Chapter 65

Weeks go by and Alana and Luke see each other once a week, doing there best to get the most out of their meetings. Still not able to do everything they really want to do with each other, still just using the backseat of the car to make love.

At this point both of them want more, to be able to lay in a bed and touch each other the right way. All these times and they still haven't even been naked in front of each other yet. In some way that leads things to be more exciting and in another they can't wait to see the full version of each other.

They do know that when they see each other they can't keep their hands off of each other, it now just leads to the backseat and making out or full-blown sex. The more they talk online teasing each other and getting each other ready for the next time, the hotter it is when they actually get to have sex.

They are both in their own worlds at the moment, so engrossed in each other their real lives don't seem to matter. It's like they only matter and nothing else.

Brad sees Luke flying around the office during the day, happy as can be. He knows this can't last much longer without someone realizing what is up. Luke wasn't a very happy guy before this, he was quiet and very reserved. He was even pretty down at times, feeling his life was the pits and regretting everything. Now he is full of life and happiness.

Brad sees this can lead to a lot of trouble, not to mention make Whitney realizes something is up. He isn't sure what Luke is really thinking with? His head or his dick? He wants to see his friend happy, at the same time, he doesn't see this going very well at all. There is so many complications and he feels that neither of them is seeing through that, just seeing what their desires are.

He also knows that Luke hasn't had this much attention in a very long time, so it's distracting him from real things. He knows that Whitney doesn't see him in this way anymore and hasn't for a while. It's what started all this in the beginning. He just knows that Luke is a kind-hearted and doesn't want to see anyone get hurt, he sees him the one being hurt in the end. That is the part he doesn't like.

"Hey man what's up?" Brad asks.

"Not much you?" Luke replies.

"Really? I haven't seen you at my house in a few weeks now, I just see you at work. Are you that busy?" Brad says.

"Yea, I have been going straight home on some nights and then even going to the gym to give me an alibi for when I see Alana during the week. I am trying to make it look like I took up going to the gym instead of doing it at home to get out of the house." Luke admits.

"At least your thinking of an alibi." Brad snaps.

"What is that suppose to me?" Luke asks.

"Dude you been walking on air for the last few weeks. It's not you, it looks suspicious, and it's like you don't care if you get caught or not." Brad answers.

"Well excuse me for being fucking happy for once. I don't want to get caught and I am not trying to. I am just happy, Alana makes me happy. We spend a lot of time online together and also once a week in person is wonderful. Its a distraction from regular life. It's just what I needed it." Luke comments.

"That's just it, a distraction, your making it be your life. It's like nothing else in your life matters. Whitney is going to notice it, just like I did." Brad states.

"Man, If I didn't know better I would think you were jealous. Whitney is barely ever home and notices nothing about me. She is too wrapped up in her own life, that is why this is happening. I get to eat dinner with her some nights and maybe a little tv on the weekend, that is all I see of her. Sex is barely there again. I got a little during the holiday and it disappeared as soon as she went back to work. At least now I have it with Alana, I thought shouldn't be able to keep up with me, and here she is even more into it than I am. I finally met my match." Luke laughs.

"I am glad you find this all funny, what happens when she doesn't want it anymore either? Do you really think this is going to stay this way? How long do you want this to go on this way anyway?"Brad asks.

"It just started, give it a minute, will you. I would like it to last as long as it can. Right now we both want each other, we are both happy, with what is going on. If you can't be happy for me than maybe you shouldn't come in here anymore." Luke spats.

"Really man? I am not trying to be a dick I am trying to warn you. I don't see much going good with this if Whitney finds out your going to be upset you know your not leaving her." Brad comments.

"She isn't going to find out, everything is fine. Just be happy for me, let me enjoy what it is for now anyway. Alana isn't like anyone else I have ever been with." Luke admits.

"What are your true feelings towards her? Just sex or more? Do you even know?" Brad asks.

"I have strong feelings towards her, its not only sex. I love being with her." Luke confesses.

"Where does this leave the rest of your life?"Brad states.

"Look, we both said we are not leaving our spouses. We care about each other, so we have both. Where it leads I am not sure, we are just having fun with it." Luke replies.

"That's what you say now. Feelings get in the way of things, make things hard." Brad responds.

"I know, I am trying not to think about that now. We have each other its good for now. I just want to live in the now for the first time in my life." Luke comments.

"Ok, let's do it your way. I just hope you can handle this." Brad answers.

"Right now, I am fine,"Luke says.

Luke knew that in the past, it was hard for him to deal with things. He would get low very fast when things went wrong. Just like he said for the first time in his life he was living for the now. He was doing his best not to look to see what the future would be or hold. In the past when doing that, he would only drive himself crazy and it never got him anywhere anyway, he was trying to change.
