During the opening of the ceremony a small crew of Judgement members and the Daihaseisai committee gather together alongside two Anti-Skill members.

"Thank you for taking my request to come to this secret gathering." An overweight student with a blue armband saids bowing his head.

"It's no problem! Yamane, I am curious why you ask two other members from different branches. I'm kinda worried, is it that serious?" The short black hair girl blue eyes girl, said tilting her glasses up her nose as she took a look at the tall judgement boy with spiky slicked back hair, and shoulder length black hair, light sea green eyes in a P.E school uniform. "You even request two Anti-Skill members?"

"Yes I'm afraid so miss Konori. I think it's best to keep this information I'm about to tell you limited and private to maintain panic as well, keeping any unnecessary criticism to the city. It'll be definitely bad to bring this out during the Daihaseisai Festival knowing that you all have to focus on any cases of outsiders."

"Aww man, I don't like where this is going at all." The Judgement guy said, commenting and scratching his head.

The girl with black hair, light sea green eyes in a P.E school uniform who in fact was Li Mei struck out her hand and said, "I'm ready for whatever that may be! I've been waiting for this my entire life nyahahaha!"

"Please don't exhilarate bad news." The judgement guy said, sighing. "Though I am proud to see that armband on your arm."

"Well it's nice to have a new Judgement member regardless, My name is Uiharu Kazari, it's a pleasure to meet you." The small girl with the headband made out of artificial flowers said bowing her head, while trying to raise the pitch of her soft voice.

"HI!" Li Mei shouts startling Uiharu.

"I'm glad everything worked out for you, Miss Xiaodan-Chan." Konori says, smiling with a single clap.

"That's nice and all but I kinda didn't call for miss Xiaodan." Yamane said, sulking his head down. "I actually was trying to get the chiefs of each branch only, but well I couldn't or maybe because of the festival things are a little more problematic."

"I'm sorry!" the judgement guy said, scratching his head. "My chief is one of the main advisors of guarding the Ensemble Parade."

"Yeah, at least your chief has an excuse unlike Annaisha." Yamane comments staring at Li Mei.

"Hey! You know I'm at least listening, can you give me a break!" A sudden telepathic voice ring within Li Mei's, Yamane's, and Uiharu's head.

"Ugh! That's quite an impressive telepathic ability Miss Emiyo-Sama!" Li Mei shouts out. "You're pretty far away from here!"

"Aye yes I'm quite amazing fufu with the Bluetooth that's connected to my headset microphone I'll be able to telepathically link my thoughts with my AIM being synchronized within the Bluetooth to up to three people. Badass huh? I should be the best telepathy user but they gave that title to that star eyes bitch!"

"You know I did not need to know that!" Yamane saids knocking on his head, "Why couldn't you just meet up here since you're at least close enough to telepathically speak to us?"

"Close? I'm at home I don't even have my P.E clothes and I'm keeping it that way."

"Well you know you could have just used a cellphone and talked on speaker instead of all this extra effort to contact us."

"You know you could have, SHUT UP! I do things my way! Plus besides this way of contact prevent hackers or the dark forces of society from keeping tabs of my messages! The government is watching! The government is watching!"

"You can't be that cautious." Uiharu comments with a frown.

"What's going on?" Konori asks, looking at Li Mei, Yamane and Uiharu puzzled.

"Umm Annaisha-San." Uiharu says, scratching her cheek.

"No, I prefer Senpai or Sama." Annaisha applied resulting in Yamane, Uiharu sighing.

"Annaisha-Sama, why not link to Konori, instead of me? She is my chief after all and it would-"

"I don't wanna link with that cow!"

"... I'm not gonna tell her that." Uiharu's head cartoonishly shrinks looking away from Konori.

"Okay listen I'm just gonna tell you guys now before any more interruptions." Yamane states giving out a serious concern stare, "Listen up everyone, a few days ago prior before the daihaseisai, me and the other Daihaseisai Management Committee were assigned to well manage preparations for the daihaseisai festival. We were all assigned roles in its preparations, separated into divisions according to levels of education as well other topics. The board of directors requested we take up good example espers for the opening. To avoid risks we decided to take upon two of the seven level 5s. On our quest it was a real struggle, the 4th rank level 5, the 2nd rank level 5 and the 3rd rank was a decline. And the 1st rank... let's just say his reply was very unpleasant. But fortunately the 5th rank esper Shokuhou Misaki agreed, and the 7th rank level 5 Sogiita Gunha."

"He said yes right?" Li Mei comments, "After all my friend Jeong-Min said he was rehearsing."

"Well yeah, however when we got his approval it wasn't him directly. It was his teacher that said yes for him. Considering the unfortunate attempts with the other level 5s Eiichi Itō and Fumihiro Yamamoto didn't want to take any chances on any sudden last minute declines from Sogiita... So they decided to ask the level 5 I gave up on. The 6th rank level 5 Aihana Etsu."

"Aihana Etsu?" Li Mei repeats looking back at the other members.

"Yeah The reason why I couldn't locate 'em was because all over Academy City Aihana's initials is spread around the entire city. To put it simply, Aihana Etsu is dealing with an identity thief."

"That's terrible!" Uiharu saids frowning once more.

"But why didn't Etsu report the acts of such a crime?"

"Exactly why didn't Etsu report the crimes?" Yamane replied, shocking the group. Not to mention not just this once but a lot of individuals are using Etsu's name."

"Okay and what does Etsu have to do with any of this? Get on with it already!" Annaisha shouts telepathically starling the ones who are linked.

"Nothing... nothing at all. Eiichi Itō and Fumihiro Yamamoto went missing the day they went to search on Aihana."

"Missing?" The group repeats at the same time as Yamane's announcement.

"And you know when I tried, I felt like someone was watching me. Eiichi Ito and Fumihiro are missing, I don't care whose responsible but please find Eiichi and Fumihiro! Especially now, we will try to work something out with their parents."

"It has to be the urban legend! It's real I knew it! I knew it!" Annaisha telepathically shouts once more. "The government is behind this! Fufufu! I've been waiting for the time for this! I'll get right to it!"

"Why do I have to get such a blast full!?" Uiharu cried out! "But though this is very serious I'll look in on this as well."

"We will have to be very precise about this, whoever planned this had more time to prepare this. We need to be extra careful, I'll use my esper ability and shout anything suspicious," Konori saids, while nodding. "Kuroko is still recovering it would be best we don't put her through so much okay Uiharu."

"Okay!"

"I've already told our leader, and these two Anti-Skill near the door are well known, they are special choices from the Takahashi family.

"The Takahashi family!? You mean the greatest detective family in Japan?"

"I know it's extremely convenient but, since it's the daihaseisai festival a lot of important people will be here today even the board of director Kaneshiro."

"Alrighty this is great! My first job and it's a super mission! Nyahaha! So what do you guys want me to do? Help fight the bad guys? Or on a spy mission!" Li Mei saids pumping up flexing.

Not long inside a certain building Li Mei dropped down on her knees mentally defeated. With a single tear rolled down her cheek. A young tall girl stare at Li Mei pondering on what to do for her.

"Hahah they totally shun you!" Annaisha shouts within Li Mei's head. "I wish I could see the look on your face when they gave you the job to ensure the public doesn't find out about all this."

"I feel so... wasted there's no way I'll gain any exp from this." Li Mei mumbles glowing dark blue.

"Eh... hey here! Robertet's anti-stress ingredient, Extramel!" The girl reached out a small liquid substance inside a bottle from her bag. "Use this when your eating, it will help conquer your stress. It said so on tv, after all."

"Uhh... thanks, Fukiyose-Chan." Li Mei thanks but waver her hand away from the health product. "But sorry, I'm more of the type who don't use too many types of medication techniques." Li Mei shut down her esper ability and got up on her feet. "Is this the thing that we need to do.

"Oh I see," Seiri said with a smile, "You're just eager to get right to your events well I hope you have a lot of fun. After all it's my goal that everyone enjoys this event."

Li Mei nods then smiles, "I'll try to have as much fun as I possibly can."

"By the way I was curious what Yamane had to speak about? I think I saw other Judgement members and two Anti-Skill members and was curious did something happen? Now that I mean it I haven't seen Eiichi and Fumihiro lately!"

"Why!? Where is all this coming from!!?" Li Mei shouts out.

"No reason, the committee just got a phone call lately, their parents called to see what events they will participate in. I was gonna ask but I haven't seen them around lately and..."

"She's on to you already, I think you should think of something fast." Annaisha comments in Li Mei's head.

"Oh! Yamane said Eiichi and Fumihiro were doing some sort of training meditation.

"Fumihiro?" Fukiyose repeats with one eyebrow up, I dunno... I can see Eiichi trying something new but Fumihiro is kinda a complainer, I really can't stand him. Sometimes he reminds me of a certain deadbeat cry baby that cries out rotten luck all the time. Something about this is really fishy."

"Quick throw her off!" Annaisha telepathically shouts in Li Mei's head.

"I'm trying! Idiot I don't see you giving me ideas!" Li Mei shouts back out loud.

"What?!" Fukiyose saids with her eyebrow raised.

"You have a boyfriend!?" Li Mei randomly pressured.

"Huh!? Me no! Why! Eh... okay let's start over!" Fukiyose shouts with a fluster red face.

Outside the facility building in district 7 Uihara and Konori walked together until they made a stop at the street lights.

"It doesn't seem to be anything more to worry about the group might be small and the situation is very serious but considering the support we have. We could solve this case within the schedule of the Daihaseisai Festival." Konori ensuing with a smile, she scans Uiharu's face that stare at the direction towards the hospital, "Oh, so you're gonna go pick up Kuroko from the hospital?"

"Oh yeah I am! I really don't want Kuroko to get caught up in this matter."

"Please don't let her find out, she's there after all for pursuing something that was too dangerous in the first place knowing her, she has no regrets and probably would do such acts all over again."

Uiharu nods and waves as she starts to head down another direction, "I'll be careful. See you at the daihaseisai festival." Uiharu continued on towards the hospital until she heard a voice.

"I really didn't expect this outcome. Are you the type who turn anyone to there side or are more like me." spiky black hair man and rubbing his small beard comments on the phone. "Hang on for a second," The man looked back and forth at his surroundings then slid into a dark alley corner, "Okay, let me get straight to the point, I've got some intel. "Your opponent isn't Aihana, It's "CV" whatever the hell that may be.

"CV" the voice on the other line repeated, "That does indeed sound familiar. Yeah I think I ordered something from "CV" from the dark web."

"It sure as hell should if you get around like me, "CV" it's like a name brand a certain someone puts when making some crazy device.

"Once I think about it, there was a rumor that states there was an inventor that this city calls Academy City's Ultimate Blacksmith, I heard that blacksmith's intelligence excels all. I guess that would make e'm, some sort of mastermind genius. But why make such a statement that others would recognize unless, that someone wants others to know, could it be that the answers applied from the urban legends themselves."

"Uhh, I don't know about all that but all I can say is these Aihana characters are acting as a unit to the mastermind, your opponent is "CV" and considering how your little trick works I don't think that it can copy pure intelligence."

"Copy?" Uiharu mumbles behind a glimpse corner. As she tries harder to keep her presence unnoticed.

"You let me worry about the match up, thank you Okahara. That'll be all."

"Let me continue on the lookout, it's the least I can do, this is starting to get interesting after all." Okahara hung up. And turned around as he felt a sudden presence behind him. To no response he hurried out the dark corner.

Uiharu got up near the dark side and watched the thug male exit. "I should have known." Uiharu comments clenching her fist.
