"Looking the same as usual Tedashii-kun. Though couldn't you have worn matching stockings? I know you don't dress... well casually. But still, can't you dress a little more decently for our reunion?"

"What the hell? As soon as you see a student again you lecture him simultaneously! And for crying out loud why the hell would I get dressed up properly for you? Especially when I wasn't aware I would be meeting you again!"

"Ouch! How hurtful. As usual you quickly snap at your ex teacher with no remorse." The teacher tilted up his glasses with a sigh.

"Excuse me you're gonna buy a card right?" A purple hair kirigaoka student said sticking her hand out to Tedashii's pockets.

"Uhh, yeah," Tedashii hands her the remaining amount of his yen as he gulps while taking a card.

"Umm, Tedashii-Kun? You do know that's the Visitor Numbers game stall? And as I recalled back when I taught you and your class, you hated risks such as gambling?"

Tedashii looked away quietly as he stared at the game counter. The two eventually took a seat at a table. The professor smiled at Tedashii who connected his hands to maintain a composure.

"It's this the rehabilitation that I recommend? I'm so glad to see you taking the initiative to improve your inner personal struggl-"

"I didn't go to rehab jackass!!"

The professor pause with a dumbfounded stare, then tilted his glasses upward. As his glass flog up covering his eyes he says, "Do... you plan on ever goi-"

"Like ever! Dumbass!!" Tedashii's bark left the professor scathing the back of his head with another sigh. "Anyways what's the big deal anyways? Why did you resign from teaching our class?"

"Hmm why? Oh do you miss me? It makes me happy that you, what you kids say, salty? About me leaving."

"Like I'll miss you, you're annoying, though the new teacher is more irritating."

"That sounds reassuring." The Professor smiled, taking a breath of relief.

"What the hell!? How's that reassuring!?" Tedashii barks once more as the professor once again pauses with a dumbfounded stare, then tilting his glasses upward.

As his glass flogged up covering his eyes he saids, "no reason at all you wouldn't understand it at your age. I'm just glad there are still adults out there that still treat their students like kids."

Tedashii pause as he thought back on the torture that was bestowed upon him by Kihara Akuma.

"Though I am curious, I heard your new teacher is a woman, is she attractive? Oh and how old is she? I don't wanna come off as some pervert. And what kind of guys do she like?"

"Eh huh!!?" Tedashii was brought back to reality by the Professor's random questions.

"Hm, hm, hm, hm, I guess you finally started paying attention again."

"Damn it Professor Jun'ichi! You still say random awkward crap!"

"Well it works to get your attention doesn't it? It never failed during class haha." The professor chuckled somewhat. The professor's face turns into a sudden faint frowned expression. "Tedashii I would like you to just call me by my formal name from now on. Not Professor, nor sensei, just Masato Jun'ichi."

Tedashii stared at Jun'ichi, with no reply. He scratched his head uncomfortably.

"Anyways!" Jun'ichi said quickly changing the subject, "You do know about the showtime introduction, there will be all kinds of people there. I will be there displaying my invention. I'm looking forward to what I will bring forth to Academy City."

"Ha good luck, you do know this is the city of science where talking about I wouldn't be surprised if someone outshine you." Tedashii comments crossing his arms.

"The only person I can think of that outshine me is my ex students, especially you." The professor said with a chuckle. "I hope you get the chance to see it, this will revolutionize open the eyes to all of Academy City."

The two looked at the blimp into the air that displayed the fourth event.

"Darn my event is up next after that one."  Tedashii said with a sigh. "Umm Mr..."

"You gotta go and get ready I know," Jun'ichi interrupted. "So you'll be up against Tokiwadai Middle School in the Balloon Hunter, Good luck I'll be at the stands watching, and please do win."

"Geez why does everyone ask me to win!" Tedashii saids walking off waving at the professor.

"To think you'll actually take part in the daihaseisai festival that includes esper abilities, you have indeed change Tedashii." The professor mumbles staring away from the afar Tedashii.

Tedashii walks up towards the faculty building where his teacher waited at the front.
"Halt" Mrs. Haru, said grasping Tedashii's arm. "You do know that you will be participating in ballon hunter event against Tokiwadai right?"

"If I didn't know I wouldn't be here right now!" Tedashii said freeing his arm. A sudden black PE shirt slaps Tedashii in the face covering his face. "Damn it what's the big deal!?" Tedashii pull the shirt off his face with a twitching eye.

"Relax, I'm passing these on to you all! We want you all to wear black since we'll be watching above far ahead among the stands. Since most of these schools choose white, The headmaster decided to want to stand out. Be lucky I've chosen the shirt, your principal wanted to have you guys wear something with his face on it. Not to mention Black absorbs everything coming in from the sun. This well make it easy to track the incoming throwing balls from the other team."

"Tch! Whatever!" Tedashii takes the shirt and stay changing on the first floor, room 7A. Afterwards Tedashii walks up a stairway entering the second floor of a faculty building. Calling Akahana with his cell phone she answers. "Hey where are you?"

"... Tedashii, that is not a greeting or to begin a telephone conversation with."

"Hello." Tedashii responds quickly. "Hey, did you eat yet? If not if you wait a little longer... wait where are you right now?"

"... If it satisfied your natural instinctive state of mind deriving from one's circumstances then I can at least inform you that I am at district 6, I just took the act of going out of, 3b room..."

"Oh you're in room 3b that's great I'm actually near 3b."

"... I past participle of saying that I am negative-" As Akahana tried to repeat her reply on the other line, Tedashii enters the room to see a nude dark skin girl whose long blonde hair covers her breast turned herself towards the red face dumbfounded Tedashii.

Tedashii's eyes cartoonishly stroked out, disputed the girl's breast being covered by her blonde hair, and private area being hidden behind the desk in front of her. "O-Oh... you-you're not Akahana..." Tedashii mumbles nervously as he continuously stares at her nice figure. "

"Yeah I'm pretty sure I'm Jeong-Min," Jeong-Min said, as her plain stare grew into a death glare.

"Right you're Jeong-Eeek!" Tedashii panic is quickly interrupted by a sudden shuriken hitting the wall next to Tedashii's face. Jeong-Min continuously throws dangerous things at Tedashii as he escapes the classroom running towards the stairway, but unfortunately Tedashii trips off the staircase and falls down the bottom floor. Quickly getting back up he runs out whimpering. Akahana who noticed Tedashii running waves at him.

Akahana stares and saids, "...it would appear that Tedashii is pulling an impression or sensation of being prepared for his event game."

Outside the area of the event Balloon Hunter's event, the students put on caps with balloons on top.

Tedashii's classmates gather up together bringing themselves together in an inner circle.

"So what if their school is an elite school! They're only girls and middle school kids, am I right!" One of the students said in the middle circle

"It's good that you all seem to be in good spirits." The group tilted their heads over to four Tokiwadai students approaching behind them. The overconfident one in the middle flipped out her fan. And begin to chuckle, "However we're one of the top five contenders for the daihaseisai events. We won't lose that easily. You will be taking about how frightening Tokiwadai is for eternity after this."

"That's right! Kongou-San! High level espers such as ourselves have no worries against the low level ones." A soft tea long hair girl, with braided bangs, Tokiwadai girl joined in with the girls. "Let's focus on the decent espers and that one level four they have, Aura Storm right?"

"Yeah I heard about a powerful esper like that?" Kongou said looking back at Ren who ended up blushing by her being in her personal space.

"Y-Yeah! Um-Umm and their level "5" shouldn't be with them. I heard that he's in a different event!"

"Right!" Kongou spiritually replied fist bumping Ren.

"Tch! Don't listen to them there just trying to provoke us before the match." The student said loudly, guys we need to be in full spirits!"

"Yeah!!"

"... Boobs." Tedashii mumbles within the group with a pale face.

"Don't hold us back Tedashii!" A classmate of Tedashii with spiky black hair with red highlights said.

"Don't you worry about him, the plan I have in store, we will not need him."  A chubby young man with brown hair approaches the student, looking serene.

"Huh?"

"Don't worry I talked it with the others, just listen to me and follow my plan.

"Really Yoshio-San?" The guy's question was answered by the chubby one's confident nod.

"You know I'm listening too?" Tedashii mumbles at the back of them. Tedashii snapped out of his fluster vibe and noticed Hisoka, Checker leggings boy, and Green hair boy in their own separate circle. "Hmm? What are those idiots up to?"

"Hey Tedashiiii!!" Tedashii looked behind him to a warm smiling Li Mei.

"Oh, hey where have you been?"

"Uhh, I had to do something for my big moment in Judgement!"

"Oh yeah that's right you joined Judgement not too long ago, how does it go?"

Li Mei slumped down with a sigh and said, "... Great... great."

"O...Okay."

"Anyways where's Jeong-Min?" Li-Mei said to herself, I could have sworn she was also participating in this event as well."

"Yeah once you think of it I seen her changing, she must be late but then again she already was already wearing a-"

"You were watching Jeong-Min change!?" Li Mei said, interrupting Tedashii. Tedashii pauses in silence with red cheeks walking away from her. "Tedashii?! Hey Tedashii hey!!?"

"Umm have anyone seen Misaka?" The Tokiwadai girl who seemingly has her eyes shut, asks two of Kongou's friends.

Among the stands Akahana stared down at Tedashii with a dull stare, "... Ballon Hunter event thirty selected people from each other competing school will complete by trying to punctuate the balloons on each other's head by throwing specially designated balls. Competitors that have their balloons punctuated will at that time be completely removed. The group of players forming one side in the competitive game sport, that has the remaining competitors when the indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole is concluded will be declared the winner... So Tedashii must take down
more of those who compete against him then allies."

"Oh I overheard Tedashii, are you rooting for Hamasaki as well?" Akahana tilt her head to the approaching middle-age man with dark brown hair, short unkempt hair and glasses."

"........" Akahana quietly stared at the man.

"Oh I'm sorry, Ill mind my busin-"

"... Tedashii declared assurance that victory of this particular thing will happen... So he will try the most excellent, effective, or desirable type or quality to win."

"Oh such a vocabulary, you're like, a wikipedia." The professor analyzed while scratching his head. Akahana glared at him with a dull stare, that made him quickly panic, "Oh well, So you're rooting for Tedashii Hamasaki?"

"... Affirmative!"

"Yes! We'll cross your fingers, after all his competitors are Tokiwadai Middle School, with classified successful espers, I wonder how they will overcom-"

"RUN!!" A boy with braids from Tedashii's classmates roared out. The group of students dash away from the scene as the Tokiwadai girls stood still dumbfounded over the reaction. The girls came to their senses and followed in pursuit.

"Hahaha just as I expected from low level espers." Ren boastfully chuckled. "I won't let you weakens get away!" Ren dash forward following the thrill of three boys.

"Why the hell are you nags following me!?" Tedashii said with the checker leggings boy and Green hair boy behind him.

"We saw you heading the same way as Aura Storm, we're looking for her, not you!" The checker pants boy said, maintaining his breath.

"Damn it! A wall!" Tedashii cried out.

"Maybe we should go left?" The Green hair boy said pointing to a clear zone, but a sudden shadow figure of a girl appeared before them.

"Hey boys!" Ren reveals herself holding a white ball in her hand.

The three boys gulp, as they dip right. She formed a throw and the ball suddenly seemed to morph as if it was about to burst. She launches the ball as it  accelerates, leaving behind purple electric radiation. Tedashii and the checker leggings boy ran up the wall, as Tedashii evaded with a backflip and the checker leggings front flip. However unfortunately the Green hair boy who tried invading with a dodge roll was stuck in by a mysterious vacuum effect and was cartoonishly blown up in smoke. The two boys' eyes flopped out terrified by the fate of their comrade whose balloon was blowing away.

"What the hell was that?" The checker pants boy said puzzled, "Was that some gravitational, electromagnetic force?"

"It had to be, hell that would mean she's a one man army killing machine," Tedashii replied with sweat drifting down his face.

"What should we do?!"

"Run dumbass!!" Tedashii said already leaving him behind

"Shhhiiiittttt!!!!" The checker leggings boy cried out following Tedashii.

"Oh no you don't!" Ren said jumping up with a wind turbine effect.

"Are you kidding me?" Checker leggings boy cried out looking above as he ran.

"Hey! Down here!" Tedashii said as they made their way down a stairway around district 7. The two slide down effortlessly avoiding Ren's sight. Ren follows up by throwing a rapid synchronized burning ball.

"Shit this girl shouldn't be qualified to use her esper powers!" When the boys made their way down, they bumped into a braided boy who snuck behind a Tokiwadai student eliminating her. "You two what are you doing? Stick with the plan."

"Plan?" Tedashii and the checker leggings boy said at the same time. Suddenly an incoming accelerated ball spiked the braided boy's cap blow into the whole cap after a vacuum effect.

"Ahh damn it!!"

"Damn is this girl making black holes something!?" Can't she go after someone else!?" The checker leggings boy said panicking.

"Maybe she does have a particular target!" Tedashii replied as his eyes widened psychotic like.

"You know I have to repay you back from earlier for bumping me low class, an elite such as myself will put you in your place."

"Tch I hate espers like you!" Tedashii quickly tapped his head to regain his senses.

"Hmm? Said something? Now that I think of it you two must be level zeroes, consider it an honor that I the great Ren Hiroto will be eliminating you."

"Tch! If only we knew what the hell she's doing?" Checker leggings said whimpering.

"I know, gravitational, electromagnetic, strong nuclear, and weak nuclear forces seem to be in effect I think? Hell, it's extremely confusing. It's like the railgun that we heard about... railgun!?" Tedashii's eyes widened once more while noticing tiny pitches trails of black material on the ground of her throws.

Ren smiled and thought to herself, "That's right keep wondering what I'm doing you'll never figure it out! All of science struggles with the structure of my capabilities, if all scientists of academy city's power curriculum program struggled labeling me a level three then some ordinary classmates will never be able to render the idea of my power!"

"What do we do?" The checker pants boy asks once more.

"Just followed me if you want to live!" Tedashii comments looking away as he runs off.

"You don't have to tell me twice!"

The two ran down a street to see Hisoka running into a corner as a group of six followed behind.

"Hisoka-Chan?" A fine curly bob dark hair girl cried out.

"Don't you worry about him, after all I call him that little snitch rabbit! Won't get caught by the hawk that easily."

The girl's left eyebrow went up looking the two puzzled and said, "Him? Don't you mean he-""

"Haha right Hisoka-Sama is a prodigy after all." The checker leggings boy answered, interrupting her. "After Hisoka has the ultimate technique that separates the consciousness from the body, allowing it to move and fight independent of the gods themselves! Such thoughts and emotions. it is irrelevant, The Power Of The Gods!"

"Ultra Instinct!" The girl followed up as they gazed at the dark alley where Hisoka was.

"What the hell are you two talking about!?" Tedashii barks out, Hisoka just has a distinct Precognition ability.

Among the corner of the dark alley Hisoka effortlessly evaded the girls who trapped him in the corner. Dodging them after performing a flip off the wall while throwing balls at all the girls balloons. Hisoka ran out the corner and said, "Oh guys! And even Tedashii!" However right before Hisoka can catch up to the three of them a ball sparks down towards him. Dispute seeing it coming the ability was incalculable, Hisoka was only able to respond by stepping backwards but was pulled in by the vacuum of Ren Hiroto's esper ability followed by a kaboom. Hisoka was knocked back with his balloon destroyed. Hisoka hit the ground with only one thing to say, "...Bruh?"

The group left Hisoka behind, while running past a dark alley Tedashii and the curly bob dark hair girl noticed Mara within talking to someone on the phone.

"You idiot! You fought Joker!?"

"Before they could ask her anything Ren intruders eliminating the curly bob dark hair girl. Tedashii dodge-roll barely evading the vacuum pull of her effect.

The checker leggings boy now in the lead with Tedashii following behind asks "Is your grand little plan ready cuz I'm tired of this gurl!!" The checker leggings boy tried to maintain his stamina but slowly started drifting left and right.

"Dude!" Tedashii said trying to snap him out of it but to no use checker leggings boy was at his limit. Tedashii passed him up leaving him to get reck by Ren's esper ability. Leggings boy was blown back and eliminated, Tedashii used the time and made himself front center in an area with plenty of wind turbines.

Ren followed up and said, "The sun's getting real low." Ren jokingly said approaching Tedashii. "Oh are you tired too?"

"Yes, I'm tired of espers like you." Tedashii said as he began to chuckle.

"GG! Low level esper! This is for wasting my time!" Ren swung her arm releasing her kinetic power and throwing the ball at marching speed. Tedashii ran up jumping up a near rift letting the vacuum nearly stuck him in, Tedashii pulled out his white ball throwing it at the erupting ball bouncing it away towards Ren. Ren fortunately took enough steps away from her own attack. "Why you done it now!" As she prepared the throw once more the turbines reacted to the first erupted explosion rapidly spinning. She threw another hyperactive ball launching it towards Tedashii but to her surprise the ball slowed down and dissolved. "What the? How?"

"Can't you tell what's happening after all! It's quite impressive of the effects of your esper ability, they say Ironsand is found worldwide. Although the iron mineral composition of the ironsand is mostly magnetite, the sand is usually mixed with other types of sand that washes downriver or ashore from mountainous or underwater deposits." Ren steps back noticing the material being spread within the air.

"The turbines you use it to spread a gust of ironsand into the air to block off my ability but-"

"The balls that Academy city gave us have been stacked up by stand materials inside to give a soft but hardened pressure to burst the balloons while not harming the students. Every time you use your ability to accelerate your throws you've been somehow applying electromagnetism. It seems like some sort of similar cannon to the railgun. Though I only noticed that wasn't the case with the ability. You're seemingly expanding the ball as it accelerated which is why there was something sucking us in hell the ball itself was being sucked from within the inside like a dark hole perhaps. I only figure this out due to your poor imagination in applying electromagnetic force into your custom force, it would seem your ability is applying something intriguing like extracting atoms to some sort. Hell, maybe your ability isn't something science has fully comprehended. So my assumptions led to me participating in your ability to apply calculations of the fifth force though I could be wrong."

"Tc-Tch, how!? How did he find out?!" Ren said in disbelief!"

"Oh so I was right! Hahaha!!" Tedashii said psychotically, his eyes widened as he pulled out his white ball.

"Screw you! I can also d-do something else!" Ren try to make another through only for the iron sand that was wrapped up in the wind to negate her throw due to trying to unconsciously imitate the railgun."

"The fifth force might have been completely unexplainable but it does exist! We just haven't discovered yet," Tedashii said running up towards Ren and into the air, but however your formula is loose with weakness! And that's why you were easy to modify!!" Tedashii threw his ball at Ren, bursting her balloon and eliminating her.

In shock Ren drops on her knees in disbelief, eliminated by a level "0" that outcome stink into her head. Tedashii didn't say another as he dash off.

Among the stands Akahana,fist pump in a cartoonishly matter as the professor chuckle.

"Wow that was amazing Hamasaki-kun, to counter an esper ability like that." Professor Jun'ichi note studying with a pair of notes.

"Should have figure results would escalated like that," A curly chestnut hair in a bun upward teacher said sitting behind the two. Her greenish blue eyes sparkle from within her glasses. "It's with such a unique ability and potential but limited by her snarky attitude and poor views of lower level espers cost her elimination."

"Oh are you her teacher?" Jun'ichi ask nodding at her.

She smile and said, "no... I just want what's best for her, though I'm happy this happened this will finally be her chance to learn from this."

Ren eyes gotten watery watching the back of the running Tedashii, "Mark my words I'll never forget this! You level "0" trash!!"

"... Are maybe not." Sadashi said facepalming.
