Tedashii Hamasaki is the main protagonist of [Toaru Kagaku no Coder Vader] A Certain Scientific Code Vader series and an important character in the [Aru shinwa no ōrasutōmu] A Certain Mythical Aura Storm series. He is a level 0 and student who is also a vigilante terrorist known as Code Vader in secret. His goal is to destroy Academy City's dark side and reshape a city of pure good science, While aiming to create stable control against powerful Espers. During his terrorizing path to use Academy City's Tree Diagram and quickly learning of its fate. Tedashii turns to his next option Akahana Yoko's Data Mine Esper ability to conduct his next moves. However in irony twist he gain compassion for her turning into her cyber tech guardian and becoming the main Protagonist of the Science side in the Unknown Actor/Code Vader universe.

Etymology

Tedashii's name is define to be that of someone with quick, clever mind, and interest in the welfare of humanity, and a desire to help those in need. Responsible, good natured, and generous, although somewhat disorganized and scattering in habits. This is very accurate as Tedashii is the fastest, clever mind of Academy City as well as a participant of the Dark May Project showing signs of Accelerator's personally and even stated from Kinuhata Saiai that it wasn't usual for children of the experiment to end up well, as many of them ended up in dissection tables while scientists tried to figure out in which part of the brain the personal reality was located.

Appearance

Tedashii is above average student when it comes to looks he would have been deem worthy of popularity if had a Esper ability, he has brown wavy hair and brown eyes. He also has dimples when smiling but quite rare as barely anything makes him smile besides (Akahana) who is one of the few who can easily make him happy, his height is above average having him taller than most girls and has a bad choice in fashion that kept him back from being popular with the ladies looking more like an delinquent than anything charming until he met Akahana Yoko and Sadashi Haru.

Tedashii varies design custom to each Code Vader volume story arcs with exclusive outfits in each volume basic to his character development and setting.

Vol 1
Tedashii first seen batting Mugino Shizuri wearing a all black and white style outfit, with custom made He wears a black hoodie with animated white digital coding (the hood is mostly always up covering most of his hair, it is also noted that inside the hoodie lights up as a visual. With pants that are easy to move in. He also has dark blue goggles that can easily be confused as black. Akahana confirms he unnecessarily carries around the vector malice everywhere he goes. This design makes him look as if he is a digitalized hoodie figure.

Vol 2
Tedashii is seen more causal, despite changing due to Akahana Yoko, he seem to not care too much about himself, he's seen dressing carelessly looking of that of a delinquent, Wearing a gray thin jacket with a black hood, with black pants a unbuttoned belt, and running shoes.
It is noticed he carries around a white scarf strapped around his waist and sometimes wears it around his neck at nights when it's cold. During school he's seen without the gray thin hoodie uniform but with the same overall design
He doesn't carry around the Vector Malice as much and only brings it when he knows he's approaching a fight. After chapter 10 he carries the Nano Digital Code-Breaker Program within a mecha designed glove.

Vol 3
Taken place at least three years prior the main story at least before the Dark May Project, a prequel youngster orphan Tedashii who wore a black button tunic japanese uniform that was outworn with scraped cuts. With a oversized white coat that appeared to be worn by him, from a cape or by his neck, the same coat that Kuroyoru Umdori wears in the post timeline. Eventually he also wears the same iconic dark blue goggles that he's other outfits has.

Aura Storm
Basic off volume 1, Tedashii appears before the events of Volume 1 Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader returning as his villainous self a vulgar appearance with a dark blue thin jacket, unbuttoned revealing a black v-neck under it. Green digital like codings animated from his jacket, shirt all the way down his black jeans and brown shoes. He also wears the same dark blue goggles, that appears later on in his fight with Mugino around his neck.

By Hacking the Nano digital Code-Breaker Program from Kihara Akuma, Tedashii use the Program and manifested a suit of armor. In this power suit. The color is white amor with green lights and light transparent photon wings.

Daihasei Festival
Taking part in the daihasei festival, Tedashii wore a white track jacket with red strip along the shoulders to sleeves, the entire outfit is white basic due to Akahana's bickering. He eventually seen wearing black T alongside his classmates in his school principal's attempts to ensure his school appeal differently.

Abilities

Tedashii Hamasaki as a level 0, similar to Hamazura Shiage but unlike Shiage, Tedashii intelligences far exceeds majority of Academy City, it is hinted that he's even more intelligent than most of the scientists of Academy City. His intelligence helps him identify his opponent's Esper abilities quickly and adjust rapidly coming up with weakness in seconds. This is shown against his battle with the fourth rank level 5 Mugino (but technically failed to defeat the level 5 Anyways).

The mysterious surrounding the way Tedashii thinks was guest by (Kihara Akuma), spectating that Accelerator's though patterns work on the Esper Ability within him and manifested giving him super intelligence. However Tedashii disagree with that logic guesting that maybe his thought patterns were already identical to Accelerator's thought patterns which accelerated his thought patterns creating a infinite ripple effect, surpassing the average proximity 60,000 thoughts a day.

Always on the run from Academy City's shadow's developed keen agility and acrobatic capabilities. He is also capable of handling firearms as showing with a handgun when he pointed at a unconscious Akahana unaware who she was at the time.

His signature abilities are to invent new scientific tech or hack a already existing one in a rather fast pace which earned his titles Code Vader, Academy City's Ultimate Blacksmith, Digital Hero and Iron Knight making him infamous towards the Dark Side of Academy City, with most of the science side wanting to take advantage of his abilities for good and evil alike.

Equipment
• Vector Malice (Mark II)
Due to the results of the horrific experimentation's done to him in the Dark May Project Tedashii was able to create a Morphing Vector Malice that can interact with Vectors cause by Esper abilities. However The Vector Malice does not reflected Vectors like the first rank Esper rather absorbs the harmful vectors cause from the AIM and repels a shockwave that is 1/3 stronger than the vectors taken in. It is known that the weapon registered the AIM before the Vectors due to this it would mean physical attacks, from another weapon, bullets, and non Esper abilities can bypass the Vector Malice. The malice also cannot recon Esper abilities such as Dark Matter, since Dark Matter is matter that does not exist and operates under laws that does not exist. The Vector Malice is seen as a principle of science and only science, this would also mean Magic can bypass the Vector Malice. In chapter six Tedashii upgrades it given it the capability to repel physical attacks such as the rocket launcher from Akuma's shot once the malice absorbed enough Vectors but still contains the same weaknesses as before if vectors aren't collected. It can also collect and hold on to the vectors and unleash it as a shock wave.

• Nano reality digital code-breaker program
An active program device created by Tedashii Hamasaki. With hateful attentions to destroy Espers this Hologram was planned to be use against powerful Espers mainly pacifically (Kakine Teitoku and his Dark Matter)
This program acts as holographic that is constructed into actual material itself through the idea of Nanotechnology. This tool can be compare to Kakine Teitoku's tweezer or Kihara Amata's Micro manipulator that functions on a microscopic level. Constructing off the smallest of atoms.

Basic off the variable options that Kakine Teitoku has with dark matter Tedashii created a cybernetic nanotech digitized matter (in the form of tungsten) that forms and summons any type of weapon that's already registered established, from metal gloves to fire-Arms. It is even capable of creating transparent coding barriers.

However some time ago Tedashii must have given up on the program as Dark Matter is matter that does not exist and because of that Kakine could just change the rules to his Dark Matter and crush his program.
Somehow this program ended up in Kihara Akuma's hands and now being use against him in a irony fateful twist.
In Chapter six of Code Vader Tedashii hack and highjack the program in their battle irony defeating Akuma with it. When Tedashii pull this stunt he overwrite the previous capabilities and installed a new modification becoming tech basic off (one) imagination tech instead.
• Nano tech Cyber Suit (Nano reality digital code-breaker program)
Tedashii with the new modification that works by Tedashii's imagination, and with Accelerator's though patterns due to the Dark May Project experiment, Tedashii can cloak himself with the nano tech similar to how Accelerator use his Reflection ability covering even the clothes he wears and select objects he is holding. Once this process completes Tedashii is armed in a Cyber Tech suit of Armor which earned his name (Iron Knight) in this armor he's capable of using Transparent material, that reflects off of other light giving Tedashii Access to scientific varieties from flight, razor sharp whirlwind of tornados, enchanted speed, enchant strength, transparent shields etc.

• Coilgun/Retro speed Motor Bike
• Retro Speed Motor Bike Mode
Originally known as Retro Railgun MotorBike to hide it's true capabilities Created by Tedashii Hamasaki. With hateful attention to destroy Espers. As written in the blueprints of Kihara Akuma's work, it was said to suppress speed with Mikoto Misaka's Railgun. Tedashii somehow must have planned to use this device to take down the railgun by evading the signature attack on the railgun.
• Coilgun mode
In chapter 24 his true objective was a motorbike that hid its true form as an electromagnet in the configuration of a linear motor that accelerates a ferromagnetic or conducting projectile to high velocity (Coilgun). With the speed of both the motor bike mode capabilities and the power blasts from the coilgun mode, which easily drive and fire so fast that TARDY members didn't even recognize Tedashii's attacks before it was already too late.

• Modified Hacked UAV HERO V drones
Before the events of Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader in Aru shinwa no ōrasutōmu, Tedashii hacked the demo try-out UAV hero drones he's scheming reasons are unknown but he does confirms his interest Capacity Down being hidden behind the functions systems. It is also capable of producing heat when together simulating this function it is easily appear to evaporate Fumiko's moisture vapor space and vaporized the entire area causing steamy environment rid of all the water completely. It is currently unknown as of Code Vader plot if he still own these weapons.

Personally

Tedashii Hamasaki as most level zeroes that are members of skill-out is cautious of the world of Academy City, living alongside Espers. He's very cautious that he would bring a weapon just about anywhere, even to Julian restaurant. He also shows hatred towards Academy City, the higher ups, as well as the scientists. He even state Academy City as a huge lab where he and everyone else is guinea pigs. With attentional desire to destroy Academy city. He also shows signs of hate towards Espers, but that can only applied from jealousy. He also acts of somewhat of a know it all, even mocking Espers on how to use their abilities in fights against him (but only due be out of his jealousy towards them). When he wraps himself  into trouble he normally would quote "how did he get himself into this mess." Prior to the events of Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader vol 1 & it's spin-off series Aru shinwa no ōrasutōmu Tedashii is a manipulative sociopathic individual who use others for his personal affairs using Akahana Yoko & Li Mei Xiaodan via perceptively series. With a detach attachment of using each girl to a means to a end with the irony of it backfiring and developing a close bond with the latter.

He also shows signs to have some of Accelerator's personalities due to his part in the Dark May Project. He also seems rather irresponsible with his possessions, with Kihara Akuma and many others getting their hands on tech that he invented.

Tedashii's fashion of clothing match his reputation as a delinquent after being expelled from Nagatenjouki Academy. After being expelled from the greatest school of Academy City Tedashii lost care in his education future (however this change after meeting Akahana Yoko). Even after meeting Akahana, Tedashii still catch attitudes with his seniors and teachers reason what keeps him from being an honor roll student as well as being among the delinquents of his school that take supplementary lessons just to keep from being held back.

During his last summed with Akahana Yoko, he developed a sense of compassion for others such as Akahana. After learning more about them. He's capable of having a conversation with Akahana's odd form of speaking without being sightly annoyed. Despite being a hot head at times or impatient he's quite understanding of a troublesome situation and acts accordingly to find an out via (Akahana Yoko's situation.)

He even admits to hating his past manipulative sociopathic nature calling himself pathetic and blames himself for unfortunate situations that would have occurred regardless of the matter.

By the end of Volume one during the epilogue, Li-Mei questions Tedashii's odd relaxed behavior after returning to school, a day after dropping out a week ago to his reply he sees things differently now, and not so sure of the changes just yet but can guess the cause might have been due to his sudden attractions towards Akahana Yoko.
His hate towards Espers also seem limited for he wasn't nearly threatened by Akahana Yoko once he discovered she was a level 1 Esper. However he lacks confidence when up against as least a level 3 or higher unprepared, nearly surrendering to Kazari Uiharu due to his assumption of her power level that was backed up by her sheer confidence.

Tedashii is usual afraid to deal with anything with a lack of understanding, even if it's casual days of living, as girls in general as he believes act among there feelings instead of common sense he fear girls that are not enemies, such as Li Mei Xiaodan as he has no clue to what's on her mind or why she bothers him occasionally. Around vol 2 Tedashii has developed a racist behavior of being annoyed among meeting foreigners, this is due to his interactions with Li Mei Xiaodan, Jeong-Min, especially Mara Grace. Even if he knows other languages like english he will never bother to offer help with different languages and mostly pretends to only know Japanese (Unless he is offended by rude remarks when being tense by others who speak in different languages such as Mara.)

Relationships

Akahana Yoko
At first after discovering The Tree Diagram's destruction and realizing Akahana was connected to the satellite. She was a means to an end to his goals, even planning to hack the cyborg equipments. During his time spent during the shopping center, he was quite impressed that she had her own opinions and even questioned if she was actually an droid as she claims. And was even flattered at Akahana's praising him for wining the alien prop. He eventually related to her circumstance situation and tries to find an out for her once this was over. Which she relied breaking him mentally, on his actions towards Academy City claiming he's afraid. During the shutdown of the shopping center, Akahana embraces him and tells him not to be afraid. After Akahana was deducted by Kihara Akuma & Musujime Awaki. Tedashii blames himself and promises an out for her. In chapter 6 after learning of Akahana's origin and realizing she was never safe. Tedashii sworn to protect her in all means reinventing himself as a new Code Vader to protect her by all means. During the Epilogue he claims he was destined to protect her world by all means. And after finally seeing her smile for the first time Tedashii claims everything that happened up this point was worth it. During volume two Akahana is shown to be spoiled and even punished Tedashii when he doesn't follow through with his promises, this spoil rotten behavior of hers was developed by Tedashii spoiling her and giving her whatever she wants.

Li Mei Xaiodan
Speculated within Code Vader Vol2, before the start of this series Tedashii must have been in good terms with Li-Mei, as she reminds him of their bet (who would reach level 5 first. But sometime later after being labeled as an level 0. Tedashii closed off that friendship due to her quickly development in her Esper ability.

He even sarcastically remarks that he's happy to see her. And even states they can never be friends now as he says that he doesn't feel safe around her. In the Epilogue however after going through a mental crisis, and after reinventing himself as a new Code Vader. He appears to her in more of a positive manner even nicknaming her rainbow head and calls her a trigger happy Esper. Even showing he's comfortable walking aside by side her in the end.

Though he still expressed his hate towards her Esper ability pacifically stating spiritual energy does not scientific exist thus making the effects of her ability complicated for even him to understand. Still showing signs of fear towards her.

In Chapter 9 he tells the two judgement members she's a good person that was trying to stop a criminal person like him back then. Hinting that she fought him before, for some of his previous wrongs prior to the series. Tedashii shown a great deal of care for her something even he is unconscious of realizing that threatening her well-being triggers his accelerator persona when TARDY deducted Li Mei, and tried to kill TARDY members including Li Mei's friend Mara. Which cause in his defeat when he was easily able to defeat TARDY for not thinking clearly.

After being defeated by TARDY and screwing over his & Jeong-Min's quickest way to save Li Mei he recognized his passion for Li Mei and admitted to himself that he idolize Li Mei's growth and was jealous of her all along. Tedashii however even after everything that has happened Tedashii is too embarrassed to admit it to Li Mei.

Tedashii's introduction in Aru shinwa no ōrasutōmu reveals Tedashii met a level 1 Li Mei Xiaodan when she was attacked by her classmate. Upset Of The Circumstances she tells her feelings to him, and he welcomingly encourages her to get stronger, stating there's hope for a level 1. With her school uniform torn, Tedashii lends his blue jacket to her. It is unknown if Li Mei ever returned it.

Chronology

Background
Currently it is at least confirmed Tedashii was a Child Error along with the others with additional leak information of Tedashii's family abandoning him while he was young.
While being stuck at orphanage he had lived an man eating world as an level o child error among his disadvantages of being a level 0 no one cares for and the espers that bullied him would soon be pick among anyone else Tedashii has desire power and where Kihara Akuma came to the orphanage and took advantage of Tedashii's and the other child errors desire to be value.
Just as the rest confirmed he volunteered for the Dark May project and became Kihara Akuma's favorite for not turning against the project after learning of its true colors. However that would come to an end Tedashii's betrayal after he released Kuroyoru Umidori and the two bring havoc and slaughtering all the researchers and bankrupting the dark may project, Kihara Akuma however survived and promised vengeance.

Sometime in his life before the start of the series it was later revealed in A Certain Mythical Aura Storm he's had attended Nagatenjouki Academy, but considering he was a child error it can either apply his advance IQ intelligence was finally notice with connections or Kihara Akuma or himself apply him/himself in with illegal methods.

In the phone call chat Kai mention wanting to expelled him like Nagatenjouki did so it's confirmed Tedashii was expelled and sent to juvenile. Until released becoming a student to a new school.

(A Certain Scientific Code Vader)
Tree Diagram Remnant Arc

Tedashii first introduction appear as the vigilante Code Vader facing off with The Rank #4 Level 5, ITEM's Leader Mugino Shizuri. She attacks him with her meltdown ability but failed to get a direct hit from the distance Tedashii claims he found away to slow down the speed of her Meltdown ability in displays that in there battle. Mugino angry attack intimidated by his lectures, and overpowered him. Unable to defeat the level five Tedashii use his custom made weapon (The Vector Malice) and counter her Meltdown ability. Tedashii unleashing a shockwave that destroys an oil tank, causing a explosion. Unable to indefinite if he was dead due to sending the other members Takitsubo Rikou, Kinuhata Saiai, and Frenda after a high level AIM that was a decoy system Tedashii use to send away AIM Stalker. Tedashii ends up stumbling down a empty base from the explosion, to a secret lab, finding the hidden second satellite that controls all of Academy city's of public media. To his surprise he made one miscalculation when he discovers the Tree Diagram is destroyed. In rage his smacks the keyboard accidentally activating a mysterious pod attach to the Satellite's Pc. The pod opens revealing to be a mysterious girl. Speculating that the girl's connection in that pod could mean she has some connection to his original goal and takes her as he plans his next move.

He soon pressure at the thought of being place in a misunderstanding situation of the naked girl being taken advantage of by him. A thought came by of the girl comment (Orihime 1) He was able to hack into the Academy city data base but unable to find her information at all within the system. However to his surprise the girl carelessly came out his bedroom nude.

She appears to show lack of care giving Tedashii an opportunity to identify her connections towards the tree diagram. But after he failed to identify the code she locked him out of any info, except for her name (Akahana Yoko). Suddenly Tedashii notice a signal and fear he was tracked, he gives Akahana some clothes and head to a restaurant to eat after retrieving a mysterious signal from his tracker, he decides to to choose a restaurant to identify if she was human or not.

After ordering the Maximum bugler and taking a bite Tedashii relaxed of relief that now he can believe she is human. But she admits she is a droid but at least thirty percent human.

She later questions Tedashii's choice of meal and his drink (coffee) and explain he shouldn't be drinking that at his age. He then tells her it's a side effect of an experiment, and why to increase his level and states Academy City must pay. She telekinetically loaded his personal information curious if he's a terrorist or not. And identities he's a level 0. Tedashii tries to quiet tell her to not throw out he's a level 0 in public to Akahana replies asking is he's afraid. He declines her claim to where she advance stating it's why he brought the vector malice with him to an normal food restaurant. To him angrily accidentally admitting his caution as a level 0 child error. Which anger him to the point of wanting to kill her.

He later takes Akahana to a clothing shop, and they talks about the Endymion. He expressed his concerns. While she changes clothes behind the booth. She comes out the booth wondering if it look decent to her dissatisfaction to Tedashii's uninteresting response. And changes once more surprising Tedashii showing him of leaving an angry sign. Sitting there angry he was met with an attempted dragon kick by Li Mei.

He dodges her challenge attempts. She reminds him of there bet and claim that he was pretend to dropout of school so he can practice in secret after seeing his Vector Malice. She then attacked him with her esper ability and ask for a duel. Tedashii snaps and tells her to leave after admitting that he did dropout. She tells him that there visor is giving him a second chance and not to give up on his friend, he then states that they are not friends hurting her feelings. She storm off after a judgement member interrupted the quarrel. The judgement member then pick up a invitation slip that she accidentally drop handing it towards Tedashii showing that she was planning to invite him to her party that her family was throwing to celebrate her level up.

Threaten that he will kicked the shopping center, he rush to collect Data Mine when suddenly he was bewitched of Akahana's outfit. Impressed with the new results, even finding her attractive.

They later leaves and approach a game corner being distracted from the alien prop toy. (Believing the alien prop is an real actual alien) Akahana praises the man for discovering there existence and claim she needs it to study it. Noticing her cute begging Tedashii gives in and plays and win the game getting her the prop on first try. The game counter man and her praise Tedashii's performance. And he replies not to be impressed as those developed skills are someone else (Accelerator's calculations). But Akahana declines and says his skills are astonishing. Tedashii smile as he realized she didn't pause before giving her complement. A little flattered decide to buy her a little more than just one outfit. She questioned his motives trying to process his actions for buying and prolonging the time spent buying clothes by using the tree diagram. Tedashii explains making an excuse that when they met she had no clothes, to her embarrassingly putting him on blast. She informs him there's no need for clothes once she returns back to the incubator. He becomes flustered of her willingness to return to such a prison stating it's not safe and warn her of Academy City, Expression what they would do from personal experience. To where she replies that she is a droid and fine with the results.

She questioned his motives trying to process his actions for buying and prolonging the time spent buying clothes by using the tree diagram. Tedashii explains making an excuse that when they met she had no clothes, to her embarrassingly putting him on blast. She informs him there's no need for clothes once she returns back to the incubator. He becomes flustered of her willingness to return to such a prison stating it's not safe and warn her of Academy City, Expression what they would do from personal experience. Tedashii freaks out feeling related to her current situation, and Akahana expose his feelings breaking him. The power turns off, scarring Tedashii. They are force to relied on an Teleporting Esper to rescue them from being trapped. Tedashii is annoyed to have to require an esper ability for their safety when then Akahana embraces him and tells him everything will be okay in the end to her comedic ruin the moment being too realistic. Tedashii questions is she really an droid.

"A malicious man appear from the shadows of death from hell appear before Tedashii Hamasaki, a flash from the past, a man of science. A certain scientific dark experiment, a certain scientific Kihara."

Suddenly the power turn on revealing to be a trap cause by Kihara Akuma and Musujime Awaki. Tedashii's falls downhill once Akuma appear before him and Akahana.

Musujime teleports the scientific devil into the mall in front of Tedashii and Akahana where Tedashii screams out in fear of the devil's return. Akahana is surprise to here of committed murder.

Akuma laughs and saids "you thought you did!" He brings up his hate anger to the one he trusted the most the one to ruining the dark may project as well as promising Tedashii he will kill Kuroyoru Umidori for being the mvp of the failure of the project. He calls his survival karma to Tedashii as he states for the wrongs he committed and laughs.

Tedashii angrily burst out biting his own lip while staring at Akuma with a murderous glare. Akuma tells Tedashii that this hatred for each other isn't well for their relationship and still wants him to be part of the Kihara name and claims by defeating Tedashii they can rekindle what they once had. Akuma charge at the two with an uppercut. Akahana prepares to counter but Tedashii interrupts her and tells her to run. He tells her he can handle his own because Akuma isn't that well of a skill fighter. Preparing to counter Akuma actives the Nano reality digital code-breaker program and a metal glove forms in his fist successfully uppercutting Tedashii. Tedashii flings into the air trying to rebalance only to just get overwhelmed by Akuma's attacks. Tedashii was easily defeated and Akahana tries to sneak attack Akuma only to get counter. Tedashii begs Akuma to spare her as she didn't sign up for the dark side of Academy City.

Akuma in disbelief laughs and mocks Tedashii's unusual behavior of caring for Akahana's status. He assumed that Tedashii took her out on a date after observing him all this time and mocks him for trying to have sex with a droid. He then immediately blames himself as a father figure for never teaching him sex or how to attract people of the opposite sex.

He then proceeds to explain Akahana's value in esper power in Academy City. About the functions and capabilities of data mine where he accidentally slip out planing to steal data mine.

Tedashii begins to chuckle and laughs like accelerator. Akuma backs up knowing that with that laugh, he breaks out like that 100% when he already have a plan in motion with a inpatient vibe.
Tedashii tells him why should he join the man who ruined his laugh and active a protocol for this very own situation. Tedashii's plan was flawed in the end once Musujime appears using Move-Point to take Akahana, and Akuma walks up looking down on Tedashii while protecting Code Vader's identity. Musujime continues to mock him and in rage Tedashii attacks Musujime only to teleport him down some stairs. The two take Data Mine in progress to the plan.

Tedashii mangled to escape unnoticed (Expect notice in sight by Li Mei (no interaction) He made his way back to his dorm tending to his wounds. Rethinking his past decisions, Akahana doesn't deserve to suffer and decides to save her.

Tedashii takes the retro speed motor bike in search for something that can bring in the military hidden files of Data Mine. Where he takes comes 177th judgment branch office. He finds a pc and hack and discover Akahana's tragically. Furious he is sudden snuck by a certain judgment member (Uiharu Kazari). Tedashii ask of her knowledge of Data Mine to her fail response of knowledge of the situation, Tedashii confirms she isn't involved but afraid of her confident threat Tedashii begs her to free him so he can save Akahana Yoko. Uiharu puzzled but somewhat convinced as the boy's refusal remaining her of Zack Yoshikage, ask who he is to the motion sense lights turn off due to lack of movement allowed for Tedashii to escape while leave a hint to Musujime Awaki whereabouts. (It is confirmed Tedashii hack the motion sense lights once the light turn off.)

Tedashii follows Data Mine signal and race at high speed towards Kihara Akuma's base.

(A Certain Mythical Aura Storm)
Although Li Mei Xiaodan is the protagonist in the side story Tedashii occasionally appears as a recurring character.
He initially appears as an enigma, hard to read, and capable of taking advantage of weakness of esper abilities using science. He also situationally appears conventionally using and manipulative Li Mei for his own gain. Li Mei's rise of power ironically begins thanks to his posture charming friendly influence towards her during their encounter to use her as bait against the black market.

Design
A certain scientific code vader was only made with the desired to make a character who can challenge espers and counter them with steer intelligence without the power of a superpower of their own. When designing Tedashii the Dark May Project was addition added after Z watch Toaru Majutsu no Index III after accelerator mentioned it to Misaka-worst about the dark May Project. Afterwards the rest follow suit.

When Z first sketch of Tedashii appearance, he admitted disliking the sketch due to his hair, and looking a bit too friendly (especially for vol1's case). He would eventually leave it as just attempted sketch.

With the help of Eleuphemia during a commission Z would like the overall design but felt the hairstyle needed a readjustment to be a more unique hairstyle that would define the character. Z would eventually take inspirations and make a design for adaptation.
