It's benn 4 days since Chase had been operated and stayed in hospital due to his injuries and Skye stayed with him every time, showing him his loyalty. Still, Skye didn't fell that she was forgiven by Chase, so she decided to walk along beach with Chase to talk together and make it like a date. She was sitting in Paw Patroller with Legendary Eight, Everest and Marshall, when she heard a door open. It was Ryder and other pups, with Chase. Causing Skye to smile wide.

Ryder: Hey! Look who's arrived back!

Marshall: Chase! Buddy! (runs to Chase and hugs him)

Chase (hugs back): Heheheh I missed you too brother.

Everest: Glad you're back on track. As on race (looks at Skye with smile), as in love.

Chase: I think so (feels something fluffy on his side). Oh hey Skye.

Skye: Hey (stops nuzzling). Listen we need to talk. On the beach, alone.

Chase: Sounds like a date?

Skye: Yup!

Vlad: Great! The sun is coming down. Perfect moment but don't walk too long.

Skye: We won't. Come on.

Chase: Coming. (thoughts): What does she want to talk about?

As two pups exited the Paw Patroller the sun was goind lower and lower making whole situation more romantic. And it couldn't be even better: after all their journey in championship, suffering a hardship and even a break up they managed to pull through and now they were back together. But Skye kept words which Chase said "I little hate you". Right now they were walking along beach for 15 minutes and decided to take a rest and talk. Skye leaned her head on Chases shoulder and took a deep breath.

Skye: Chase. Do you remember your words when we met in hospital?

Chase: Yeah. You're about when I said I hate you a little?

Skye: Exactly. And it keeps grazing my soul every day. Sure we seems to be cool and we are in relationship again, but I'm not so sure about that.

Chase (realizes): Hey it's fine. I was quite on emotions, because I thought that championship will end and I'll try to bring you back. I didn't expect that you'd do such a thing. 

Skye: You really don't hate me? (makes a small smile)

Chase: Why should I? It would be ridiculous to hate you just because of title fight. It's not normal.

Skye: Yeah, and I'm gald that I realized that I went too much on this. But still I want to do a favor to you.

Chase: What do you mean?

Skye: I got disqualyfied from the Daytona 500. And one last race left. We have equal amount of points.

Chase: You want to...

Skye: Win the title together? That's what I'm talking about. Let's show them that we are meant to be a couple even with hardships. Please.

Chase thought really hard: Skye started to talk about title again, but she wants that he would also win the title. Maybe he should try. It looked like a reward to pass a hard test for their relationship.

Chase: I'm in!

Skye: You have no idea how much happier I feel (hugs him).

Chase: Hehe. You know what? It was the best date I ever had.

Skye: Mine too. We should go back to Paw Patroller.

Chase: Yup. Here, let me carry you back (puts Skye on his back).

Skye: Mmm, I missed this (snuggles into Chases chest).

The couple went back, when sun fully went down and a night has came. 5 minutes later they arrived to Paw Patroller and quietly went to sleep.
