Six months after Jason joined the Suicide Squad, things were going well for Robin, Barbara, and Kevin. Robin and Barbara's relationship was as romantic as ever, Babs was happy being able to walk again, and nobody minded that she was 10 feet tall. Robin loved working for GPTV, and after Kevin had a chance encounter with Robin's boss Ted, Mr Bell recommended a couple of modeling agencies to Kevin, and so Kevin became a male model, often modeling for various products such as clothes, magazines, and food. Kevin became very famous modeling for superhero themed underwear/boxers known as Super Briefs, so Kevin was a very well liked male model.

It was another typical day for Robin and he was filming inside the GPTV station, doing promo commercials. He was filming with a replica of the TARDIS and as the cameras rolled, he said, "hey everyone, I'm Robin Warner, and coming up next is Doctor Who here on GPTV, the PBS station for Gotham City, your public television network." The director then said, "cut! That's a good one, now for the next one, come out of the TARDIS, say most of the same as before but say you're watching Doctor Who on GPTV." Robin nodded and said, "got it." Robin got in the TARDIS replica, and then the director said, "cue the Doctor Who theme song, and... action!" On cue, The classic theme song played, Robin got out of the TARDIS replica, and said, "hey everyone, I'm Robin Warner and you're watching Doctor Who here on GPTV, the PBS station for Gotham City, your public television network." The director said, "and cut, that was perfect Robin!" Suddenly, Ted came in. "Oh hey Ted, what's the good word?" Robin asked. "I got some good news for you Robin," said Ted, "I've spoken to the folks at Warner Bros, they've renewed Toon Time for a second season!" Robin's eyes widened and he giddily said, "oh my gosh! That's great to hear!"

"I knew you'd be excited to hear that," said Ted, "we're also going to have you host the Sunday movie special every month. If there's anyone who's earned that right, it's you Robin." The toon smiled and said while shaking Ted's hand, "thank you so much Ted, this means a lot to me. You and Mr Wayne have made me feel so welcome here in Gotham. I'm glad I moved here and decided to stay." Ted smiled and said, "we're glad to have you Robin. This place may seem dark and rough, but it's worth fighting for. Got any plans after work?" Robin smiled and said, "actually yeah, I'm gonna be on a double date. Once it's quittin' time, I gotta see about a girl."

After Barbara and Robin had moved into their new house, Kevin started to hang out with Kara more often, and they grew close. Eventually Kevin and Kara fell in love and started a romantic relationship together, and so far their relationship was quite beautiful. Today, Robin and Barbara agreed to do a double date with Kevin and Kara at the Gotham Park, and Kevin volunteered to make an extra large New York style pizza. Robin returned the favor by getting some non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy. Barbara was wearing a non fancy but lovely blue dress with blue flats and no socks, and Kara was wearing a non-fancy but lovely yellow dress with her hair down, and brown flats with no socks. When the two couples made it to the Gotham Park, they found a nice spot to sit and relax in. They ate the pizza and enjoyed it, and made small talk. "So Kevin, what have you been up to?" Robin casually asked while munching on his pizza. "Oh, I did some modeling for Nike," said Kevin, "they're thinking of doing a joint product with their subsidiary Converse, pretty much creating your regular Chuck Taylor All Star high top sneaker and putting the Nike swoosh on it."

"That actually sounds cool," said Robin, "two questions. First question, what are they going to call this thing? Second question, you think they can make these new sneakers in sizes for Babs and I?" Barbara chuckled, thinking of such a product for her big feet. "They're thinking of calling it Amalgam," said Kevin, "I might not be the only one modelling for this joint product. They're thinking of getting David Tennant as a spokesman, along with Will Smith. Would you be interested in being a spokestoon, Robin?" The toon smiled and said, "this reminds me of when my mentor Bugs helped promote Air Jordans back in the '90s. Pretty much resulted in the first Space Jam film. I'd be happy to help with this launch Kevin." Barbara smiled, happy for her boyfriend as he shook Kevin's hand. "I'll speak to my agent about this on Monday," said Kevin, "On a different note, what have you been up to Robin?"

"I filmed a few commercial promos for GPTV," said Robin, "saying the usual you're watching Doctor Who on GPTV and all that. Spoke to Ted, I definitely wanted to save this as a surprise, and now that we're all together, I think I can share this good news. Toon Time has officially been renewed for a second season! And I'll be hosting a Sunday movie special every month since PBS usually does that sometimes, syndicating a movie. It's public television." Everyone was surprised to hear Robin's good news, and Barbara hugged Robin gently while saying, "oh my goodness, congratulations Robin! I'm so happy for you!" Kevin smiled and said, "congratulations indeed, Robin. You'll do great." Robin smiled and said, "thanks guys. You've all made me feel welcome here in Gotham. Especially you, Barbara. I love you so much and I'm glad I can be with you." Barbara smiled and said, "I love you too Robin, being with you makes me so happy."

After an hour of chit chatting and eating the pizza, Robin and Kevin decided to play some music while standing up. Robin offered his hand and asked, "ladies, may we have this dance with you both?" Barbara took Robin's hand while taking off her flats and said, "you may." Barbara then picked up Robin, lovingly holding him in her arms while Kevin and Kara held each other in a loving embrace, and the two couples started to slow dance, dancing to the song Real Love by Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers. One of the things Barbara loved about walking again was that she was able to dance, just like she used to when she was younger, and she enjoyed dancing with Robin, height be damned. As for Kevin and Kara, Kevin thought he wasn't a good dancer, but with Kara, he was able to find his groove. Sometimes Kara would unintentionally levitate while slow dancing because the music moved her, and sometimes she would need to fly to express her joy. This was one of those times as she and Kevin slow danced, her flats off and her bare feet in the air. Kevin truly loved dancing with Kara, and Robin loved dancing with Barbara.

Once the song was over, Kevin kissed Kara on the lips while Robin looked at Barbara with love and said, "I love you Barbara Gordon." Barbara smiled and said, "and I love you too, Robin Warner, always..."
