Waking in the morn,
sun shining,
birds chirping,
the day that has begun to live.

Dressing in silk,
a bonnet atop her head,
buckling up the little boots,
to pick flowers in the garden.

Walking on the stepping stones,
surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers,
with the rushing sound of waterfalls,
ponds too,
with fishes swimming about.

She bends down to pick,
a few of the finest yellow daffodils,
going inside and filling a vase with water,
placing the daffodils in.
That's what the enjoyment of nature is all about.
