Chapter 34

The Sleeping King wakes up slowly as he blinks his eyes to clear the blurry vision to Find himself no longer in his bed rather on a plane seat with his PJ's which had Spider man printed on it .

Shivaay gasps in horror "Kidnapped - I am Kidnapped -Save me-Help me" he starts panicking as He shouts .

"Shivaay ! " Gauri calls him out cheerfully from her seat . She was sat behind his seat .

Shivaay stands up and scans around to Find him in actually in a The Oberoi's Private Jet and Looks around to Find everyone had occupied separate seats well except for Rudra who was lost in Bhavya . Anika was into her Novel whereas Omkara had put on his headphones and Khanna who was looking at him and shaking his head disinterest .

"Sit idiot !" Gauri yells at him seeing the Jet starting to take off

Shivaay snorts and starts showing tantrums shouting and yelling "What the hell is going here? Gauri - I'll kill you " He shouts making Gauri laugh in return while Anika looks up from her novel and just like that goes back into her novel while others are deaf ears .

"You look like Mr.Bean" Gauri says chuckling seeing him looking too funny

"You" Shivaay clenches his fist yelling angrily but Finds himself thrown into the seat and a big arm putting his seat belt.

Shivaay looks up to Find two well strong built men Smiling at him which made them look scary "The jet is taking off" They chorus too eerily , Shivaay frowns and throws his legs and hands fussing like a baby showing tantrums at The Jet Attendants while others are deaf ears to his plight.

Gauri shuts her eyes tightly while cupping her ears feeling the jet taking off scared chanting onto hanuman chalisa . She feels a hand squeezing hers . She opens her eyes slowly to Find him sitting beside her - His eyes closed with his headphones on but his palm was holding hers tightly . Gauri looks around quickly to check whether anyone is noticing her but She sees all busy with their own chores . She rests her head on his shoulder while holding onto his forearm tightly and continues to chant her hanuman chalisa . She feels his arms around her shoulder and finds her lips curving up Seeing him sitting with her instead of Anika .

"Don't think too much " Omkara whispers making her scrunch her nose and look up

"Small Rats might slip from the Biggie seat " He teases seeing the seat belt too big for her .

Gauri frowns seeing him going on her structure "Cat-You" She stops seeing him raising his brows wanting her to continue .

"You are -Leave !" She snorts throwing her hands up making him laugh at her antics .

"But I am Cross" Gauri hears Omkara snort "You tricked me to get here"

Gauri chuckles biting her lips and batting her eyelashes she says mischievously "You never told that Shivaay needs to give his consent like really - You said You'll join if he is onboard and see he is there" , She points at Shivaay who is back to sleep snorting .

"Whatever" Omkara snorts irritated ,Only If We are Both are Alone ! He sighs and gazes down to see her trying to keep her eyes open

"Sleep" Omkara whispers slowly closing her eyes with his palm "It's still midnight "

Gauri nods sleepily yawning and places her head on his shoulder again holding him by his forearm and soon within Omkara hears cute snores .

Omkara looks down to see her frowning He brushes the thing strands which was teasing her and Om sees a small smile appearing on her face .Shaking his head with a small smile he looks around to see what his co-passengers are doing he sees them fallen asleep as it was just 5 am .

He gazes at His Little Tiny Adorable Rat as remembers how she had got Shivaay onboard . She had called up everyone to get ready hurriedly saying that they are taking off at 4 am , She with the help of Khanna had got two well-built Bodyguards to Carry him -Thus Kidnapping Shivaay ! Omkara could not help but think , Does a Man Sleep so much that he cannot feel that he was been passed from his bed to car and from car to jet?

His thoughts halt seeing her trying to snuggle more onto him but the arm partition acting as a barrier . He removes the arm partition carefully not to disturbed His Little Rat's sleep silently . Once he does he wraps his arm around her waist and pulls her more closer to him as She snuggles close to his chest while placing her warm palms on his waist . Smiling He kisses her temple as He whispers "Can I Just Kidnap You Where You and Me will be alone?" ,

I should I ask her out at least during this trip! Omkara concludes nodding to himself and wonders When did I become Like this Rat? What are You doing to me? As an answer Omkara Finds her palm placed near his heart . Smiling trying to shake of this thoughts he rests his head on top of hers and thinks to catch some sleep .

Omkara was the First one to open his eyes as soon as he feels the sunlight falling over his face. Knowing it would not be nice if someone caught them in that position when they are not even actually in a relationship at least Yet and already She had been through so much because of rumors. He leaves Gauri and places back the arm partition and goes back to his seat which was on the other side.

Gauri yawns and stretches her hands and opens her eyes lazily but her Face falls in disappointment seeing him not around but rather in his earlier seat sleeping .

Was it Just to assure that Flying is Fine he was here? Gauri scratches the back of her neck trying to get an answer . Letting out a sad smile She concludes - He can never be Someone more than a Friend to me - He Likes Anika ! She tries to assure herself but She just cannot !.

Gauri pretends to sleep Seeing Anika walking by the aisle . Gauri sees the through corner of her eyes , Anika shaking Omkara to wake up saying it's time for the jet to land . Gauri sees Anika giving him a hug while he reciprocating with a huge smile ! He never smiled at me like that ! She puffs out in jealousy.

"Rat" Gauri shuts her eyes tightly faking her sleep Feeling him standing in the aisle and calling out to her

"Gauri wake up" Gauri opens her eyes slowly rubbing it more than thrice to show she was actually sleeping hearing Anika's voice .

Gauri passes a small smile at Anika and nods . Omkara raises his brow from behind asking her all is Fine seeing her Faking the smile . He knows her to well to know when she is low . Gauri nods surprised seeing the questions running in his eyes .

The Oberoi Cottage in Kufri was hugged by snow like a day old baby ,new and clingy . The Intricate Patterns of ice-floated weightlessly downward from pure white sky above , each flake swirling and dancing ,as an icy wind carried it towards the group who had just gone down from their car .

Gauri raises her chin up breathing paling against the numbing air , She blinks thoughtfully as the frost kisses her eyelids ,captivated by the soft illusions of light that now had sat on heavy on her eyelashes .

Gauri wasn't use to this type of weather , Never being out to places than her hometown , she always wanted to experience how it is to be in a snowfall . It was magnificent She would describe now looking around .

"Rat Do You want to Freeze here?" Gauri feels chills send down on her spine hearing the husky whisper from behind . She blushes in embarrassment and turns around to see no one around well except for her that Particular Cat.

She wraps herself more tightly Filling it getting more colder even with the with her winter jacket on .

She Feels him hugging from behind -Suddenly She feels heat creeping up her skin as She looks over her shoulder to see her extremely close to her

"Gauri-I-want to " He Fumbles with words as She looks at him expectantly seeing the glint on his eyes .

"Gauri" Bhavya's voice echoes through the porch as Omkara leaves her instantly , Gauri feels herself burning in anger on Bhavya For disturbing them more particularly Him . What was he trying to say? Gauri wonders

"Erm-Cat- Let's get in" Gauri whispers while smoke emits from her lips due to the weather.

Omkara nods and trails behind her muttering curses under his breath for Bhavya for disturbing him.

Bhavya raises her brow seeing Gauri's glares once they are in the porch . Bhavya chuckles slightly knowing that she might have disturbed their personal time making Gauri mouth to her 'I'll Kill You' and walks into The Cottage with Omkara .

Bhavya stutters seeing the glare Omkara was passing at her while walking in .

"Save me Hanuman !" Bhavya prays folding her hands scared something might happen to her seeing the way her Boy and Her Boy's so-called friend or boy-friend cursing heavily under their breath .

Gauri's anger melts seeing the beauty of the cottage . Gauri sees Anika ,Shivaay , Rudra and Khanna had settled on the couch in the hall .

Smiling She pulls out her agenda ,

"Attention , Attention ,Attention Welcome to Shimla gig !" She cheerfully calls out trying to grab their attention

They turn their head seeing her taking the centre of the hall . She passes them copies of her agenda .

"First Let's Go on Ice-skating and horseback riding today how is that?" She jumps excited asking only for them to roll their eyes at her .

Ignoring their eye rolls she proceeds to tell "The Next day We can have some fun on Kufri Fun Campus "

Shivaay walks out miffed The reason being him kidnapped that too with his PJ's which Anika had made Fun of few minutes back for spider man printed on them ,Anika passes a small smile and walks out , Rudra shrugs his shoulder at Gauri who is looking at him expectantly leaves the place . The Superstar's crazy Fan girl follows her superstar dreamily , Khanna pats Gauri's head and leaves with a small smile .

Gauri's face falls as She shouts "Hold on People Wait !" , None stop as they go by their ways . Gauri turns around to see him standing there . Gauri gives her famous smile with her puppy eyes trying to get him on her page but He shakes his head asking her not to even think and walks out leaving her standing all alone by herself .

Gauri snorts stamping her foot irritated seeing the old boring people she had gotten on her trip and drags her luggage across the staircase in frustration trying to fetch herself a room .

Khanna rings up Mr.Oberoi in order to update him about what's happening here .

"Hello Khanna What's going on?" Mr.Oberoi asks softly not in his usually stern tone

"We have reached Sir - All are Fine - Gauri is trying her best to get them for rides "

Mr.Oberoi mutters "Oh okay Khanna "

"Are You fine Sir? Should come over?" Khanna asks worried

Mr.Oberoi smiles hearing the concern in his fine "What will happen to this Old Man Khanna? I am Fine and Khanna You are going to ENJOY ! The holiday and no calling me got it? Unless it is urgent?"

"But sir - are you really okay?" Khanna asks not convinced

"Khanna I am Fine" Mr.Oberoi saying hangs up knowing that his Bodyguard is not going leave him . Khanna sighing walks towards his room after the call.

"Why being so secretive?" The Lady sitting beside Mr.Oberoi asks once he hanged up on Khanna

"Mrs.Kapoor Do You really think that My Grandsons would care?" He asks a bit sad making Mrs.Kapoor sigh

Mrs.Kapoor , was Mr.Oberoi's Personal Secretary , While in The Office cabin discussing the project details with Mr.Oberoi had felt dizzy and extreme headache . Mrs.Kapoor had checked into the hospital only to Learn the shocking news of Mr.Oberoi Health.

Mrs.Kapoor opens her mouth to speak but stops seeing the Doctor entering "How are You doing Mr.Oberoi?"

"Wel-I am alive " Mr.Oberoi replies with a chuckle

"Mr.Oberoi You need to stop smoking !" The Doctor warns him

"And we need to start treatments soon so that the disease does not spread around the whole body!"

Mr.Oberoi sighs and nods asking them to carry on.

Shivaay walks towards his room grumpily and falls on his bed instantly trying to catch some sleep . Still the desire of sleeping not diminishing but opens his eyes slowly and looks around the room and smiles remembering a memory

"Shivaay it's my room - get lost !"

"Ani-No - Mine -You go find another one !"

"Shivu -please?" The girl asks showing her puppy eyes

"Let's share" Little Shivaay suggests

"Noo" She shrieks "No -Girls never should share her room with a boy -Maa says they are bad !"

"Achcha - but One day you will have to Ani -One day !" He tells mischievously

"When Shivu?" The Little girl asks holding his hand

"The Day I get to hold this hand " Little Shivaay says holding her palm in his tightly

"But You are holding now too naah?" The Girl asks confused as He laughs flicking her nose says "Not like this - Leave it -you will not understand !" saying he walks out pecking her cheeks.

Shivaay wipes the lone tear which had slipped from the corner of his eyes and shuts his eyes trying to catch some sleep away from these memories .

Anika leans outside Shivaay's room wall as She cries silently remembering the small moment they had back then when they were just 7 and 9 . She drags her suitcase to the room next to his and curls up in the bed letting the tears out .

Gauri strolls around the house finding for the brothers trying to convince them , She passes across Rudra's room to see him humming to a song with his head phones on and guitar in hand . She marches towards him and peevishly yanks his earphones down

"You can't just enjoy by Yourself on a vacation "Gauri scoffs irritated by lack of enthusiasm

"I am Happy having my personal down time !" Rudra says smiling and puts his head phones on .

Gauir irritated whacks the on the back of his head earning an 'Ouch' from him and walks out .

Rudra rubs his head pouting like a baby while his phone pings with a message from Mishra . His eyes widens seeing the pictures of him in a girl dress

"Bhavya !" he shouts and marches out in a serious mood .

Gauri finds Shivaay sitting on the couch with his earlier PJ's watching Tom and Jerry. Frustrated She walks and sits by his side . Shivaay looks from the corner of his eyes seeing her putting up her puppy eyes and sighs

"Gauriji Leave "he says grumpily before Gauri could open her mouth .

"I am Sorry " Gauri apologizes as Shivaay turns giving his attention towards her "For Kidnapping and - " She bites her tongue embarrassed "For what happened in College "

Shivaay looks startled for a minute remembering the incidents but decides to ask her what he wants . He puts his both legs up on the couch and grabs a pillow while cuddling it to his chest says "Let it go "

Gauri smiles hearing his voice as she kneels in the couch facing him .

Shivaay breaking out of his shell asks her "What did you mean by Take a good look at what your heart feels , regarding your family and women ? " And Further He asks her "What would like actually happen if I liked You Gauri?"

"Shivaay when you like or love some truly many would change - Each moment your eyes would yearn to get a glimpse of her , you would start smiling more often than before - The struggles and nightmares of your life would replace with the dreams of her - You would start caring more about her more than everyone - Love means life Shivaay - You can earn money and luxuries but Love it comes when you need it and would leave if You try to take it for granted" Gauri says a dreamily - Her words reflecting her love for him .

"Grandma - How did I even think that I would like someone who is living in 20th century?" Shivaay says knocking his knuckles on her head getting her out of her dreamland . She frowns scrunching her nose and rubs her head .

"And I not the type to be serious - I love having flings ! " Shivaay says scoffing

"How dare You call me Grandma?" Gauri asks snorting

Shivaay shoves her away turning his attention back to Tom and Jerry .

Gauri puffing out in anger ends up whacking his head more than thrice while Shivaay shrieks yelping in pain as the TV plays Jerry punching Tom on the Wall.

Gauri leaves after Leaving his hair in spikes . Shivaay shakes his head angrily and sets his hairs scoffing and snorts like a kid and makes crying sounds seeing the way she had made his hair. Running his fingers through his hairs he sets is right . Shivaay hears a thud sound from the Kitchen . Pulling his hands out of his hair he runs towards the kitchen to find Anika crying out in pain holding her ankle .

Shivaay sighs slumping his shoulder seeing her yelping . Conflicting for a minute he walks towards her and carries her in his arms as She looks at him shocked . Placing her on the couch He takes her ankle and places it on his knees . She cries as he touches the place where she had just cramped . Seeing her reaction he twists her ankle making her letting out a yelp and massages it slightly .

"It will be fine !" Shivaay whispers and stands on his feet

"Why do you act Shivaay? You know exactly where I do cramp even after years? Then why?" She asks crying softly.

"Anyone - Would have--" His voice cracks unable to form a sentence .

"Why?" Anika questions with tears in her eyes

Shivaay walks out without replying and stops once at the door and turns around to see her looking at him longing . Shutting his eyes he leaves the place .

Rudra marches towards Bhavya's room angrily taps her door hurriedly . Bhavya groaning seeing the interruption to her beauty sleep opens the door only to Find her back to her dreamy fan girl mode

"Rudy" She calls him out excitedly

"You did this why?" Rudra asks seriously while almost thrusting his phone onto her face.

Bhavya chuckles and says "Aww My Superstar looks adorable in anything"

Rudra runs his finger sin his temple frustrated "Why woman?" he almost shrieks

Bhvaya smiles adorably "Rudy You Take my breath away with that red eyes?" She says swooning around while placing her palm on her heart

Rudra pushes his lips into his mouth trying to act all stern but her antics melt as a small smile appears

"Why? " he asks softly

Bhavya winks and gestures him to come close , Rudra flushes seeing her boldness and leans down towards her as She whispers "If not How can My Boy get the stubborn grumpy superstar here? "

She moves back and says happily not even feeling guilty "So I gave her the pictures !"

Rudra opens his mouth to say but stops seeing Khanna walking towards their side and takes a step back and takes two steps forward but stops and turns around and says "10 minutes be down for Skating !"

Bhavya jumps happily and nods sprinting to her room to change her clothes .

Omkara walks through the corridor chuckling and laughing seeing Gauri;s agenda in his hand which had separate tasks from hour to hour .

"My Little Adorable Rat Where Do You come up with these plans?" He whispers caressing her picture in his phone and walks out chuckling with the thought of him himself following her agenda .

Bhavya comes from the opposite side lost in her Superstar's dream Hoping on her feet she chuckles to herself . She locks her arms around her back seeing someone walking towards her lost in a certain someone .

"Looking For Someone?" Bhavya asks mischievously

Omkara stiffens and looks away from his phone to Find Bhavya wiggling her brows at him

"More Like lost in someone ?" Omkara teases back remembering the way she goes into dreamy mode whenever Rudra passes by or seats beside her in the dining table

"No" She says flushed and says "Don't Dodge !" She warns him almost threatening

Omkara shakes his head seeing her threatening him - Both the Girls are same ! try threatening the Man to get out something - He smiles remembering about Gauri

"No-Why would I " Omkara says shrugging his shoulder and paces out of the place faster.

Bhavya laughs seeing him almost running "When Will You both just agree?" She talks to herself and turns on her heels only to knock into a wall more like a moving wall, She looks up to see Rudra looking at her .

"Let's go" He pulls Bhavya by her palm and walks out to the skating area .

Gauri is out Feeding grass to Two Domestic Yaks She found on her short walk . She sits beside them feeding while time to time running her fingers caressing its skin .

"You both are the only one came to hang out with me " She tells sadly pressing her cheek on top of its skin .

She smiles as a mind flashes a memory of She and her Maa and Papa Feeding to a herd of goats while having fun . She grins as tears seeps down her cheeks remembering how close her father was to her playing around and giving her piggy rides .

"Why did You Say Paa That I am not Your blood?" She muffles a sob whispering to herself , She wipes the tears hearing the Yaks grunting at her

"Aww You guys are adorable with that grumpy face while grunting " Gauri says amused while ruffling their hairs .

"So babies Mama needs to go " She tells them cutely "Aww You guys grunting again?- at least Mama needs to Follow her own schedule right?" She tells them cutely bending to their level

"Don't grump -Mama will come to see you both again " She says cutely pouting and ruffles the Yaks hairs and walks out .

Omkara who had watched the scene from a distance chuckles and runs his fingers through his hairs , Once Gauri is out of sight he stands beside the Yaks with hands on his hips pouting

"How can She touch You Men So Comfortably ?" He asks pouting as the Yaks grunt at him

"Are You saying me to get lost?" Omkara asks pouting scrunching his nose

Yaks grump and snoot and walk away from him showing their backs to him . Omkara pouts at them "Yes I am jealous that She ruffled your hairs and not mine !" He shouts at the Yaks and in reply he gets a grunt .

Puffing out He stuffs his hands on his pockets feeling cold and paces to see where she is heading now .

Omkara laughs tying his hands across his chest standing front of her in the barn. Gauri frowns and turns to face him .

"Ohh Horseback riding means Feeding the horse? He asks innocently

Gauri scrunches her nose and turns to her chore of feeding the horse .

Omkara moves to open the horse stall but Gauri pushes him back holding him by his hand "Don't I am scared of riding - I mean I have never done before and it feels all jittery and dizzy "

Omkara laughs seeing her nervous "So My little Rat is scared of something ?"

"What Scared? That too me ? it's called not willing to take a risk you cat " Gauri tells in attitude flipping her hair behind . She had failed to catch up on the word 'My' he had used ! .

Omkara pulls her cap down her face "Stay here I am riding !"

Gauri muffles and pulls the cap up setting in right as she says "I am not going and you too !"

"Please?" She shows her puppy eyes

Omkara sighs "Trust me Gauri " He says softly assuring as She looks unsure and nods .

Omkara mounting the saddle gets on the horse and shows his palm asking her to get on .She feels herself sweating nervously as She passes her palm and gets on the horse . Gauri holds onto Omkara's wrist tightly and starts chanting her hanuman chalisa . Omkara laughs and wraps one of his arm around her waist and pulls her more closer to his Chest . She looks over her shoulder to see him extreme close to her face just inches apart.

"Let it free and enjoy Rat " He says assuring her She nods with a small

Soon they are riding fast as Gauri enjoys letting her hands free as she cheerfully shouts while Omkara laughs seeing her excitement and pulls the reign striding more faster .
