World peace sure was a nice idea, wasn't it? Something all wanted to achieve, but had no idea how to go about it. Diplomacy was difficult, to say the least. You had to manage interests - which were often in conflict - and work together to ensure the best outcome for everyone, and simply keep everyone from pointing their weapons at each other. So how did you make it look so simple? Easy! By becoming the harem god. Quite literally, might I add.

By marrying every archon and important leader/representative of every faction you could find, you hoped that this massive alliance would stop the destruction of Teyvat. Even you had to admit that this method was not the most sound, so you hoped to find a way that was more reliable. You could say that you were living a simp's dream, being married to so many characters that most could only fantasize about. And speaking of fantasies, here's one such scenario.

Feeling your hair being played with, you open your eyes to see your olders spouse, Zhongli, in bed next to you, trying to wake you. Who would have guessed you'd be into gilfs, huh? With a kiss, he was sure that you had woken up. It would take a few more kisses before he would let you leave the bed, however. He wished that he could keep you there a bit longer, given how exhausted you were last night, but he understood that you had an important job to do. He should know, he was a god, himself. Albeit one that has given up his title.

Walking into the large dining room, you saw Ei sitting at the breakfast table, stuffing her face with pancakes. She really liked the ones that Noelle made the best. You swore that that maid put her own sweetness into the dish. Ei quickly noticed your presence and motioned you beside her. You ate with her, quiet as it was, it was nice to have a moment of peace before you headed off to work. Ei kept trying to feed you some of her food, pieces that you noticed were taken from where she had just eaten. She really didn't need to go all that way to ask for a kiss. You were married, after all. But it made her happy, so you didn't object.

Opening the large doors to your office, you saw Ninguang and Albedo already hard at work. Right now, your main concern was bettering the living conditions of your subjects. Your main method was by importing the ideas of gadgets from your old world to Teyvat. Your last 'invention' was the lighter, which received much praise from those who lived in Snezhnaya. Matches did work in a pinch, but they could easily become useless if they were damp. For hours you talked with your wife Ninguang about what problem needed to be tackled next, and produced prototypes for the items with Albedo. You were just about to hit a breakthrough, when who barged into your workspace, but another one of your husbands, Venti.

"Come on, it's my turn to spend some time with them." He whined. "Besides, you've been working for forever, they need some relaxation."

You tried to argue against it, saying that you were this close to finishing, but the others were not having any of it. Ninguang only said that she and Ganyu can handle your paperwork and Albedo already got the jist of your vision. With that sign of approval, Venti grabbed your hand and ran out the door to a more calming place. "Come on, my Cecilia. I've got new songs I'd like to perform for you."

You couldn't lie, sitting beneath the huge tree at Windrise, listening to Venti's mastery of the lyre, was nice. The air was fresh and pure, leading you to relax your muscles, which you didn't even realise were that stiff. But seemingly as quick as you arrived, work was, once again, calling your name.

And there was so much. Jean said that the Knights have been flooded with complaints about Hilichurls getting too close to towns. Ayaka and Yoimiya wanted to know your opinion on the themes and decor and fireworks for the next festival in your honour. You were suddenly reminded that you never truly went on a 'honeymoon' with your various spouses, them included. And then Childe needed you to meet with the Tsaritsa and the other Harbingers to agree on a peaceful treaty with the other nations they had affected with their whole collecting-the-Gnosis plan. Finally, Kokomi and Sara still had to have their final peace meeting where they would finally end the Vision Hunt Decree and the civil war alongside it.

While you were a little overwhelmed with all that information, you still did your best to calm their worries. Giving a quick kiss to each of them, you left for the 'date' with the Traveler twins and Dainsleif that you had agreed to a while back.

Even as you were with the Twilight Sword, Daisleif, Lumine, the Honorary Knight, and her brother, the Abyss Prince, Aether, your mind was not still. You wanted to talk to the leader of the Abyss about the Hilichurl problem, but he didn't want to discuss it. He simply wanted to spend the day with you and his sister, both of whom he rarely got to see, due to the other cultists. Other than you, Lumine and Dainsleif, the other spouses didn't even know you were involved with him. You purposely didn't tell them out of fear that the two sides would clash. You hated lying to everyone, but as long as the Abyss and their underlings stayed away from the humans they hated, things would go smoothly.

Time seemed to melt away and soon the moon was overhead, signaling the end of your 'date,' much to their dismay. But you had to leave if you wanted to get enough rest for the next day. You still had so many more dates to spend with the spouses who you couldn't see today.

Being the patron god of the world-spanning cult and de facto leader of every country was hard enough. Not to mention, it was getting harder and harder to keep all your spouses happy. You simply didn't have enough time to share it between all of them equally, while also doing your job. You had to find a better method of keeping peace, and quickly. Knowing that they were already sending each other glares, which they thought you didn't see, was a sure sign that their jealousy would soon get the best of them.
