Specter reached the city. "What the hell happened here? It's full of water."

"So you've come. I've been waiting for you. It's time to settle the battle from the other day." A voice said.

"That voice! Unhi?! So it's you. Where are all the people?!" Specter shouted.

"Relax. We have evacuated everyone into the neighbor city. This place is now uninhabited. It's perfect to go wild against you!" Unhi shouted back, drawing his Trithorn.

Specter drew his hammer. "Same here. Now that I know you have evacuated everyone, I can go wild." Specter replied, summoning his hammer.

"Here I come! Water Lance!!"

"Thunder Shield! *Splash!* Repulsion!" The attack which was blocked was sent back at Unhi, not in his water attack but in Specter's thunder bolts.

"Not bad. Taste this! Aqua Prison!"

"Thunder Capsule!" Specter used his thunder barrier to counter the attack.

"You've gotten pretty strong in just a week. What have you been doing?*Clash!*" Specter and Uhni exchanged weapons.

"Training to defeat you once and for all! This battle has gone long enough. 4 years! For 4 years I have waited for this one time to finish this. The time's finally come and I will not back down!!! Aqua Lance! Aqua Spike: Multiply!" Uhni sent a stronger version of Water Lance and also attacked Specter from all directions with a water spike from the ground.

"!! I see. It appears that he has trained here and is trying to get me to fall for his trap. He's smart but I'm smarter. Hey, Uhni! Can't get me with a simple trick like this! Thunder Spike!" Specter sent thunder spikes at Uhni and countered the attacks.

"I thought you would say that! That's why I came up with new moves to play with you! Aqua Jet! Water Clone: Poking Spray!" Uhni charged at Specter with a super fast water move and summoned a clone to expand his area of attack with water spikes.

"Nice, but I am not that weak. *Spin!* Thunder Clone: Gatling bolt!!" Specter easily countered the attack with 2 clones shooting mini thunder bolts at a fast rate.

"We won't get anywhere at this rate! Summon: Trihead Dragon and Water Fiend!!" Uhni summoned a stronger version of the monster he summoned the other fight and a water fiend which was the size of 2 buildings piled on top of each other.

"Today is the day I will end this, Specter!!" Uhni declared his victory.

"Getting cocky now aren't we? It's okay, I have only just started to get serious. Come! I'll take all of you on at the same time." Specter raised his hammer and summoned his lightning short blade. "Thunder Gate: Drying Thunder Fiends!!" He summoned fiends which looked like those in God Eater*. "Formation A!"

"Arwoo!!" The fiends then gathered around Specter in a circle. "Here I go!! Thunder Lance!!" He summoned a thunder lance and attacked the Tri head dragon.

"Heh. As if such a weak attack will work on it!! Crush it!!" Uhni commanded.

"Figured that would be what you will say. *Click!* Now!!" One of the fiends teleported to the lance and merged with it to form a thunder drilling attack instead of a piercing attack. It blasted through the Trihead Dragon's Breath attack and cut of one of its heads.

"What?! I see. So those fiends are able to teleport. But that won't be enough to stop me!! Water Fiend, Ultimate attack: Hydrocannon!!"
A huge attack, size that of the size of Etherion*, attacked Specter.

"A mega move straight at me to finish me off huh. As if it'd-"

"Water Lance: Multiply!" Water lances emerged from all directions on the ground to prevent Specter's escape.

"Hmm.... I see you're smart. But I am smarter. Formation D!" The fiends gathered in a sphere around Specter and formed a spherical shield. It vaporized all attacks directed at Specter.

"What?! Impossible!! To block that directional attack together with a head on attack with just that?! How much will you piss me off?! Argh!!! Water Art: River-"

"Too slow. Thunder Lance and Thunder Cannon!!"

"UWAGH!!!!!!!!!!" Uhni got a direct hit from Specter. Specter had teleported to Uhni before he could react.

"It's not over yet. God calling: Pillar of Destruction!!" Specter summoned an attack like Bird Cage* to trap the Tri Head Dragon and Water Fiend. The beams of thunder closed in at fast speeds and sliced through the two creatures but that's not the end. After it converged to a single point, it expanded to a radius of 500m and unleashed the full power of all strikes combined in a go. The Tri Head Dragon and Water Fiend both got vaporized.

"*Cough* Damn you, Specter...." Uhni then grabbed Specter's shirt. "DROWN!!! AQUA DOME!!!!" Both Specter and Uhni got surrounded by a sphere the size that of The Grand Magic Games*'s water battle field. Specter found it hard to breathe and tried to escape but Uhni did not give him that chance. "Aqua Lance and Shark Missile!!" Specter got damaged badly by the attack as he could not defend himself properly under water.

"Hmm.... He's got the advantage under water. I can't let this go on any further... I guess it's time to settle this...." Specter then used a huge thunder move that instantly vaporized the whole Aqua Dome. Uhni got damaged hugely as well. Using all his might left, Uhni transformed into his ultimate mode. "I RELEASE THE CHAINS UPON MYSELF!!!!!COME FORTH, SPIRIT OF POSEIDON!!!!!" Stripes of blue appeared all over Uhni's body and he looked exactly like Grimmjow* except that he had Trithorn in his hand instead of claws. "You ready to die yet, Specter?" Uhni let out a smirk.

"Heh. Who do you think I am? Mode change: Electro Corleno." Marks of lightning appeared on Specter's face and arms just like the mock battle against Xelia. This time, Specter looked even serious than before, his eyes were just like that of Natsu when he is serious. "Now, let us begin our final battle for real. It's getting on my nerves every minute we drag this battle." Specter taunted Uhni.

With this, they charged at each other, each determined to settle the long fight which was supposed to be settled 4 years ago.

This ost was chosen because Specter was losing and this kinda overlaps with Luffy losing too.
But at the same time, it nicely fits into the counterattack part of both Luffy and Specter.
