(A/n): okay, so before you read this chapter, I just need to tell you something. So, I read this to someone, and they were cracking up. So I asked them why, and they told me it sounded really dirty at the beginning. So just know, that it is not meant to be dirty in any way. Okay. Enjoy now.

My heart beats quickly in my chest. I look over and see a tall, handsome, and familiar boy tied up beside me.

"Say you'll remember me", he whispers to me.

"James, don't say that!" I whisper harshly.

"Rachel, we both now what's about to happen", he says, looking at the door.

"You can't leave me", I say, a tear rolling down my cheek.

Even in the dark basement, I see him slump down against the pole he's tied to.

"Come on. We can get out of here", I say in a determined voice.

I strain against the ropes with all my might, but nothing happens. I yelp as the ropes run up against a raw area of my wrist.

"It's no use trying", James says, defeated.

"You can't just give-", I start, but a deep, gravelly voice interrupts at the top of the stairs.

"Hello", it says.

I stop struggling and stare, wide-eyed, at James. A figure on all fours slowly pads down the creaky stairs.

"I've come to get one of you, so don't get too excited", the menacing figure spits.

"No", I whisper, looking at James, who simply nods at me.

"I think I'll take the boy", the figure snarls.

"No!" I scream.

Tears pour down my face.

"You can't do this!" I shout.

"Watch me", it says with a barking laugh.

The thing leaps at James, ripping at him with its claws.

"No! No! Stop!" I shriek.

But the monster ignores me and continues tearing James apart. His shirt is gone and he lays in a pool of his own blood.

"James!", I sob.

The creature stops and looks at me with its green, glowing eyes. It crouches and its muscles ripple under its thick fur.

"What are you?" I ask.

"I am a Dark Wolf", it sneers. "An alpha male, if you must know."

I gasp as he stands up on his hind legs, towering over me. The Wolf leans down towards my ear and says, "That was a warning. Now go tell the others."

I look into his cold eyes and spit on him. He growls and cuts the ropes with his wicked claws. Taking a step back, he looks at me.

"Go", is all he says.

I glance at James's lifeless, mangled body.

"You killed him", I say, adrenaline pumping through my body. "And you're gonna pay."

I leap at the Wolf, yanking his fur and pulling on his ears. He tries to grab at me as I pull myself onto his back.

"Get off me human!", he growls.

I swing the rope around his neck and lean against it. He lets out a choking, coughing, yelp.

"This is for James!" I shout.

With a final yank, the Wolf slumps to the floor, dead.

I roll off its body, onto the concrete floor. I wipe away a tear and walk out of the abandoned house.

"Some Alpha."
