Part 2 Cracked

Touma stepped on a can of soda, only to fall on the ground, instead of simply crushing it, like how physics should have had it play out.

As he layed their, contemplating, he noticed something in the alleyway he was facing.

Getting up, Touma went to investigate, finding five people, looking like they belonged to a gang, ganging up on a ice-cream themed girl, who was carrying a parasol.

"You guys really shouldn't be ganging up on people like that. Besides, she doesn't exactly look legal" Touma said, clearly angering the five.

"You got'a pro'lem or sum'tin" a muscular guy, roughly in his thirties, asked, as he spat out his cigarette.

Behind him, ten more guys came out from the shadows, carrying maces, clubs, pistols, and handed the muscular one an assault rifle of some sort.

"uh... don't mess with the girl" Touma asked, shying away from the group, before breaking into a sprint.

(Twenty-ish minutes later)

"CAN I CATCH A BREAK" Touma shouted. "There he is" One of the men said. They quickly surrounded him, but instantly started cowering after two small thuds.

Touma looked up, and saw a man with ruffly black hair, a business like suit, underneath an open trench coat. He had a monocle over his right eye. "I do not believe that this is a proper way of carrying yourselves" The mans french accent did not hinder his message, but rather seemed to strengthen it.

"Shit, it's Arsene, scram" The leader shouted. The gang dropped their weapons, ans tried to take off, but flames consumed them. After the fire subsided, it was revealed that the group was still alive, however they were slighly burned, their clothes singed.

"Until we met again, au revoir" the man said, bowing. From under his cloak, a pair of bat wings emerged, allowing him to take flight.

And boom. Arsene makes an appearance. I took aspects from his original self, and his appearance in Persona 5, to work with. But what exactly did he do? And what side does he stand on?
