After school and failing to find Lei Mei's friend, Tedashii ends up taking her to Judgement branch 121 building, where they await.

"Tch how the hell I get myself into this mess we, were supposed to find her friend so she could take her here not me." Tedashii thought to himself sitting on a bench next to Li Mei. Tedashii looked back at the Li Mei whose legs were tingling, her cheeks were red and sweat drift from her face.

"......." Li Mei, stared at the judgement band from afar. Her eyes were hollow as if she wasn't paying much attention.

"Are you having or showing feelings of being worried and afraid about what might happen, often or easily becoming worried and afraid about what might happen." Tedashii smiles and quotes Li Mei, who tilts her head puzzled.

"Huh?"

"Uh... never mind I just thought it'll be a little interesting to... yeah, never mind." Tedashii scratches his head and thought of what Akahana was doing at the time and mumbles to himself. "I hope she's okay..."

Li Mei looked back at Tedashii and watched him scratching his head. "You know if you got some kinda wound or scratch, messing with it would only make it worse."

"Uh, yeah... it was nothing." Tedashii calmly said looking away from Li Mei but then came to his senses as he realized that last comment, "Wait what? Leave when we're through?"

Two judgement members walked up to witnesses Li Mei choking and lifting Tedashii up shaking him as if he was a shake in a blender.

"Oh my, I knew I heard some commotion going on. A short black hair girl, with glasses that sparkle from outside her blue eyes, wearing a red leather jacket. Placing her hands on her waist.

"Gwop! Right!!" Li Mei quickly responds by dropping Tedashii making a formal salute.

"Please keep it together Li Mei Xiaodan... Is it? That's not an Japanese name I'm familiar with, are you from China?"

"Yes mam! Umm, are you my...?"

"Oh no I'm not. I'm sorry, I am the chief of 177th branch office Konori Mii. For the Daihaseisai festival, both Judgment and Anti-Skill are required to respectively be deployed to keep peace and order and aid outsiders. However during making preparation some misfortunes occur with anti skill had to cut some of there members off aiding to investigate September 14th and 15th which in fact they already have a lead.

"......" Tedashii sighs looking away while scratching his head. He quickly looked back not to draw attention and ask, "So Judgement has to work during the festival? That doesn't sound fair."

"She's a good person, I'm the jerk who committed a crime, the one who caused the trouble back then," Tedashii jumps in, surprising even Li Mei. "It's kinda how we met after all. So uh, yeah."

"T-Tedashii...?" Li Mei said as her cheeks bloomed red.

"So justice was your keen stir of trouble, Miss Xaiodan, however it's prohibited to use your Esper ability, or to take the conflict at your own hands. Though you came here to become a Judgement member, so you choose the third option. Congratulations Li Mei will be interested to take you in for the exams during this fine hour." Konori saids and nods.

"Ha Yes!" Li Mei's eyes sparkled, clenching her fist up with excitement. "Okey-dokey. Are you gonna be doing my tryouts?"

"Then who is it then?" Tedashii saids crossing his arms and raising his eyebrow."

"Geez let me finish." Konori says as she pulls out her cellphone, "Li Mei I'll be giving you a number of the chief of branch 121 Annaisha Emiyo. She will be your instructor for the test, and we'll if things turn out well she will be your chief."

"But she's not here?" Li Mei said tilting her head looking at the phone,

"Yeah... sorry, miss Emiyo, is Umm... a special case and could be a little indifferent. Please forgive me Xiaodan-San I would be your fill-in instructor for today... but there's someone I have to meet... and I made a promise." Konori looked away, staring at her belongings with two bottles of Musashino milk sitting on a table.

"A very professional day indeed. What about you?" Tedashii asks the judgement guy.

"Who me? Yeah I can't do it either." The judgement guy wavers his hands back and forth.

"Wait you're not gonna do it? I thought you said." Konori looked back at the judgement guy with her eyes widened within her glasses.

"Yeah I know, I'm sorry Konori-San, but I got a call and something came up while I was in the bathroom."

"Well don't look at me, I got a lot on my plate starting the next three days," Tedashii says sarcastically.

"....." It's okay I'll wait tomorrow and meet this Annaisha Emiyo-senpai if she mines and give her a call."

"... Li Mei Xaiodan I can't stand back and let you go through so much trouble, we call you without a plan, and for that I think I can push back mine," Konori announces as her eyes brighten within her glasses, "I'll be your instructor! So let's get started." Her sudden responsible response even surprised Tedashii who was secretly impressed.

"Hmph, Konori Mii is it?" Tedashii saids with a smile.

"Hm?" Konori looked over at Tedashii who headed to the front door.

"Hey! Tedashii! Where are you going?" Li Mei asked Tedashii with a sudden concern and a red face of embarrassment.

"I won't be long. I just need a little bit of fresh air that's all. And I'm making a quick call, I can do that right? Your highness."

"Just don't go off calling a taxi!"

"Oh don't worry there services are the worst I'll just call an Uber." Tedashii says sarcastically opening the door and leaving the building.

"Not funny Tedashii!!" Li Mei roared with watery eyes trying to contain herself from blasting Tedashii's back with her deadly Esper attacks.

"You must have known each other for such a very long time." Konori relied with a smile."

"No not really it's just as he said, he's one of darkness and I of light that cross paths, Better to light one candle than to curse the darkness."

"Oh mine, we'll here you go have a nice drink before we start. You'll need to drink plenty of these I can tell." Konori says, handing Li Mei one of her Musashino milk bottles.

"Uhh, I dunno know wasn't this for someone else?"

"Oh don't worry I'll just buy some more and besides if you drink a lot of this milk, you'll grow and develop in a certain spot."

"Eh, Nani!" Li Mei cries out staring at Konori's chest. And looked back at her in somewhat disappointment. "Don't be so absurd!" Li Mei protested. "Such a stat increase for what charmed him! I do not need to persuade and charm my enemies into submission! My strength is more than enough!!" Li Mei covered her chest in shame dropping down crouching.

"How cute! I look forward to this!"

"Uhh, yeah I'm gonna go." The judgement guy awkwardly said head outside as well.

Tedashii sat down in a back alley, as he pulled out his phone and tried to call Akahana.

"Come on, pick up." Tedashii said cautious, sweating to hear the safety of her voice. "Please don't tell me I screwed up that night and the cyborg equipment that finally had some complete shutdown..." Tedashii grinned as his mind made up assumptions. "Damn it, I was supposed to been home, but I got stuck doing all this cra—" Tedashii stop mid-sentence as the one he was calling pick up on the other side.

"... Beebo! You are calling Hamasaki residents as of now Tedashii Hamasaki is not present in a place, at an occasion, or as part of something... though he should already be—-"

"Akahana it is me Tedashii, Geez I should get you a cell phone with my caller ID."

You say your ass right there cause we need to—- " Suddenly Tedashii heard a vacuum noise, and to Tedashii red fluster face of embarrassment. Tedashii waited until Akahana picked up the phone.

"... Did you guys speak in order to give information or express ideas or feelings; converse or communicate by spoken words."

"Umm... Akahana can you describe to me what Minato looks like?"

"... That is unusual or surprising in a way that is unsettling or hard to understand."

Tedashii listened dumbfounded, and asked, "Is that, a cleaning bot?"

"... Affirmative." Akahana quickly replies. "Are coming back to the place where you live permanently?"

"Get away from me you bastard!! Agh!!" From within and further the depths of the dark alley, away from where Tedashii was, "He could hear struggles ahead where he sat."

"... Was that a long, loud, piercing cry expressing pain?" Akahana asks on the other side of the phone line.

"I'll call you back!" Tedashii replied by pulling the phone away from his ear.

"Tedashii..." Akahana tried listen in on the commotion on the other side of the line, but Tedashii hung up on her and pursue the cry. He ran over deeper into the dark alley where he spotted a group of three Esper males locking a girl into the corner. She had her school uniform torn somewhat with a horror face. While some perverted punk had his tongue on her cheek. The other two turned around and glare at Tedashii.

"Tch, ya got a problem?" The delinquent said, staring at Tedashii.

"Yeah, you!" Tedashii replies back with unknown fire in his eyes. His mouth and body acted separate from his mind. His thoughts were telling him what the hell is he doing while his blood boils and body fire up. The girl had a uniform of the same school as Tedashii. But he couldn't get a good look on her face. "You got some balls starting up shit around the same block as a judgement branch. But I wouldn't say it's guts more of idiotic!"

"What was that you little shit!" The delinquent at the frontline said with a piercing death stare.

"Bro wait he might be a high level Esper talking that shit, be careful."

Tedashii though if there being cautious of an Esper ability getting involved it might be safe to claim there level zeroes. Tedashii wipes out his second phone that was also his flip flop jailbreak cell phone only for it to fly off out of his hand into the delinquent's hand.

Tch damn it. Tedashii thought to himself there are Espers there and were only probably alarmed due to might being low level Espers between two and three. But three Espers were more than enough to take out a level zero such as himself. The delinquent drops Tedashii's phone and steps on it, breaking it. The delinquent in the far back dropped the girl and they posed towards Tedashii. Tedashii knocks the trash can over and pushes it towards the delinquent only for them to catch it with telekinesis. The other delinquent was a pyrokinesis who burned the trash can and the telekinesis Esper threw it at Tedashii. Tedashii dodge roll and as he tried to rise up from evading he tumbled over by another barrel that was rolled over by the telekinetic Esper. He tumbled over into a small oil spill.

"Damn...Telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and precognition really?" Tedashii said realizing the third Esper was a Precognition Esper.

"Not bad you analyze each of our abilities that quickly but it wouldn't have changed anything and from what I can tell from that small display, you're a level 0, what a complete idiot."

"Shut the hell up! You son of a bitches go around hurting everyone else because you're low level punks that got caught in a simple roadblocks, it's ungrateful Espers like you all that makes me sick to my stomach, that makes me wanna destroy your existence! But that's not right! Damn it's just not right!"

"What the hell you're talking about bitch?" The delinquent said in the middle.

"He's talking about justice you punks!" The girl in the corner said, raising up her soft pitch.

"Tch! what was that?!" The delinquent rose his foot and as he appears to stomp her Tedashii tries to run up the only for an intensive wind to blow within the atmosphere.

"That's right! Justice and GUTS!!"

The sun began to drop and every turned to the outside of the corner of a shadow of a boy standing from afar. As the sun drops down to sunset the mysterious boy's shirt brightens to his Rising Sun shirt, the wind blows blowing his make-shift cape jacket that hangs on his shoulders. The headband on his forehead blew back. To Tedashii's surprise of wondering why whirlwind is occurring within this time. The boy skyrocketed down and felt like an earthquake smacking the ground below them.

"What the? Who the hell are you?" Tedashii is confused about the new situation.

"Well done that was some nice set of GUTS you had there! But you might wanna stand back for this one only those with enough GUTS can handle this one!"

"Wut?" Tedashii said, completely puzzled tilting his head.

"Ultra SAVE THE GIRL IN THE END AMAZING RIGHTEOUS PUNCH!!!" The boy throws his punch into the air and unexplainable phenomena occur colorful punch flicker off into an explosion throwing the goons and Tedashii along with them into the air.

"Are you okay Mam!?" The boy said looking back at the girl who was blushing at him.

"Oh, Mmhm." The girl got his attention pointing up at the air.

"Blahhhhhh!! What the hellllll!!???" Tedashii cried out blasting off into the air until a sparkle into the sky left off.

"Hahaha oh oops!" The boy jumped up, bouncing on the walls then started double jumping in mid-air. Once he got close enough into the air he shouted out a shout that blew the goons' safety into a tree unconsciously, and caught Tedashii into his arms as if the boy was his prince and shining armor.

Tedashii look at the boy dumb founded and scared of the situation that occur. As the boy flew and jumped on air with Tedashii in his arms.
