daughter of Hans and Madam Mim; Melody, Daughter of Ursula; Ponte, Son of Cruella and Gaston; Dijon, Son of Theodora the Wicked Witch of the West and Shan Yu." They stared at the brunette as he huffed. Ice chuckled.
"Now all you have to do is catch up to me and do the whole group." Crepe sent a glare at him as the ice shattered. Janice put up a barrier to keep them from getting hit by the remains. As the dark pillar was disappearing, Crepe paused and went over.
"Sven? Admiral?"
A dark laugh filled the air. Arctic got in front of her brother, a sword appearing in her hand as she looked at the area of the laugh.
"How cute..."
~~~
Lapis was thankful for the Lightwings that got to him. One pulled him out of the dark pillar's surge while the other got him to relax. He had to take a second before he was able to identify the Lightwings.
"Madam Judy... Sir Mickey..." He started to get up shakily before the small rabbit stopped him.
"Rest. You're exhausted. Thank you for trying."
Lapis shuddered as he eyed his parents' enemies. How was he saved by both of them? He got up quietly, and with a swift motion, blocked an incoming attack that they obviously didn't see coming. He gulped.
"I'm not done until I know I'm done." They stared at each other before looking at him. His mind was already thinking about what his next move was as he pulled spirits up and casted another fireball at another incoming attack. Judy blinked as he huffed.
"You're a VK, aren't you?" Lapis nodded before blocking another attack.
"Yes ma'am." He wiped his head before another attack was flung. Mickey got in front of him and took it down, giving Lapis time to grab his breath.
"Which parents?" She asked, keeping a steady eye on him. He scoffed gently as he spotted another blast.
"Neither of you are going to like it." He got in front and blocked another attack. This storm really didn't like him. Mickey frowned.
"I have a list of villains that I can say that for. Be a little more specific." He huffed.
"Bellwether and Chernabog." He then grasped a spirit and threw it at another blast. "Darn pillar..." Judy looked at the ground before glancing at Mickey.
"Why did we get here?"
Lapis cracked a smile before striking down another attack. Sadly there were two he didn't predict and the second slammed into his leg. He hissed as he took a knee. Mickey got in front with a barrier while Judy started wrapping his leg. He steadied his breathing before looking at her.
"Are you ok?" He nodded as the pillar started disappearing. He gulped before standing up and looking at the place where the attacks were coming from. A dark chuckle came from it as a cold voice followed.
"How sweet..."
~~~
Midnight stared as Rand came out. Everything in front of him said danger. He didn't understand. It was still Rand, but he had changed.
A ghostly aura circled him and his normal blue eyes were pitch black. The two Lightwings got in front with a nervous gulp.
"So much for coming prepared..." Tiana gulped as Belle called out.
"Halt! As the members of the Lightwing-"
She didn't get a chance to finish as he snapped and they went flying. Rednal pushed the others down before they were hit. Midnight stayed down while the others got up. Rednal gulped as the two Lightwings regained their position. A soft sound escaped from him as he murmured something. Tiana hissed.
"Listen up jerk-" She was cut off by Cedar gripping the air and muting her voice. She sent a glare at him as he glanced at Rednal.
"On my count." Rednal nodded nervously as Cedar turned to Rand. "Alright Rand. You have two choices. You either calm down or we get a more efficient Lightwing that isn't too far from here to calm you down." Midnight gulped, knowing where he was going with that. Rand huffed as the aura that encased him sent a blast at him. A card entered Cedar's hand as the duo casted.
"Curseful Lair!"
"Winds of the Thief!"
The two attacks destroyed the aura's and slammed into Rand. The taller male held his ground against them. Cedar gulped as Midnight tensed. He wanted to let this off, but something needed to happen.
"Midnight, be ready to go get your one guardian. We'll hold the line until you get back." Midnight froze.
"Cedar... Anda tidak boleh menentang Rand! Dia akan merobek kamu! Anda tidak bersedia untuk menghadapinya! Saya tidak akan meninggalkan kalian untuk dikelilingi olehnya!" Cedar glared at him. His cold green eyes hit Midnight's usual misty ones. The smaller boy froze at the sight.
"Midnight, we don't have a lot of options. We can do this. Get ready." He gulped as he tapped his styler and a Staraptor appeared. "Go!" Midnight took off at his words. However, Rand apparently didn't like the plan as Midnight was shot down. Parchment looked at the sky as the yelp gained everyone else's attention.
"Why am I not surprised?" She sighed before sending her own attack. "Oh wait I know this answer! He's not able to take off in this environment. Just about every time he tries to fly while a battle happens he gets shot down later. So we either need to take Rand down or find a way to get him to stop going down."
A blast raced through the air and slammed into Rand, sending him flying. The group stopped as Midnight stepped forward. He gulped lightly before racing forward and clashing with the taller male. He jumped back lightly before they clashed again. It was incredible how fast they went back and forth with attacks. Parchment gulped as she saw the flashing Midnight's eye. Something was wrong, and he knew what it was.
~~~
The Almia crew gulped as the duo came out of their hiding place. Their forms had changed for sure.

Sven's outfit matched Rand's. Admiral had a blue fade in her hair with several streaks of an identical blue. Sven's wasn't as noticeable, but a gold fade was with his hair and brown streaks finished it. Their normal bright eyes were pitch black as they glared at the group.
"Guys..." Dijon whispered. Admiral led the attack that really didn't get far. With a quick locking of eyes, the two Tremaines pretty much ended it. Admiral fired at the group as Arctic twirled the sword with an impressive speed. She sliced the attack in half and it disappeared upon contact with the steel. Crepe then stepped in front of her as she hid the sword.
"Hey! Stop! We're not here to fight!" The duo paused at his words. It clearly passed over Sven as he launched another. Arctic quickly destroyed it and got behind him again. "Sven. Knock it off." Admiral hissed.
"Out of the way!"
"If you're just going to pick a fight, then no." The two hesitated while Dijon glanced at the others. They were all starting to back away from the Tremaine as he started to control the field.
"No. Out of the way. This is our battle."
"If you throw one attack, you'll be against the tree that's behind you. So either knock it off or get demolished. I would pick the first choice so no one gets hurt."
They froze at his words. He knew what he was doing to keep peace, huh? Sven growled as the dark aura circled him. He clearly wasn't listening to the threat.
"Not a chance."
Crepe huffed before Sven was against the tree. He slid down it and passed out. Admiral shuddered as Crepe hummed.
"Choose wisely."

Lapis trembled as the duo stepped out. Their forms weren't too different from those in Almia. Spenser had a slightly different wear.

Scarlet had red for her hair change while Spenser's seemed to glow and wave on its own. Their eyes were the same color as the others, pitch black, only Spenser had mist in his. Judy huffed.
"Alright, calm it down. Now!" Scarlet narrowed her eyes before sending a fireball. Mickey quickly blocked it as it neared them. "Hey! Calm down!" Lapis gulped.
"I don't think they're listening..." Judy hesitated as another fireball was blocked.
"Unless you have a better way to deal with them, we have to calm them down." Lapis gulped.
"I do have a better way, but we're not ready for it. Not only that, but we have nothing on them." Scarlet sent another fireball while Spenser eyed them. It wasn't surprising to see Spenser, despite his mind being in another world, still knew better than to just attack. He finally stopped Scarlet from sending another.
"These guys are barely a challenge. Let's go." Mickey was about to make a comeback when Lapis hushed him. Scarlet hummed at Spenser's words. She finally sighed before following him away from them. Lapis huffed lightly.
"Thank Arceus..." He looked at the Lightwings that were staring at him. "What? They're about to leave us alone. We can't fight them now. We have to find a weak point." He sat down against a tree and wheezed. "This is better than being torn apart..." Judy placed a hand on his head.
"Are there any other VKs in the Sector?" He paused to process the question before shaking his head.
"I'm the only one in this sector..." He huffed lightly as he stood up. "And I'm not going to let that stop me..." She sighed before looking at Mickey.
"We should go report this in and find out what we're missing." The mouse Lightwing nodded as she glanced at Lapis. "Take care of yourself, VK. We may have a common enemy." The duo took off as Lapis went to make a comeback. He hissed.
"You're not the one that sees the real threat..."
He pulled his phone out and called the group. Cedar answered for Oblivia while Dijon was the one that answered for Almia.
"How are you lovely people doing?" Cedar raised an eyebrow while Dijon gulped.
"Define Fine and we'll talk." Dijon scoffed at Cedar's answer.
"You're not on the edge of death." Crepe's voice came from somewhere. While it was unclear what he said, Dijon gulped. "No Crepe. We need them alive." Cedar frowned.
"Crepe, don't listen to him. Kill everyone." Dijon sent a glare at him as Lapis sighed.
"How'd you two get call duty?" Cedar chuckled, his answer clear. Dijon laughed nervously.
"Crepe, our normal call taker, is currently threatening Admiral and Sven."
"Oh..." Cedar gulped.
"Remind me to not piss him off later." Dijon laughed nervously.
"Dude, he's already knocked Sven out. I don't think that's an option, Cedar." Lapis gulped.
"Guys, we need to meet up. Get anyone we can to safety. I had to let Scarlet and Spenser get away before I lost something. So we have to move now." Cedar gulped as Dijon sighed.
"Thanks for the warning. Everyone, Ice's place is the safest. Dijon, is Ice with you?" Dijon nodded. "Alright, tell him what just happened. We need to regroup now. If we get some non VKs, don't panic. We'll have a VK only meeting before we talk to those guys. Got it?" The duo nodded. "Good. I'll be bringing an LK, but the rest is on them. I'll send out a region wide message to our allies.The minute it ends, I want everyone to pull out to Almia Castle. Dijon, tell Crepe that he better be able to contain the fight long enough for you guys to move out. There won't be an option to help these guys right now." The duo nodded. "See you guys there."
~~~
Cedar wasn't kidding when he said they were moving when he finished. His message was made clear. How did he do it with a battle raging? He ended it early and they sorta left Rand where he was. It was perfect in every way unless you ask Midnight.
He snapped his fingers and a cold shiver ran down the duo's spines, causing them to freeze up. Rednal then pulled Midnight up with a rope while Cedar threw down a card. The card flashed and Rand went down, wheezing softly. Bluealle got up to the wheel and they were pushed away from the docks. Midnight tried to get out of Rednal's grip, but ended up weakening himself. Bluealle put the course to Almia as Cedar sighed.
"I'm sorry Rand. But not now." He pulled out a card and it glowed.
~~~
All of the ranger screen changed as Cedar's message echoed through the air. Lapis panted as he made his way up the mountain path while the message hit the region.
"Attention any and all rangers, operators, mechanics and units that hear this message. We are currently at risk of attack. You have two choices within this crisis. You can either lock your base down and don't move as we don't know how long it will take to deal with this problem. Or you can start moving to the group that will be fighting back against this problem. We will be meeting at the Almia Castle. You have to choose now before the attack hits. We are going to make sure this gets fixed. Be careful to those who are going to lockdown, see you soon to those joining the attack and good luck to everyone of Aloje. Cedar out."
~~~
Crepe did his part right. He was able to knock Admiral out before she could try anything. They were able to meet up at the castle before anyone could arrive. Cedar panicked at the sight of Lapis's condition.
"Are you ok?!" Lapis nodded as he wheezed lightly.
"I'm alright, Cedar. I just need to rest..."
Cedar brought him close as he shuddered. He clearly wasn't ready for the cold environment. Cedar wrapped himself around the weaker VK as footsteps came. Crepe wrapped a blanket around the duo while everyone else turned. There were a handful of people, mostly from Almia, that arrived. Dijon smiled as he finished calming Midnight down for Cedar. The smaller boy was resting in Dijon's arms while Parchment stepped forward.
"Is everyone here?" The group nodded.
"Everyone else went into hiding. What's going on anyways?" Wendy, who was in the front, asked. Ice took Lapis from Cedar before looking at the sky ranger.
"That's something we'll have to discuss. Follow me. Let's get you all in the right arena."
I hope you liked that. Sorry if it was long. But I wanted to get the entire turning done. Next will be a lot of revealing and explaining. Here are translations.
Anda tidak boleh menentang Rand! Dia akan merobek kamu! Anda tidak bersedia untuk menghadapinya! Saya tidak akan meninggalkan kalian untuk dikelilingi olehnya! = You can't fight Rand! He will rip you apart! You are not ready to face it! I will not leave you to be destroyed by him!
Also, if you have any other enemy ideas, we'll take them. Enjoy and have a great day. Mlm out.
