I explored his body in every way possible still I wasn't satisfied.

I trailed my fingers up and down his defined torsal and his melodious moans left me craving for more.

His scent left me intoxicated, not too strong, a mixture of lavender and coconut oil, made me want to smell him every day.

Shock was evident in his eyes but he collected himself and kissed me back fiercely. I opened up my mouth for him and our tongues immediately fought for dominance, I gave up and let him take the lead.

'Clarice was right, I'm definitely not a top.'

He lifted me and made me cradle my legs around his waist then he gently lowered me on the bed without breaking the kiss.

I was almost out of breath when he pulled away and started trailing wet kisses down my neck.

"Ahh" I moaned softly. " I love you Wave."  I panicked, It was too late before I realized what I had said.

"I'm really stupid." I internally scolded myself. How could I tell him that. He will also leave me. It's like deja Vu, I don't want it to happen to me again."

I was scared to see his reaction, I started to hyperventilate. Tears started to roll down my face and I couldn't stop them.

I could hear Wave trying to talk to me but I couldn't register what he was saying because my mind was somewhere else,  one traumatic day that ruined my almost happy life.

I felt my throat constrict and I was unable to breath. I felt nauseous, I wanted to throw up.

I got off the bed and ran to the bathroom and locked the door behind me. I didn't even spare a glance at Wave because I felt like I would die this time around if I got rejected.

"Sky!" Wave shouted from the other side of the bathroom door." Open this door right now, we need to talk.... please."

I threw up at the mere sound of his voice, emptying everything I had eaten earlier on.

" leave me alone." I sobbed.

" i can't leave you alone, just come out of the bathroom, i_i.... argh." He groaned and slumped his back against the door.

I knew I was being a horrible to Wave but I couldn't help being pessimistic because I had been through a lot in my past toxic relationship.

Everything was going so perfect I just had to ruin it, wonderful, now Wave was going to leave me for sure.

It went silent for a total of 15 minutes with neither of us attempting to talk.

" Why do you always do this to me Skyler?" Wave suddenly broke the silence. " why do you always assume the worst from me."

My heart shattered at what he said. I was a horrible person, I didn't trust him and I ended up always comparing him to my ex.

My heart broke even more when I realized that he didn't call me by my nickname.

I understood the severity of the matter because it had been a while since the last time he had referred to me like that.

I willed myself to get out and face him, i loved him so much I couldn't afford to lose him. I was willing to have him forever even if he didn't love me back.

And today would be the day that I provided answers to all his questions about my past.

I unlocked the door and the first thing he did was to embrace me. I embraced him back and we stayed like that for a long time.

" Do you feel better?" Was the first question he asked me.

"Yes." My throat was parched, causing my voice to come out hoarse.

He broke the hug and walked over to my closet, picked out my gray sweatpants and then handed them to me.

I realized I wasn't dressed then shyly turned the other way and put them on.

He later gave me a cup of water which I drank in one go because I was thirsty as hell.

We sat on the bed, an uncomfortable silence surrounded us.

"I'm sorry." I said with teary eyes.

"You don't have to be sorry, you did nothing wrong." He held my hands." But I'm worried about you, why did you break down? Want happened to you in the past? Please tell me because I can't bare to see you in so much pain all the time, it breaks my heart."

" Please don't leave me." I sobbed.

" I'll never leave you, promise me you will also never leave me." I could see the senserity in his eyes.

" I'll never leave you Wave, I love you so much." I said." That's why I want to tell you everything about my past. For real this time."
