A Complicated relationship: 18

Andrew's Pov:

What is going on? I mean things around here are getting weird. I made my way out of my last class and walked towards my car. I haven't seen angie all today, I tried texting her but she won't respond. I even went to all her classes to find her, asking people if they'd seen her but all I got were no's and head shakes. I'm starting to worry. I felt earlier that she was scared and freaked. But now I feel nothing. Even though I can only feel her when she's in trouble I was really hoping she was ok. I opened my car door and slipped the keys in the ignition but frose. Why didn't she answer? Leaning foward I folded my arms over the wheel and scanned the crowd. Where is she, something was off, I could feel it.

Then I remembered last night, with grams' and how she said that ang was in trouble. Crap!! What if she was right, what if what she said really is true. This had me twisting my key and roaring the car to life. I had to talk to grams and hope to god that angie got a ride home.

Eli's pov:

When I pulled up into the driveway it was starting to get dark. There was a car parked in font of me. My angel sitting beside me quietly twisting her hands in her lap nervously, I turned off the car. A small smile of joy grew on my face. I longed to be near her for so long; finally getting to talk to her about my kind. I was ecstatic that she wasn't freaking out. I wanted to take things slow let her get use to me. A life I was hoping to spend with her forever. I turned in my seat to face her.

"angie?" She lookes up from her hands and those beautiful green eyes met mine. "go on a date with me" I asked hopefully. Her eyes widened and I held my breath praying she wouldn't turn me down. Then the sweetest smile graced that gorgeous face of hers and she nodded,

"I would love to" my breath rushed from me and my heart jumped, yes!!

"great, hows saturday?" I asked egarly.

"That sounds perfect" she answered.

"Ok I'll come to pick you up aroubd eight k?" I saw her nod before stepping out.

"see you then" she said before closing the door. I watches her make her way to the front door, when she dissapeared I drove back home eager and impaciant for it to be saturday already. A permanent grin was plastered on my face tge whole way home. But it left once I opened my front door and saw seth and everyone else sitting around the living room. Oh yeah I forgot about that whole school incident. Heaving a deep sigh I threw my keys on the table next to the door and made my way to a vacant chair.

"Hey alpha how'd it go?" Kay asked. I suppressed the growl that threatened to come at the alpha comment. I guess I have to get use to it.

"It went well, kay. Did you deal with the rouge?" They all nodded.

"Yeah, after you were done tearing his furry hide up we had him running with his tail between his legs." Tyler answered.

"I wonder how we didn't notice this wolf for so long?" Seth said. That was a good question.

"plus he was at the party and eli almost killed him then. Do you think he was from another pack, he can be a spy and not a rouge?" Seth added.

"well dads not going like that" I said, sinking into my chair I rested my head back and closed my eyes. My thoughts went back to angie and our day together. I swear I saw read when that wolf was focing himself on her. I could have torn that wolf apart but good thing the others were there even though I almost turned on them for interrupting but if they didn't that school would have ended up a blood bath. The weird thing was I shouldn't have turned on my pack for even a second. I don't think that was normal.

'they were in that way' my wolf growled. 'so it was you.'

'he was my pray, mine. No one hurts whats mine and that goes for my pray!'

'their my pack members, my family practically! You can turn on them!' He snickered.

'well tell them to get the hell out of my way and all will be well eli' a growl ripped through my throat.

'you are rediculous' the sudden mood change surrounded the air and made me look up to find uncomfortable and frightened expressions on everyones face.

"Eli you alright?" Seth asked slowly, shifting in his seat. I met his gaze and nodded.

"yeah"

"oh ok, so how are we going to tell dad about this?" Seth asked. But I shook my head,

"no, not we. You know I cant be near him." I could seth was holding back from roll his eyes at me.

"why are you being a coward?" His voice was barley a whisper but I heard it clearly which left a nagging ring in my ears. I gritted my teeth and took deep breaths.

"Excuse me?" I asked calmly. Seth shot off his chair and deminstrated a fighting stance, holding his hand out and pointing in my direction.

"Your being a coward Eli!!! Your hiding from dad like a scared pup with his tail between his legs!! MAN UP DUDE!! GROW A PARE!!!"

Thats when I blacked out.

Seth's Pov:

Everything happened so fast it was kind of a blur all I know was I was standing in front of eli then the next im slumped on the kitchen floor. How the hell did I get in here but the pain radiating from my back and the back of my head told me I was thrown threw the wall. My vision was blurred but quickly cleared but to late. I saw eli was already in front of me grabbing me by my neck and lifting me high against the fridge. I grabbed at his hands to struggle but it was no use. I looked up at him to meet his

peircing glare but what had me gasp in suprize was his eyes. They were a bright firery yellow. which told me immediately this wasn't eli.

"Who the f**k do you think your talking to boy?" He growled. His canines where slowly elongating. My eyes widened with fright. I could feel my wolf cowaring which caused me to whimper out loud. This was definitly not my brother. I never knew your wolf could completely take over your body like this.

"ANSWER ME!!" He yelled with all the alpha authority he posessed which had me practically pissing my pants.

"n-no one, I- Im sorry!" I stammered.

"SORRY WHAT!!?" His hand tightened more which had me coughing.

"A-ALPHA!!! IM SORRY ALPHA!!!!" I choked out but finally he let go when I was almost sure I was going to suffocate. I sagged down to my knees holding my throat and sucking in air. I saw eli kneel beside me and give me a threatening look.

"disrespect me again and im not going to let go next time you got that" he asked and by the look in his eyes I knew he wasn't bluffing. I nodded quickly. He cocked his head to the side staring at me for awhile then stood and looked at the other crowding the kitchen door way.

"that goes for all of you." He growled staring each and everyone down and each one of them nodded vigorously. "good"

"Um... Your...not e-eli are you?" Jamie asked timidly. Eli chuckled,

"No jamie eli's not home right now but if you'd like to leave a message I'd be happy to tell him." Jamie shook his head and intently stared at the ground. "No Im eli's wolf if your wondering and I dont take kindly to disrespect or disobedience," he directed that to me as his eyes narrowed at me. "my name is war short for warrick and I don't take sh*t from anyone so if you plan on getting rebelious and mouthy you better shove it up your a*s real fast before I do it for you and thats not a threat... Its a promise. Any questions?" Everyone shook their heads again.

"No Alpha." We all said in unison.

"Good. Oh and one more thing, I want all of you to keep an eye on my mate. If I find out that something happened to her on one of your watch its your a*s" and with that he walked out I watched as everyone stepped aside for him. Once he was gone tyler came over to help me up.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!!! He exclaimed. I lent against the counter for leverage and took a deep breath.

"that was my brothers wolf" I stated but said nothing else I was still in shock. What is happening to my brother?
