Appearance
Hisoka is a individual with could easily be mistaken from his gender as a female, though Tedashii does refers to him as a boy. But it is unknown because Li Mei, Jeong-Min and their friends refer to Hisoka as a girl.

Hisoka is a gossip fanatic going from about gossiping about Urban legends whether true or not, to making rumors or passing them on whether true or not being responsible of the school knowing of Tedashii's attempted dropout. Hisoka acts childish to a certain degree sticking out his tongue and has a nat for saying "bruh" in a sentence. Hisoka is even crazy enough to make rumors on himself in secret. Hisoka believes strongly of the Urban Legends and considering whoever invented the website is a genius and whoever follows are believe the website claims are smart praising Akahana for her interest. Hisoka truly believes the Urban legend website and takes it serious enough to print out pages off the website's rumors.

Hisoka appears in passing out printed papers of Urban legends around Nature Park. Akahana find interest and Hisoka praised her interest. Tedashii catches up and approach the two trying to get Akahana away from Hisoka influences. Hisoka surprise to see Tedashii and notice the tension. Adding up Tedashii's sudden changes on his return to school. Hisoka claims Tedashii and Akahana are dating with a flustered Tedashii quickly declining the claim and calling her a kid which angered Akahana. Hisoka leaves the two at their quarrel planning to passed on the misleading news to school.

In school Hisoka already in class talks to the other classmates making up claims that their new teacher was kicked out of Tokiwadai and now ruthlessly taking her anger out on them. Tedashii enters class late, and as the bell ring Hisoka left a trouble Tedashii at class and stick his Tongue at him leaving to tell everyone of Tedashii's new girlfriend.
