September 2017. A woman accomplice of the town's corrupt Mayor came to town with two gunslingers. There was a falling out and the woman, Daisy Cannon, tried to blackmail the mayor and was directed to get out of town. Her two gunslingers attacked Deputy Myna Darkly, who quite capably took care of them but in the melee, Lorne Order, hurrying to help his intended wife (later chapters) was wounded.

He met with Billy and 3Gun in the saloon.

"Well aren't you the jaunty lawman."

3Gun pointed to Lorne's new sling

"What are we gonna do with a Marshall

sporting a busted wing?"

Lorne joined him at the bar and ordered a drink

"This town hasn't been to good for me."

"You think? Outside of my deputy

I'd have to agree. She saved your bacon

in that little spree."

Billy came in, tossed 3Gun the key

"Our new guests are both quite comfy."

He smiled at Lorne, and waggled his arm

"Yoo hoo, Myna, really no harm."

Even Crooked Smile laughed

and poured Lorne a fresh drink

"These two have your number

I think."
