"Kenichi Baki is a recurring character in Toaru Kagaku no Code Vader (A Certain Scientific Code Vader). Kenichi is a level 0 esper and leader of a skill-out gang name Tardy.

Appearance
Gray eyes and blonde dye hair, as other delinquients who dye their hair some abnormal (to normal japanese society) color as a way of rebeling. This is also resulted in his idea of fashion to his slapping jeans and trace shoes, and signature fire design bandanna. Along with that would also have skull like design shirts during summer and hot environments. His most definite trait is his sharp shark teeth. He sometimes lets his right tooth stick out from his mouth.

Personality
Kenichi could be best described as an professional dumbass. He speaks loudly always sounding like he's barking. This habit led to some of Tardies slip ups even being the reason to Tedashii and Zack in their own perspective ways of finding out of Tardy's plans. Kenichi is reckless at times, but loyal and fateful to his allies even if he disagrees with their reasons. Dispute being stubborn with daily life activities when it comes to teamwork his contributes without question. He personal hate working for people he does not know personally.

An ally to Kenichi on there mercenaries missions in Tardy, though lack power strength she however backs that up with street skill techniques. Also useful in tactical strategies. She covers what Kenichi lacks.
