In my eyes, every beast needs a beauty, (the gender doesn't matter duh.) While I do ship Ichigo x hichigo, I do not feel at all the same about this ship. Grimmjow needs someone he can be delicate with, someone to teach him that just flipping the bird at everything does not solve problems. Orihime might be okay, though I do not ship it. Ichigo is rash, hot tempered and definitely could not teach Grimmjow anything when he needs guidance himself. The only way this ship would work, is if you changed their personalities...
