"Tardy (まだここ Chikoku)" is an Skill-Out faction, first introduced in the Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader fanfic, Originally formed by Kenichi's allies Mara Grace, and Yosuke Jun. The organization is a small group that exists to make money for the child errors and for a place where level 0's can be heroes too. However Tardy devolved into a violent gang that attacks espers, due to Mara's new persona as Aihana Etsu. The group and Kaneshiro are the secondary antagonist of Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader vol 2.

Principles
Just like other skilled out factions, Tardy is an armed group of Level 0's however and unlikely other factions of large numbers Tardy own very powerful tech, and weapons but only four operative members where one of them is a spy and traitor. They proclaim that their goal is to fight for rights in a city where those without abilities are picked on by those who flaunt their higher esper abilities. They take on jobs in there acts instead of committing there own injustice acts, but eventually loss their way when meeting Aihana Etsu and taking on the job of targeting espers and kidnapping them for there merchant.

The fighting abilities of Tardy members are generally weak to turn of unnatural abilities and can be easily defeated by a high level esper, however there combat and technological rivals them to Joker, Aura Storm, Code Vader, and Jeong-Min with Kenichi and he's Seventh Rank# counter weapon. Kenichi's and Mara's brawling skills surpasses Kamijou Touma thought Kamijou could actually beat Yosuke and Mara. There tech weapons are lethal to levels of level 4's & Kenichi's Seventh Rank course weapon is on the scale of a level 5 (But can only applies the power rank of effects basic on the impact of vectors.)

Organization
Through Mara confirm the lack of technical knowledge with her conversation with Kenichi stating they need someone like Tedashii Hamasaki, however Mara is the brains and can lead the team on the decisions, Kenichi is far unintelligent as his mouth slip on stating his plans and reason why he's more the power of the squad dispute how bulky Yosuke Jun's sizes is. Yosuke is the tactical brawling using his blade chain trap. Tsurigane Saryou is their scout who can gather intel (though she is a traitor that eventually abandoned them to their fate).

They also posses frisbee like devices known as the blade disk discord, the disks from a network of analyzing and counter esper abilities for them, the disks can also assist them by spinning making hurl dust storms, proton traps, recorded data.
