Whilst Shona and Dotty headed to the bathroom when they had finished eating all of the lads turned to Fionn.

"When are you going to grow a pair and ask her out?" Asked Tom (H) bluntly.

Fionn chocked on his drink, his eyes widening. "I'm sorry."

"Apology accepted for how painful it is to watch you and Dotty in the way you are acting." Said Harry. "Come on Fionn!"

Fionn groaned and his head fell onto the table.

"It's only Dotty. Just ask her." Encouraged Aneurin, patting his back.

Fionn grumbled, "it's not though is it. She's not just Dotty. She's amazing." He could feel his cheeks heating up once more as his fingers ran through his hair. "She drop dead gorgeous and ugh!"

The boys all chuckled as the boy got all flustered and frustrated with himself. "Then tell her that." Said Jack. "Tell her all of what you think about her."

Fionn shook his head as Shona fun Dotty returned. "All done?" Barry asked them.

"Yeah." Said Shona.

It was nearing the end of the night and everyone was staying at Fionn's house that night. Dotty and Tom has to nip home back to the house and get their bags as they and left them there and instead of in the car.

When arriving back at the Nolan residence, the pair flipped onto Dotty's bed for a little while. "So..."started Tom, "did you and Fionn talk about anything?"

"We did. But I didn't tell him I liked him if that's what you're getting at." She told him rolling onto her side. "I never will."

"Dotty we've been over this!"

"I know! I know! I'm never going to have the confidence to tell him, though!"

Her bedroom door swing open and Chris walked in sitting down beside the pair. "I will write a random woman into the end scene and have you be Tommy's girlfriend and you two have to kiss if you do not tell him soon, Dorothy." Chris stated as if it was a usual thing to say.

Tom laughed and high-fived Chris as Dotty flared at her father. "You can't do that."

"Yes I can. I can also have that scene deleted too so that you two just kiss for the fun of it."

Dotty whined and slid off of the bed falling onto the floor in a heap. "You're cruel."

"No I am looking out for my daughter. I want her to be happy, and it seems like Fionn Whitehead might be the answer to this." Chris turned to her. "Not that you aren't happy now."

"Yeah, Dot, it's only Fionn. Just talk to him." Added Tom.

"Do as your best friend says, now, aren't you two supposed to be at Fionn's house?"

Everyone was asleep, having feels asleep during a movie, leaving Fionn and Dotty awake. They were curled up on either end of the sofa, Harry and Aneurin between them.

The pair of them kept stealing glances at each other and blushing when the other one caught them doing so. Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief was playing and despite it being a good film neither of them were paying attention.

Coincidently, they were thinking about each other and working up the courage to admitting their feelings.

Dotty was the first to react.

Dotty:
Hey x

Fionn:
Hi, you alright? x

Dotty:
Yeah, can't really hear the film because of the guys snoring pmsl x

Fionn:
Very true, they are rather loud aren't they? x

Dotty:
Quite. Your house is very nice x

Fionn:
Thanks, I haven't actually decorated since I moved in x

Dotty:
Well whoever moved here prior, had very nice taste, you lucky duck x

Fionn:
Lucky duck? I really wonder about you sometimes x

Dotty:
I wonder about you too ;)

Fionn:
Smooootthhhhh lol x

Dotty looked up and wiggled her eyebrows at Fionn who covered his mouth to suppress his laughter.

Fionn:
Do you want to go somewhere else, so that we can talk and not text without waking the boys? x

Dotty:
Idm, it's up to you. x

Fionn put his phone in his pocket and stood up, his hand reaching out for Dotty's. She took it rather shyly and let Fionn pull her up and lead her into the back garden.

The sat down on the garden chairs with the star-lit sky above them, and the only light from the moon.

"It's really clear tonight, I can see Orion's belt, Sirius, Bellatrix, Rigel, and so many more!" Dotty exclaimed pointing at the different stars along with other constellations too.

"You know a lot about stars and constellations. They all look the same to me." Fionn chuckled.

"I like astronomy." She mused, "And astrology too."

"What's the difference?"

"Astronomy is like stars, constellations and space matter whereas astrology, is like horoscopes and things."

Fionn nodded, "ah, okay. That makes sense now. Are all of the stars named?"

"Yes. No matter what, even if they do not have an official name, all stars are named because people can pay to name a star usually after a loved one who has passed, even if they are already named and other things." Dotty explained.

"But how do people know which one is that star then?"

"Because you generally get told that it's by a certain constellation or on a specific night it will be in a certain position. But sometimes people choose, like for example say you had a passed loved one, and they liked, I dunno the Little Dipper constellation, then you could pay for one of the stars on that constellation to be named after them."

Fionn nodded in understanding, "Do we have to pay or can we just make one right now and only us will know about it?"

"I suppose so. Why?"

"Because I want to name that star, Dotty." Fionn said pointing at the star that was actually named Mintaka. It was the star on the right of Orion's Belt. "Because it's surrounded by so many stars, and I will be able to find it whenever I look up."

Dotty felt the blood rushing to her cheeks as she pointed to Alnilam which is the star on the left of it and in the centre of Orion's belt. "Then that star I will name Fionn then. So that we're next to each other and I can always see it from my bedroom window."

Fionn smiled at Dotty and pulled her chair closed to his. His fingers intertwined with hers and he pressed a kiss to her knuckles. "What was that for?" Dotty asked him.

Fionn took a deep breath and looked up at the stars, "because you're beautiful, amazing and, and...I..I..I like..you...a lot."

Dotty's head shot around to look at Fionn who wouldn't make eye contact with him.

"Are you joking?"

"N-no."
