Brayden POV...

A bunch of unknown journalists stopped me while I was on my way to a meeting.

"Brayden Pierce, do you have a second?" asked one of them

I turned around and when I saw who was it I was surprised and curious to see what she was going to ask me after all that time.

"What is it?"

She did not ask her question right away but instead, she let someone else ask first "How is your new life going on after you pulled an uno card to put your family up again?"

"What can I say, never feel better" I simply replied

Another one came forward and she was still standing in the back, in the middle of the wild crowd glancing at me when I know damn well that this is her show, so my eyes were still on her.

"Your father broke the law before who tells us that he is not going to do it again?"

"First of all, he didn't...it was one or two people who were working under him, let's just say there is a difference" I rambled

"Are you telling me that it wasn't him?" the journalist continued

"Listen, he was trying to figure out who it was before making any false assumptions, and that's what he did, right? With a little help of course"

"Doesn't that make him a partner in crime? cause he should have let his superior know as soon as he suspects this" Ask another one as he was a guy, and I couldn't bear to even look at him... the Bastard

"Look, what don't you go and ask him, he would be glad to respond to this question face to face, and please put your glasses back on, so you can see that I am clearly not him!" I started and some of them were laughing

Finally, the one I was waiting to say something, about came forward, she looked me in the eyes and dared to say "How does it feel like your famous relationship or should I say the most famous relationship in this world ended just because you stop yourself from cheating on Darcy with you a therapist?"

Seeing the look on my face she could have seen I was very angry and surprised at the same time cause how dare she? And how did she know all of this from?

"As I can see, you are always on games, ain't it?"

She turns off her microphone then she adds "This is payback for France" She winks, and I glance at her and smirk.

"No comments" I simply said whilst turning my back on her, and them.

At Brayden's parent's house.

Javi was with Grayden they were at the bar drinking but not he was back, he didn't want to go straight to his room so his wife would not see him like this so he tried to sneak into one of his secret spots into the building.

"What if your wife catches you sneaking out so you can drink?"asks Javi

"I don't think she would have said something cause it's not like I was smoking, I'm just drinking to avoid thinking about the past and started making theories of the term you just used 'What if?' "

"I feel you but you cannot change the past, it is what you are going to do in the future that changes their point of view by showing them who you really are!" stated Javi

"Very wise of you Javi!" he said while putting a bottle on the back of his head.

"Hang on...what does it take so long for this elevator to stop? Is it always like this?" asked Javi when he realized how long they were going.

"Please, don't panic, the answer is it's the first time that happened to me...we should have been there 5 minutes ago, unless..." he replied

"Unless what?

"That's why I didn't want to tell you this, now you are panicking" Grayden drunkenly mumbled

"Why are you so calm, we might be..."

"Shush, it's finally stopped"

Then the elevator opened, and what they saw going to leave them speechless, it was not only another secret room but it was a sex room filled up with sex toys.

Rachel POV...

There was that big party to end the year, thrown by No one other than my big sis, Darcy.

Everyone welcomed...her friends the girls, not only the girls but also everyone from her old university.

Everyone but Brayden, I can't stop laughing about these two, they are truly a mystery.

"I lost patience, I thought anyone would ever come" stated Ruby when she saw the crowd coming in.

"As you can see, it's the contrary baby, let's party" screamed Emma with happiness

Everyone was like "Woohooo"

"Does that mean we can get drunk now, right?" asked Chloe

"You were already drinking so yeah" confirmed Darcy "Don't try to act surprised cause we saw you"

"I just tried to help cause I thought it was a lost cause and all of these good drinks were going to waste" added Chloe

"This is not the case babe, you forgot that my girl is a celebrity" Emma tried to hype up Darcy

She smiled and turned to face Chloe once again "Just one thing Chloe, the most fun is yet to come so drink to a limit babe, or else you're going to miss it"

"It has been a while so it's better be fun"

Ruby came out of nowhere with a red cup full of beer in her hand to ask them "Did you just say fun? so what do we usually do for fun? Gaming?"

They all quickly say "Nooo"

"Absolutely not"

"Alright calm down, I was just asking"

"Let's just walk around and meet some new people" suggested Darcy

"Boring" screamed Ruby

"Alright Ruby, let's walk around for a minute" suggested Emma while she took Ruby's hand, and they all split up, Chloe and Darcy went separate ways from Emma and Ruby.

One of the surprises at that party was seeing Kai and Lucas, make it to the party, the way my sister used to talk about them, now that I saw them with my own eyes, they haven't changed, not even a bit.

They were in a corner discussing football.

"You see, he scored another hat trick today, it's too easy for him!!!" Stated Kai

"I never saw him score a banger only tap in" affirmed Lucas

"What are you on, he just scored 2 today!"

"Okay, show me...it's perhaps me cause I haven't watched him for a while." said Lucas

And these 3 beautiful ladies pass by them while staring at them, they seem to recognize them. Who wouldn't, these guys are like idols to us.

"Is that Lucas and Sky? They are more handsome in person"

"For God's sake Linda, It's Kai tho not Sky," said the gorgeous brunette with curly hair, and green eyes known as Fleura, she goes with the name honestly, she is radiant like a flower.

"Whatever, I'm not his Dad nor her Mother," said the tall Blonde with long hair, hazel eyes, and pink lipstick, she looked like a supermodel.

"But we've been trying to correct you each time you say someone's name wrong, you still doing it," said the third one, short part black and green hair with bangs, and blue eyes and she was wearing glasses.

"Shut up Catherine, no one asks" Rambled Linda the blonde

"It's like you did it on purpose, even with your boyfriend, I guess that he is mad at you just because you used Megrechon instead of Melgreson" added Fluera the brunette who made her and Catherine the one with the green and black hair started laughing.

"That's why I like you Fleura, you always had my back!!" stated Catherine

These 3 reminded me of another group of 3 beautiful and popular ladies, oh yes I mean them.

"It would have been more fun if we invited Brayden," said Ruby still in grief that Brayden couldn't come.

It's not like he didn't want to be there but it's the fact that my sister known as Darcy did not send him an invitation and she put his face all over the place where we were hosting the party with a sign that said " Player alert ⚠️ that guy is Very dangerous" and she then asks the security to not let him in.

Which pissed me off a little bit, I know what you are going through Ruby, he wasn't only My sister's boyfriend, he was like a best friend who then became a mentor for me, I know him before I even knew she used to date my sister so...

"Ruby! May I remind you that Dora and you were the ones trying to convince Darcy that he was cheating" stated Emma

"Alright, I was wrong, he said that the woman was her therapist...plus wasn't that woman too old for Brayden, I didn't know he was into Cougar" Exclaimed Ruby

Emma laughed a little bit and then she said "I guess we'll never know"

Then guess what? A few seconds later the one that had been uninvited and whose face was all over the walls outside of the building came in like nothing ever happened, with his best friend Danny and another handsome guy. All eyes were on them.

"What the hell?" said Chloe when her eyes fell on them

"Speak of the devil..." said Emma and she let Ruby finish the sentence for her "He shall appear" continues Ruby

"He's mine don't get near him, you guys heard?" exclaimed Linda

"No, we didn't hear shit cause he's Darcy's" stated Fleura

"Not for long, they always find a way back to each other" I finally said entering the games

"Why don't you let us Dream" screamed Fleura and then they suddenly made a happy noise and we started dancing.

Oh, I did not correctly introduce you, they are my friends!! Remember that I told you that they reminded me of a group of girls? So yeah I was talking about Darcy's group of friends, each of my friends reminded me of each one of Darcy's. There was Linda, she got everything Darcy told me about Chloe.

Then Fleura is Emma 2.0 and Emma's little sister.

Then, Catherine is shy and always by herself and her thoughts even if she is with us just like Ruby when she was in college but not anymore now that she is a famous model, I wonder if the same thing going to happen to Catherine? You'll never know.

"I like the optimism" stated Linda while crossing her arms

"Linda, nice to see you too!" I mumbled and we hugged each other.

"Glad to see you..." Said Linda

"The semester wasn't the same without you" continues Fleura

"I know, I hate online classes too"

While Catherine did not even remark that I was there she was deep in her head.

Then Brayden and his friend headed outside, they went behind a bush when a little group of people playing chess, and guess who couldn't Lose whatever how hard they tried... it was Elliot Darcy's once crush!!

Elliot scoffs "No you can't" and the crowd begins laughing and screams "Checkmate" altogether

Elliot put his eyes on Brayden and he stood up arm open with no shirt on showing all of his well-traced body "I've been on that seat for too long can anybody do me the favor by taking me out? It's easy, you know? All you have to do is put your butt down right there and try if you can"

The crowd started laughing.

"Brayden why is he looking at us, it's like he wants us to do it?" asked Danny Brayden did not answer whatsoever so he continued "Brayden you go, you got this"

"What do you mean to go, why can't you do it?" said Brayden

"You know I suck at it if I go I'll get ridiculed...besides I have seen you playing this game so many times"

"With your GrandPa and I remember you beat him once, we all know he was a pro, may he rest in peace" added Jordany

"That was a long time ago, and that still can't convince me to go and get ridiculed, you have seen how many people this guy has taken down?"

"Practically of them but you are not all of them, right? You are Brayden!!" exclaimed Danny

"Exactly" Jordany added

"Anyone...I thought you guys had the guts to do what to be done, but I was wrong you are all skirted instead of wearing pants" Elliot Exclaimed while pointing specifically at Brayden and his friends

The crown started laughing

"Who does this guy think he is?" asked Jordany

"Last chance, anyone"

Danny took Brayden's hand and raised it.

"What are you doing?"

"What has to be done for the sake of the city boys" stated Danny

Jordany couldn't help but laugh

"Cause I can't stop seeing myself with a skirt" continued Danny

"Yes Brayden, for the sake of the city boys" added Jordan

"Fine," said Brayden

And the crowd goes louder.

"Oh, oh, look like someone finally decided to accept the challenge"

"Just so you can shut the fuck up" shouted Brayden

And everyone begins whispering around while looking at their phones.

Elliot fake smiling at first and then he tries to get serious "You can always try" he says before they start playing

The game was close but unfortunately, Brayden lost.

"I think you were trying to shush me, now what happened? Still, a loser as I can see" he said, and they both stood up like they were about to fight Jordany quickly approached them but Danny stopped him

"What did he say?" asked Jordany

"Let's just get out of here" Exclaimed Brayden

Inside, people were dancing, drinking and screaming...

A few moments later Brayden heads to the kitchen at the same time as Darcy but none of them remarked.

Brayden took a cup and poured himself some tap water, he started drinking.

"I didn't know that my alcohol was that bad, at one point it made you drink water instead." said Darcy while getting closer

Brayden smirked "Mmm, I didn't know, but this is not the reason"

"Why then?"

"Thirsty, I'm just thirsty and I'm trying to lay low on the alcohol for a bit"

"Oh" she simply said while taking what she came to take in the kitchen and then she headed back to the main floor but Brayden suddenly said something

"Not the only reason, obviously my life is boring without you"

Then she suddenly stops while saying "Don't do this"

"I want you back"

"Brayden stop"

"You know I don't usually play the villain but I do now know that this is for specifically a reason and I want you by my side to help me have my redemption arc because I already know that I'm lost" Affirmed Brayden

"We can't be back together even if I wanted to, you'll never change, you'll keep stepping on my heart despite your beautiful words" she answered

"I'm..."

"Besides Serge and I are back together, please respect that, and if you can't, deal with it" she Exclaimed

Brayden after hearing this wasn't happy at all, he immediately grabbed a mug and the counter and smashed it on the ground which startled Darcy a little bit, he then looked her in the eyes while no one blinked he left the kitchen.

"And finally this one is Linda, she is another version of you," I said introducing them to each other "Chloe, my sister told me a story about you so yes I know who you are!"

"Wait... she's nothing like me, she's beautiful like they have been saying but nothing more, just an ordinary person" stated Linda

Chloe turned to look at me while saying "What did she say?"

"You heard" added Linda

"Linda," said Catherine

"shut up Catherine"

"Listen, babe, you're lucky I graduated from MCI, or else next semester I would've made sure you bowed before me and kissed my boots for what you just said

Fleura tried to not laugh but she couldn't help it.

They look at each other for a moment and then Linda says "There she is, the Chloe I heard of!!"

Chloe smirked, "I know what you want to do but you're not going to succeed cause this version of me is dead and I like this one better!!"

Then Chloe's eyes shifted to Catherine " And you reminded me of someone if you are really like her at one point you'll be refused to take all of her bullshits, that is my advice for you...but it most unlikely for history to repeat itself" she turned her back on them, she was about to leave but then she stops and grabbed Linda and ask her to follow her.

"Hey, careful I am fragile" exclaimed Linda

At the same time, I saw Brayden leaving the kitchen and Darcy right after him so I then grabbed Catherine.

"Come with me"

"Where?"

"to realize a dream" I stated

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, you know me, even if you were on the other side of the world, I heard you are there I will come straight to you!!" he rambled

"Aw...I missed you, big bro" I said, and we hugged

"Alright, now you can stop calling me that cause you know everything" he suggested

"Never, nothing will stop me from calling you that, and yes I did hear everything I just decided to not believe in them" I exclaimed

"Yes, I wanna talk to you about this, I got a fashion show in two weeks, and I want you and Darcy to be there, please!!"

I turned to Catherine and said, "Yes, he will be there!!"

On the other side of the room Emma, Ruby, and Fleura were in a drinking contest. The started drinking

But she couldn't anymore so she stopped and everyone went to support Emma "Emma, Emma, Emma"

Then she suddenly drinks something that doesn't taste as she expected so she quickly spits it out.

"What the fuck was that?" asked Emma

"The thing is that I won sis!!" said Fleura

"No, I mean yes but this is not something I remember we brought, this is something else. unless you did it to win, cheater" rambled Emma in a jokingly way

"Wait, what? No, let me taste it" protested Fleura

She did and she immediately spit it out, Emma started laughing

"What the fuck was that?" asked Fleura

"What? Asked Darcy who just got there confused as hell

"That shit, it's not the ones we brought, it's different," said Emma

Emma approached them to ask "Hey, where did you guys come from?"

"We've been here even before you or the creator of the party" mumbled Kai

We then all regrouped again, I was with my group of friends and Darcy was with hers.

"Hey, you won't believe what just happened" exclaimed Catherine

"I just met Brayden and then I followed him on Ig and he followed me back"

"No way, he literally followed two people, Darcy and Rachel but now...you," Fleura said when she checked on her phone

"Yes way, thanks to Rachel"

"How was meeting with your crush for the first time?" stated Ruby

"I would say breathtaking!!? Replied Catherine

Then they started laughing.

Darcy was lost staring at Brayden talking with that Journalist chick for almost 5 minutes straight. The journalist who stopped him the other day to ask him that stupid question or just say Beautika!!

"What is it?" asked Emma

"He's been talking with that girl for more than 5 minutes" replied Darcy

"Do you know who she is?"

"She is one of the most famous journalists in California, her name is Beautika and she helped Danny with my rescue"

"Oh, I get it...but also her name matches her beauty"

"Right!"

"So you still love him, don't you?" Continued Emma

"No, on the contrary, it makes me sick of him and makes me more attracted sexually toward Serge"

So she ran to the bathroom to call Serge.

Ten minutes later Serge got to the party, looking everywhere to see where was Darcy, all of a sudden she came in her back and tapped him twice.

"What will the hater say?" asks Serge

"Who gives a fuck about what they say, they'll keep hating nothing more"

"It's like they said if you like someone let her go, she will be back if it was meant to be!!" Affirmed Serge

"It's just like we never left each other," said Darcy

Brayden was sitting next to the pool by himself Danny and Jordany came to keep him company.

"just don't think about it alright? I know what you can do when it comes to that girl so don't even think about it...we are here to party so let's just focus on that and have a good time" exclaimed Danny "It's for the best bro" Then they do the handshake but this time one for the three of them

"Let's go crazy" yelled Jordany

"Bet, let me go for a drink," said Danny

He got up and left them to go outside looking for drinks.

"You know everything happened for a reason?" mumbled Jordany

"I know," said replied Brayden

"What if I told you we beef for nothing, would you believe me?" with that, he got Baryden's attention

"What do you mean?" asked Brayden

"I've been through all that, at one point I didn't even know what we were fighting about cause believe it or not I never touched a single hair of Kishara"

"What are talking about I saw you that night"

"The thing is I've been dealing with my mom's sickness all that time without telling no one, at one point it was too much for me so I almost lost my mind" explained Jordany

"Sorry to hear that mate I didn't know"

"And my condolences"

"Thanks, means a lot to me

"So you telling me you were high that night and...?" continues Brayden out of curiosity

"I was high and drank..."

"Enough to make you black out...so that face I saw in that wet window...?"

"Could have been anyone because the only thing I remember from that night is when I woke up naked next to Kishara but I never remember having sex with her whatsoever" explained Jordany

"Impossible" screamed Brayden

"You know better, you are rich, so anything is possible for you, it could've been anyone, it could have been a mask like in Mission Impossible movies made to look like me... She could've been..."

"she could've been paid to do that to me" interrupted Brayden to add

He began having flashbacks.

And there I lost focus on what was going on...

"That's why she sent me this..." continued Brayden, he suddenly stood up, looking at everyone around him.

Here we go again, being the main target in a game I think I have started but I just figured out that it is just an Illusion all along, the real question is who is behind that game? What are their motives? Only one way to find out and stop them once and for all, by all means necessary.

So no more innocents got hurt, physically or emotionally.

But the question is where to start, it could be anyone... A member of your family, the one you are crazy in love with, or someone close to you... a friend.

With that last word, he shifted his state toward Danny inside waiting for drinks, Danny saw him and then he smiles.

"It's all happened for a reason" stated Jordany for the last time

"I gotta go," said Brayden

Then he suddenly exited the party, Darcy saw him and she thought he wasn't taking it well so were all of Darcy's friends, while they were dancing to a beautiful song, they all stopped to look at Brayden's downfall, including me, my sister Darcy her friends and my friends and the journalist chick.

Darcy looked at Serge and said" You know what I'm ready to make it more complicated

"Are you sure?" demanded Serge

"Yes, I am here for it all!!" she Affirmed

"Then let's get ready for it" he stated and they kissed

Danny ran to get to Jordany and asked him "What just happened?"

"The truth, the truth buddy" he simply said

At the exit, he called his bodyguards to come and get him when he saw all of the Paparazzi outside, waiting for him.

They got him in his car and they drove off.
