Arc 1 R Part 2
Part 2: Shocked
"Hey, Kuroko. The headmaster said we were meant to be going north, right" Misaka asked. "Yeah" Kuroko replied. "Then we need to be going this way" Misaka said, pointing to their right. "Lead the way then, sissy" Kuroko said.
(Meanwhile)
"Pyrhha, I made a torch. Can't you humor me for like five more feet" Jaune said, before tripping and dropping the torch in a puddle.
(Meanwhile)
"Poor kids. I can't imagine Lie Ren and Nora Valkerie, or Mikoto Misaka and Kuroko Shirai will be able to work well together" Glynda said. "What exactly did you use for relics this year" Glynda asked
Ozpin just stood their, $?*=(*.:. , as he watched three of formed pairs. Two, even more than the other.
"Ozpin...?" Glynda asked.
(Like, five minutes later, in a different place)
"I guess we're not the first ones here" Yang said. "It's not like this place was hard to find" Blake said.
(about two minutes later)
"Come on Uiharu. It shouldn't be too much further" Saten called out. "I'm... not good...at running" Uiharu panted. "Well you can rest now. Look what we just stumbled upon" Saten said.
(A few minutes later)
"I'm queen of the castle, I'm queen of the castle" Nora cheered.
(Later)
"Finally" Misaka groaned. "It did take a while for us to get here, but it wasn't that bad sissy. We were together after all~" Kuroko said, before finding herself twitching on the ground.
(Even later)
"I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!" Yang shouted, "CAN WE HAVE A BREAK, FOR JUST TWO SECONDS!".
*Tick
*Tock
"Uh, guys" Ruby started, "That things circling back". "Ozpin said our objective was to get the relics, and report back to the cliffs. We don't have to fight that thing" Weiss said. "Run and live" Jaune nervously said, "That's an idea I can get behind".
(Meanwhile)
"CAN I CATCH A BREAK" Touma shouted, as he ran away from a gang.
(Back to the Railgun Arc)
(Later)
Kuroko rolled to the left, narrowly avoiding the possessed claw of the Geist(1).
This particular possession was a single tree, albeit an old and broken one. It had six roots acting as the legs. Not too far up the trunk was it broken, revealing a bit of the black mass beneath.
The next segment resembled a chesplate. it's arms were done in two segments. The middle pieces being bare of anything, while it's hands had a branch protruding from it's 'palm'. Each hand had only three claw like fingers.
It's head piece was broken in a way that made it look like it had a mouth. It's mask stood out against the brown of the tree parts. Three horn like branches stuck out, almost looking like an ancient mistralian(2) helmet.
(For a simple way to visualize it, just look up the pokemon Trevenant)
The Geist raised it's arm up, ready to strike, but the sudden hole in it's hand, the size of a sniper bullet, caused it to shriek in agony. Whether it actually felt pain, or if it's age taught it to try and make people feel guilty was unknown(3).
Another shot, and it's mask was nicked, it's shrieks filling the air.
(Meanwhile)
Misaka skidded across the dirt. She could feel the faint trickles of blood staining the back of her outfit. She barely had enough time to stand back up, before getting knocked back to the ground. The large dual-snake, dwarfing the nearby trees in height, was tough
Misaka channeled her electricity, reaching into the earth. The black head lunged at Misaka, and chomped.
(Meanwhile)
Uiharu ejected the empty cartridge from her gun, before grabbing another, and sliding it into the gun, before the clanking of the lock told it was secured.
She raised her gun up, aiming at the head of the final Beowolf, already wounded, and shot. The black smoke ensuring it's status.
Uiharu saw electricity arching through the sky, and ran off to aid the electro-master.
(Meanwhile)
Kuroko was rather pleased with the outcome. The Grimm's possessed tree limbs were damaged beyond use, crushed by nearby trees, or filled with holes, both from her pins and Saten's sniper rounds. The had attempted to run away, but she teleported five pins into it's mask. The only clue that it had existed being the black smoke that would be gone forever in about a minute.
The crackling of electricity told of her sissy's wherabouts, and she needed someone to help her. Kuroko grabbed Saten, and teleported the two of them to the battlefeild.
"So this is our opponent" Kuroko asked condensendingly, "It shouldn't be any match for us, will it, Sissy".
(Like 20 minutes prior, in the city of Vale)
"You guys really shouldn't be ganging up on people like that. Besides, she doesn't exactly look legal" Touma said, clearly angering the five gang members.

Just remembered I forgot to put this here.
Anyways, other than the promise that there won't be anywhere near as many time skips, there isn't much to say.
(1) According to the wiki, Geists only live in a small part of anima and solitas. The one here though was meant to be old. My reasoning is that the Grimm moved away from where it was, to a place they are not meant to be, to hide. If you aren't expecting something, you're less likely to notice minor clues to that unexpected existence.
(2) From what we've seen of Mistral and Anima, it is the Japan/China/Korea of Remnant. Trevenant's head reminds me of a shogun helmet from Japan.
(3) We don't come across too many old grimm in RWBY. Maybe four or five in total (atleast in the anime). The Nuckalavee and The Apathy are the only one's we've seen to shriek or shout. The Apathy do it to drain energy, however the Nuckalavee did so in pain. My reasoning, which is pretty flawed at best, is that it's an attempt to catch any attackers on gaurd. Most people, when they atleast believe something or someone is in pain, don't want to continue doing it as an act of conscious. If even for only a second, that hesitation could cost someones life.
