Su-Jin Kyung Mi is a major recurring character of Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader. She is the principal of Agency Education Department; a Child Welfare establishment specializing in taking care of Child Errors. She is the first adult guardian in care of Tedashii Hamasaki and Kuroyoru Umdori.

Appearance

Kyung-Mi is stated to be a firm attractive Korean woman, she was told by many that she has beautiful silky straight long black hair and nice complexion skin
She wears purple eye shadow to cover her baggy blue eyes in which she has due to lack of sleep.

Her outfit consist to appeal as a mature teacher vibe, with a gray vest, undershirt, to an average height black skirt, with black slip ons.

Trivia
• Kyung Mi was originally supposed to be a very kind character, but Z felt she was a bit generic and cliche. She was originally was not fun to write. So Z change her personality to be irresponsible, rude, and childish, to spark a unique dynamic between herself and the child errors. Ironically she became very fun to write then.
• If Kihara Akuma is joked to appeal as a father figure to Tedashii, Kyung Mi is reference to appeal as a mother figure to Tedashii.
• The character feature notes revealed, Kyung Mi has a sugar tooth for sweets. Doesn't gain weight often similar to Yuzuriha Ringo.
• Her Zodiac sign is Libra
• Her catchphrase "How I Get Myself Into This Mess?" Is applied that Tedashii inherited her catchphrase as he says this quote a lot throughout vol 1 & 2.

Personality

Kyung Mi has been shown to be an irresponsible, childish, and rude guardian to the child errors. It is also suggested even from her fellow peers that she's a bit too careless to what she says in public. When she wraps herself into trouble she normally would quote "how did she get herself into this mess."

Sometime as Kyung Mi expressed it she use to be very kind to Tedashii Hamasaki, Kuroyoru Umdori and the rest of the Agency Education Department child errors. But lost her patience's and even expressed how troublesome it was to save yen. And proudly boasted to be a reason to change.

Relationships

Tedashii Hamasaki
It is suggested that Kyung Mi is Tedashii Hamasaki's first adult guardian that raise him. She seemly understands him to a level of being capable to easily taunt him, encourage him, and insult him. Whichever reason in doing so. She knows what he truly wants and desires to help him despite other adults not agreeing with her style of methods. Tedashii showed to be very comfortable disrespecting her despite her tyrant behavior towards him this could indicate that he and the other child errors doesn't take her tyrant persona seriously.
It was also suggested by herself that Kyung Mi use to be nice to Tedashii and the other Agency Education Department child errors. But lost her patience with the delinquent's spoiled demands, their lack of self care, and troublesome schemes and pranks, and eventually rebel becoming a tyrant landlord.

Kuroyoru Umdori
It is unknown whether time Kyung Mi had Kuroyoru sense the very beginning of her life or years prior to the main events of its prequel storyline, however it's applied they've been together long enough for it to be easy for Kyung Mi to seemly understands her to a level of being capable to easily taunt her, encourage her, and insult her. She can even make Kuroyoru cry easily.

Chronology

Background

It's hinted suggested that Kyung Mi took in and raise Tedashii Hamasaki, years prior to the prequel story, since Tedashii confirms in chapter 5 Vol 1 to have never met his parents or at least don't remember their faces. It is highly suggested that she is Tedashii Hamasaki's first guardian figure.
It was also suggested by herself that Kyung Mi use to be nice to Tedashii and the other Agency Education Department child errors. But lost her patience with the delinquent's spoiled demands, their lack of self care, and troublesome schemes and pranks, and eventually rebel becoming a tyrant landlord. (Thought as the conversation's applied the child errors don't seem to necessarily see her as a tyrant threat, as she gets ran all over through the chaotic kids shenanigans.

Tedashii Past Saga Arc
Kyung Mi first appears picking Tedashii Hamasaki and Kuroyoru Umdori belling them from anti-skill office after the two have been arrested for stealing the UVA HERO III drone, destruction of public property, and resisting arrest. Kyung Mi should great frustration observing Tedashii and Kuroyoru lack of care to the consequences to their actions. Isamu would then witness Kyung Mi's abusive behavior towards the delinquents and lecturers her, but soon would be interpreted by the Shiga urban legend ritual that Tedashii and Kuroyoru performed upon him.

Kyung Mi would frantically explain that her cruelty towards the delinquents is due to their unreasonable behavior. And that it's for the upmost best for them to encourage them to find a better home if she rightfully do so, to prevent them from becoming to comfortable. She even expressed how much yen she saved in rightfully so. To which Isamu would assist Kyung Mi shouldn't be proud of her current actions.

Later Kyung Mi would take her to her parking spot and complain about doing this so often and how much of a waste of yen it's been doing so. Due to Tedashii and Kuroyoru lack of care, Kyung Mi becomes violent beating the delinquents in broad daylight before stopping herself after being witnessed.

After calming down Kyung Mi admits to the two delinquents that they probably would never be adopted at this point and presumably prepare for the case of being stuck with her forever. As she gets on her car, Kyung Mi kept the doors locked to and as punishment assist Tedashii and Kuroyoru walk home. Tedashii question this method as an actual punishment to which if they don't hurry the new orphan and other child errors mainly Yuzuriha Ringo would eat tonight's possibility leaving the two to starve. As Tedashii and Kuroyoru faces blooms pale Kyung Mi takes off at the green light.

Design
Kyung Mi was designed to be seductively attractive, and mature looking opposite to her true personality. She originally was not assigned to have a character sheet but due to the first art piece not showcasing and clearly depiction to use for the wiki, and her relevance, Z decided to have Revi-Arts perform an official character sheet.
