A Cup of Tea, A Cup of Thoughts #12
April 30, 2015
Physically, I'm doing very awful. I had the ingredients of a cold yesterday, and I might have just stirred the ingredients of my cold with my crying. (Let's imagine my crying as a spoon, just for now.) So now, my cold has finally cooked and the results are a stuffy nose and a pile of tissues. Haha.
I wasn't expecting to be sick this week, but I'm glad and thankful that I won't be sick on the day of my recital, since whenever my colds decided to give me a visit, they only stay for a few days. I'm also, thankful that I'm feeling better and that I think I'm fine, better than yesterday.
The reason why I was crying yesterday was because I was had told my spiritual dad that I have been recently having thoughts to kill myself and cut myself again, and I wasn't feeling well. I haven't been truly okay for a bit, I've been feeling tired and stressed and sad a lot.
It's been a very long battle and still is a long battle, but I have Jesus; and I truly know now that I'm not here to kill myself or hurt myself because I'm here for more.
I hope y'all have wonderful day or night!
Note to self: If your nose is very stuffed and you have a small pile of tissues and your ears and your ears are popping, then yes. You're sick with a cold.
RANDOM NOTE: Drinking water with oregano oil helps with sore throats and colds. Hot water or warm water with lemon helps also, but I think water with lemon and honey and cayenne pepper does the trick. These are all good to have if you have a cold or the ingredients of a cold or you have a sore throat from coughing.
All in all, it helps a lot when you're sick.
