"No you're pretty much alive Zack Yoshikage." The boy hearing a familiar voice and waking up in a nursing bed. Headband made out of artificial flowers glaze down at the boy who could see a reflection of himself in her golden-brown eyes.

"Eh, what are you doing here?" Zack tap his head and felt aching pain, realizing there was a bandage above his head, "Tch!"

"Easy you're hurt."

"Are you okay!?"

"Yeah!"

"Did I lose?"

"No! ... but it was definitely close! It seem that big tech he was using blew back you and him."

"I knew it that thing is definitely not his the way he use it. Wait after what happened did anyone see me?"

"It's fine another man appear... a criminal." Uiharu confirm piecing at Zack with a try hard imitating glare. Zack completely silently with a faint sweat drop cartoonishly appearing above his head.

"Uhh... I can ex-"

"You don't have to explain nothing! But what you will do is stop pursuing that thug!"

"I can't do that. I'm sorry."

"Yes you can." Uiharu said confident tone. "Because I will report you if you don't!"

"... Uiharu... you wouldn't."

"Stand down! Zack... are should I say Joker." Uiharu said with a low pitch, she was ashamed but this was the only way she lower her head and said, "I'm sorry but seeing you or any of my friends like this." Thinking back on Kuroko's fight she clenched her fist and said, "I should have done more and this time I will!"

"This time?" Zack eyes lower, looking at her teary eyes, he felt a shame of guilt. "Okay I missed some of my events so I'll be in trouble if I don't complete in at least one event."

"Don't lie to me." Uiharu said looking away. Zack lean over and tap her forward. "Huh?" Uiharu face brightens red.

"It'll be fine, thanks to Tsuchimikado's Auto-Rebirth the brushes will soon be undone... Oh... sorry I don't know what came over me." Zack's face also burst red. "Events!" Zack said nervously.

"Yes!" Uiharu repeats back nervously.

Tedashii ran forth only to stumble his way over a group of espers. "Crap! Crap! Crap!!" The Tokiwadai girls target their esper abilities towards him. He closed his eyes as a red laser, electricity, fire, spear towards him.

Fortune emerges as a miracle blue materialize big spoon chip down in front of Tedashii. The large spoon made of aura stay strong blocking the espers attacks. Li Mei leap down in front of him like a guardian. She reposition herself and said, "I got this Tedashii! I'll take it from here!"

"Thanks rainbow head you're a life savor!" Tedashii smile and scratch his head. In irony for once at a time like this, he felt safe next to her. "We should stick togeth-" But his safe reassurance was interrupted in midsentence as he watch the hyperactive esper girl overwhelm her competitors with blue coloring explosions popping off left and right. Li Mei swung her arms around bursting out a manic laughter.

"Bwahahaha!! Boom! Boom! BOOM!! I've waited for a moment like this for so long!! I'll destroy you all!!"

"Ahhh!!! The Tokiwadai girls cried out running away from the enthusiastic girl.

"What's wrong with this girl?!" The middle schooler said ducking her head down.

"This Is going great! I'm not useless here! See this proof! I can help too! I can-"

Miss Xiaodan is disqualify for using esper ability aggression towards competitors.

"Blah!! What!?" Li Mei cried out swinging her arms around like a twelve year old. "Seriously!? Guys!? Tedashii!? Hey!!" Li Mei stood there bewildered with a dumbfounded face as Tedashii up and abandoned her dashing off away from the scene.

Among the stands Yomikawa Aiho facepalms, "I think I know that girl? Oh lord what is she doing!?"

«She looks like an idiot out there,» a blonde hair boy saids walking up next to Yomikawa. He was wearing a white track jacket and white shorts with green, white, red line leggings. «You know I wouldn't mind arresting her, just give me the permission and I'll gladly take care of it. Oh and by the way? wasn't there a case you need assistant on, someone in question?»

"Shouldn't you be out there as well, Fran?"

The boy rolled his eyes and said, «My event is two more events away, and seriously why do I have to take part in this? I wasn't even here for that long.»

"It's for representation, the world's watching you know, including Gakuen Toshi."

«You just had to go there... Tch! Whatever so be it but to let you know, I'm not gonna have fun» The blonde hair boy heads off as Yomikawa waves.

"Well if he isn't gonna try to have fun, then that's definitely so much for this daily try. But still that was a close one if he found out about the whole Cash Lucas situation then he would be all over the case. But still what's up with that Lucas kid anyways? He's just sitting there smiling while we have him in custody...he's up to something I'm sure of it."

"What a idiot she's suppose to use the beanstalks!" Tedashii said to himself as he makes his way to his group that hid in the bushes.

A guy look with black kept hair and glasses said, "great Tedashii you're on time."

"What are you guys doing?"

"What are you doing wasting time? Get over here! Our next target... is the railgun."

Tedashii gulps and repeats, "the railgun?"

"Yeah, were oblivious in a real bide however, if we can neutralize and limit her to our level there's a good chance we can eliminate her. Listen in we're all in this together."

"Eh... right!" Tedashii said extending deeper into the bushes.

"Now she's coming!!" The boy with glasses next to Tedashii announced emerging out the bushes. The group follow up circling Misaka.

"Hmph!" Tedashii follows behind, "I see so that's Baba's plan if we hold our beans stacks and take her out by contact instead of throwing them, then the railgun can't use her abilities not to mention she's already somewhat restricted, this is it! We really did even the plan field.

The guy in front of Tedashii, swung but Misaka weaves effortlessly while slipping the ball below her, eliminating him.

"T-The hell!?" Tedashii backs up as he watches her take down four of his allies with slick moments. "N-no way? For a level "5" I would imagine she would focuse strictly on her esper powers to get around... but this girl actually have mad skills to back it up!"

Misaka dodges eliminating another opponent, Tedashii and the group stop and slowly lend towards her.

"Misaka has fought in ten thousands battles against someone who could take her life with a single touch. Catching her will not be a simple matter. Will it? Says Misaka, snidely." Misaka made a confident stance pulling out her red ball.

Tedashii blindly charges her unaware of the odd vibe of his opponent, she weaves them throwing her red ball at Tedashii eliminating him. Tedashii tumbles over completely puzzled over what happen. Eventually Tedashii's allies came together eliminating Misaka.

The event finally ended with Tedashii's school victory. He look up at Misaka who recovers, walking away, "Level "5" ... damn it, there still ... way above my reach!"

After two more events played out it was 5:45 PM. Tedashii heads to the faculty to see his new teacher waiting at the front laying her arms on the railing of the second floor outdoor hallway. Tedashii tried to walk pass her but she comments and ask, "Shouldn't you be with your family eating right about now?"

"What?!" Tedashii said looking back at his teacher.

"Your family? Shouldn't you be with your family?" Haru repeated herself peering back at Tedashii.

"What do you think?"

"I think your up to no good? I mean why would a kid diss out on their family that they don't see... wait a minute now that I think about it I called, I got phone calls from the other students parents about their schedule except yours. Don't tell me?" Mrs. Haru look away staring down the other families. Laying her arms on the railing.

"Yeah. So can you leave me alone? Geez you're so annoying!"

"Then how about I take you out to eat?"

Tedashii pause then look back, he quickly shrugs it off and look away, "Umm, no thanks I'll pass!"

"You know what I change my mind!" His teacher said raising up off the railing then pulls out her wallet. "You don't have a choice come on! It's on me."

"Listen you! Just because your paying-" Tedashii stop mid-sentence with a red face from the sound of growling."

"Well your body will be at least honest with me." She said with a smile.

"That wasn't me." Tedashii said scratching his head. He tilt over to a cartoonishly dull face from an approaching Akahana whose stomach continued to growl.

Akahana remain silent holding a bag of tortilla chips.

"I guess you didn't spend that little amounts of yen properly huh?" Tedashii bark out, "I though I told you to buy something at the eight stall?"

Akahana frantically shaking her head "... The list of dishes available in the stand, booth, or compartment for the sale of goods in a market did not have nachos... So I tried to bring together in one volume the necessary substances that are combined to make the particular dish. But I was only had the power, skill, means, and opportunity to get the chips.

Tedashii facepalm and sigh, "Akahana that amount of yen I gave you wasn't enough to make nachos! And geez what where you gonna do if you some how managed to get everything? You have to cook the beef and heat up the cheese. I mean that really wasn't smart Akahana."

Akahana cheeks swell up and blushed red, as her eyes got watery. She whipped out her newspaper article.

Tedashii began to panic with a awkward face, "Wait a sec!? I didn't mean to call you stupid or anything discourteous!"

"Hey!" Tedashii's teacher said behind the two. "I don't know if I can get you two nachos but I think I can come up with something equally delicious! Maybe!"

"... I need accurate identification if, your declaration assurance indication that this other particular variety or preparation of food served as part of a meal will specified taste expected to nachos?!" Akahana said with her dark cartoonishly dull stare becoming intimidating to Mrs. Haru.

"Umm...uh... I wouldn't say it taste like nachos specifically." Mrs. Haru said with sweat drops rapidly steering down her face.

"Fine! I'll pay you back for this you hear me!?" Tedashii said interrupting. He look at Akahana who tilted back with her cheeks blushing. "It'll be good I promise." Tedashii pated her head then led the way to the group.

"... Minato would probably appreciate an main meal of the day, in the evening as well."

Mrs. Haru smile and scratch her cheek and said, "Well if you can find-"

"Minato told me he already ate! So don't worry about it! And besides he probably ate some oil or something!"

"Oil?" Mrs. Haru said bewildered.

The three made there way to a stall, and Tedashii choose their meal. The three sat at a table.

"Sushi huh?" Mrs. Haru said pulling out chopsticks.

"Yeah Sushi, I mean you told me to decide!" Tedashii said annoyed while scratching his head.

"Don't scratch your hair near the food!" Mrs. Haru said pulling the sushi dish away from him.

"Where not in class don't tell me what to do woman."

"Don't talk to your seniors like that! And as long as the daihaseisai festival continues you are in class. After all this will cover this weeks grades. Though I think this is some sort of leeway."

"... Tedashii she is accordance with fact and truth, you should not speak that way, to the elder lady with high and authoritative position." Akahana said while poking and studying her plate of sushi with the chopsticks.

"I'm not old!!" Mrs. Haru cried out.

"Hey Akahana!" Tedashii said getting her attention. He admittedly shove a piece of his sushi with chopsticks into her mouth. "Don't be afraid, just have a go at it. Remember you can no longer cheat and progress things. Eh... Akahana?"

Akahana begin to choke on the sushi and starts to cough.

"Oh! I'm sorry!" Tedashii went behind Akahana quickly giving her abdominal thrust. After three thrusts, Akahana cough and spit out the sushi. Akahana cartoonishly shiver as Tedashii sigh holding his grip.

"Tedashii!" Mrs. Haru said, with a sinister glare. She clenched her fist as her glasses shine.

"What?" Tedashii said puzzled. His teacher pointed below his hands to his surprise his griped on his hands where all wrap around Akahana chest area. "Uh no!!" Tedashii panic quickly letting go of her.

Akahana look back at Tedashii and said, "... No more sushi."

Mrs. Haru sigh annoyed, she cross her arms and legs and said, "Okay, now will you tell me who this girl is?"

"Huh? You're asking that now after feeding us?" Tedashii said scratching his head.

"Well she's not a student at your school, I haven't seen her around anywhere. And she's not even wearing a P.E uniform. And you two seem more than acquaintances... so is she?"

"Cousin!" Tedashii quickly said loudly, he cough and lower his tone repeating himself.

"Oh, okay... hmm..." Mrs. Haru said studying the two.

Tedashii bow apologize to Akahana. Once he rose up his eyes widened from a glimpse from afar, a bandanna boy with a the "CV" tool pass through a circle crowd.

"Hey Haru!" Tedashii said still staring away.

"It's Mrs. Haru to you!" She quickly bark at the him.

"Can you watch my cousin for a sec? I have to go to the bathroom!"

"Huh?" Mrs. Haru and Akahana both said at the same time.

"Thanks!" Tedashii quickly reply and storming forward ahead.

"Wait I didn't say yes!" Mrs. Haru said but Tedashii ignore her and push on.

Tedashii runs ahead instead of run into the crowd circle he hop onto crate and jump onto the roofs of stalls. Looking down to see the bandanna boy heading toward street light. Tedashii jumps off forming a front flip down onto the ground running towards a the same district. However he's pursue was cut short live, when he spotted by Li Mei.

"Tedashii!?" Li Mei call out loud enough to startle him making him fall and slip head first and butt into the air. "Tete! What are you doing silly?"

Tedashii got up brushing the dirt off of shirt and shorts and quickly lied, "Oh hey rainbow head... umm I was trying to find my group but oh well! I guess they diss me. So I guess I'll just go and-"

"That's terrible!!" Li Mei shouted out! "Jerks! That diss you like that need to be confronted right here right now!" Li Mei said as her esper ability unconsciously active splurging radiant light.

"NO! That's unnecessary!! I didn't want to hang out with them anyways! So please just relax alright!"

"Oh!" Li Mei said as her powers deactivated. Fire works pop off as the entertainers drove in floats in a line.

"Ohhh!! So pretty! Li Mei said as her teal eyes brightened up! "The moon is becoming visible around so it must be 6:30. But it's kinda difficult to tell with these fireworks, I can't even see the stars."

Continuously staring off he completely loss sight of his target. He look back at Li Mei stared at the fireworks, "No one needs to see stars anyways."

"We need everything the trees, the loving friendly critters, and water!"

"You're not seriously acting like an annoying tree loving fanatic again?"

"Of course a cyber tech boy like you go and say something like that!"

Tedashii smile remembering back on their past, "It's like you said, where completely the opposite."

"While you go into lab class all day, I spend my time In the nature club." Li Mei boast with her "v" finger gesture.

"And eventually you will be doing judgement too right?" Tedashii notes staring at Li Mei.

"Yeah! It took awhile you know papa was being a pain he worries too much!"

"He's strict?"

"No..." Li Mei said as her foot rocks back and forth. "Papa just worry too much. He's just too sensitive. Though they all always do!"

"All?"

"Yeah! My family and my friends."

"Family... Friends?" Tedashii repeat and thought back on his own life as loner. "No family... no friends. Why are you so normal and I'm not?" Tedashii clench his fist, mumbling as he stared at Li Mei.

"Hey Tedashii I know you don't feel comfortable around me so after the daihaseisai festival, I won't bother you ever again." Li Mei smile looking up at the fireworks. A smile like that he never seen before, a fake smile.

Bury with guilt partings ways with Li Mei was that what he really wanted? He didn't know what he want but there was something he had to tell her... it was just how? All these thoughts only question gave him one more question, how did I get my self into this?"

The next day Tedashii woken up in his dorm room, pushing and sliding off a sneaky sleepy Akahana. He puts on another pair P.E. shirt and shorts. After taping a note of his schedule events on her forehead. Heading towards the door he looks back sleeping Akahana and smile. Exiting out and taking part in more of his events.

"He's even doing better at this event just wow! How is he able to counter those esper abilities so quickly?" Jun'ichi said among the crowd.

"I have to say I agree, I find him quite entertaining myself. A unruly, neck length reddish hair boy with reddish-brown eyes boy, studies Tedashii close. "Funny he kinda reminds me of me."

"Wait you look familiar have I seen you from somewhere?"

"Oh sorry about that, I look familiar to many. But I'm actually quite popular. Well I should get going, I have to get ready for the halftime show."

"Oh right the halftime show! It is today! Thank you!"

It was 3:00 p.m and people gather together inside a certain facility building. Students set up their project programs.

Tedashii walk alongside his peers, he looks at his phone pondering on Akahana location. "Man seriously what could have distracted her?"

"The Halftime Showtime! The daihaseisai festival's halftime show! Oh yeah it's basically the entertainment event where many residents of Academy City can show off their science! Though I am surprise you don't have a showcase Tedashii! Hisoka saids, looking back at Tedashii who stare deeply into his phone, "Don't worry about your little girlfriend bruh." Hisoka said with his two friends next to him, "hehe, this is our chance to go forth for shadow metal." Hisoka's slid around Tedashii's shoulder. "While there showcasing the big program we could sneak out then!"

"Hey did you just say shadow metal?" A girl with blue eyes and long black hair with a small, white flower on the left side of her hair snuck up behind Hisoka and Tedashii.

The two jump back turning behind the clam girl "Bruh?!!" Hisoka cried out. "What do you want?!"

"I heard you guys talking about shadow metal, and I was also looking for shadow metal but things didn't go so well for me."

"Uh, well thats none my concern! Plus it's not confirm how much shadow metal can be produced."

"So you are looking for shadow metal?"

"I didn't confirm anything! And plus besides I already have a four man squad and that team doesn't have room for the five of us!"

"Oh really?" The girl said looking left and right, "cause there's only three of you."

Hisoka look at the missing space where Tedashii Hamasaki once were and squeal, "Tedashii!? Bruh!!?" Hisoka sigh then ask, "Name?!"

"Huh? Oh, it's Saten Ruiko!" Saten answers with a smile.

Akahana Yoko stood next to Misaka Mikoto, as they stare at a popular Tokiwadai student with a huge crowd. The girl had brown hair like Misaka comb in the same exact way as Misaka, and grey eyes.

"... So your book have and holds the facts provided about aliens! ... I need every material written, printed about your books!"

"Uhh oke-dokie!"

Sweat drifted down Misaka's as she noticed the popularity this girl obtained. "Umm..."

"I know we have the same name so just call me   Micky-chan!" She said with a radiant smile. "Misaka-chan it means so much that you came to see the progress my a certain scientific omnitrix book?"

"Uhh well... yeah I guess, I actually came to talk to you about it." Misaka uncomfortably scratched her cheek. She bowed and cried out, "Please remove me from the book!!"

"Hmm? Oh I can't do that Misaka-chan, you play a key role in this book. And besides everyone loves you! Kuroko was also happy you are in my fanfics.

"It's weird! I just think you're better off without me in your book."

"Why would I do that! As your title as our school ace, and one of the seven level "5"s of Academy City, your reputation and love will drive attention to anyone! A fanfic author like myself and plenty more will exploit you! Blahahaha! Just kidding! Tete," Micky-chan giggles as Misaka cartoonishly drops down in a spilt sec, "Well okay Anything for you so which one?"

"Huh?"

"There's A Certain Magical Fate, A Batgirl In Academy City, A Railgun In Fairy Tail NXT: Book 1, Mordred and Mikoto's Guide To Fate Grand Order, Magic For Psychics, The Dragon's Keep!" As she continue her list Misaka became dizzy.

"Oh my goodness!! This is super cool! Nyahaha! A judgement program!" Li Mei cheerfully said approaching and a blond hair boy with a white track jacket and white shorts with green, white, red line leggings.

He glare at her annoyed and said, «Can I help you?»

"I see you got yourself a little showcase about Judgement! Hehe!" Li Mei smile grabbing the pen. "I would like to sign your little showcase to show my support to judgement. By the way you don't seem to have another one checking out your showcase what's the deal with that?"

«Not many people care about how we protect as long as they are safe. Though it doesn't matter to me as long as we as judgement do our jobs.»

"I see! I like the way you think, your really positive mr.?"

«You can just call me Francisco or Fran for short.»

"Oh so cool Fran-San! Fran-Kun! Fran-Kun! Fran-Kun! Nyahahah! You don't seem to be around here!" Li Mei said excited.

«Yeah I'm not from Japan, I came aboard seas.»

"Me too! Well I'm from China! It's nice meeting another person from over seas!" Li Mei reach out her hand to get an handshake. Fran look at her hand he slowly reach out his hand. "And to think we're both in Judgement too!"

Fran stopped and pull his hand away and said, «Excuse me what did you say?»

"Comrades! We are both fellow Judgement members and both not from Japan! Oh yeah! So we should be teammates! Oh yeah you can be my sidekick if you want! Oh wait no! We have to be from the same office! Dang it! Shoot! I'm from Judgement branch 121! What's yours? Maybe we can be friends and-"

«Shut up.» Fran calmly said as Li Mei pause with a dumbfounded face. «What idiots let a reckless dangerous loser like you in judgement?"

"Huh? Excuse me!" Li Mei said completely puzzled. Fran look up her branch from within his phone.

«I knew it, branch 121 is that garbage of a wasteland, the only branch here that should get evicted.» Li Mei was completely confused the same guy she had a decent conversation with sudden pull a three-sixty and turn on her. The moment she mentioned she was also in judgement the moment he loss all respect for her.

"Hey! What's the big idea?! What's your problem anyways!?"

«My problem is what you represent to judgement, as a member of judgement, our goal is to make everyone feel safe, you up and come around ruthlessly not pulling any of your attacks in completions. I bet your trigger happy esper, and let's not even go there on your branch terrible reputation. Annaisha Emiyo a Chief maybe the worst Chief. You and your branch should stop wasting our time and reputation and hang your armbands.»

"Hey Li Mei!" Annaisha suddenly telepathically echo in Li Mei's head.

"Oh you heard all that!?" Li Mei said out loudly leaving Fran puzzled.

"Yeah kick his ass!" Annaisha demand angrily.

"Affirmative!" Li Mei said angrily!"

Tedashii walk over to stall where flowers where place at the front. Uiharu and a short wavy dark brown hair, and dark grey eyes. "Why hello can I help you!?"

"Hi." The boy uncomfortable mumbles.

"Yuichiro!" Uiharu elbow Zack's arm, "You have to put energy into this!"

"Hi!" Zack said looking at Tedashii.

"Sup." Tedashii look at the stall then sigh, "I'm sorry I didn't come over here because I thought this was interesting. I kinda came here cause I was trying to go somewhere that isn't popular.

"That's fine!" Uiharu said smiling, "you can stay as long as you please."

"Thanks for being cool like this!" Tedashii said scratching the back of his head. "His chuckle was short live when he got a glimpse of a jealous boy next to Uiharu his head cartoonishly grow as Tedashii's sink lower.

"Take this! And this! Stay still so I can hurt you! I'll show you my power of judgement!" Tedashii look over and his eyes burst out surprise to watch Li Mei swinging a aura like spoon staff at the blonde hair. The boy weaves effortlessly easily predicting all of Li Mei's moves. The boy didn't attack back he just causally dodge with a book in his hand.

"Blah!" Tedashii squealed out. "What the hell is she doing!?
