The next morning, Joe woke up to find Cecilia by his bed. "Hey, your awake. How're you doing?" Cecilia asked. 

"Cecilia? Argh, it still hurts a little but I think I should be fit to continue your training. It's impressive that you could match about 2/3 of my speed in swordplay. We'll top that up to match my speed by noon and then we'll work on you controlling yourself in Xilia mode. Of course, we will need to work on you tapping on Viper Stinger's power. You need much more training to master it." Joe said with a warm smile. 

"Thank goodness you're alright. I didn't mean to attack you like that but I felt this feeling in me and it overwhelmed me." Cecilia apologised.

"Feeling? Hmm, you're too soft on yourself. Try to toughen up will you? If feelings can engulf you this easily, in actual battle, you will lose your life. Anyways, let's go have breakfast. Today's the second day of your last training to finally become an assassin, not the best, but enough to fight for yourself."

Cecilia teared up and as she wiped her tears, she said: "Hmm!" Five minutes later, they were at the dining table. As they were eating, Joe asked Cecilia if she was really feeling better. He told her not to push herself just because she wants to get stronger fast. She denied his kind offer and requested for her training to be resumed as soon as possible. Joe knew that it was pointless arguing with a woman so he gave up. "Alright. Since you're so determined, we will start your training immediately after breakfast. Let me warn you. The next few days of training will be very straining on your body. Are you really up for it?" Joe asked one final time. 

"Yes. Throw me all that you've got!! I need strength. I will not be gratified with my current strength." Cecilia replied, her eyes filled with tenacity. After breakfast, Cecilia reported to the Cage of Enclosure. Joe was waiting for her outside the dome. "You're here. Alright, let's go." Joe said. 

As they entered the dome, the rest of the group followed suit. "Why are you all following us in? Don't you all have to train?" Cecilia asked puzzled. 

The entrance to the dome closed and Grodin answered. "Don't worry. We got clones outside guarding. Even though they are clones and their power is half that of the original, they still can pack a punch." 

"The four of us are here to prevent any casualties from happening." Whirl added.

"Wait. Casualties?" 

"This training will take 2-3 days." Joe said.

"Why? Won't we need at least a week?" Cecilia asked. 

"This is not like the other trainings. This is a matter of life and death. We will be training you to tap on Viper Stinger's power to boost your physical abilities. If we do not let you gain control over Viper Stinger's power, we are afraid you might succumb to it and...." 

"And?" 

"Death is certain if you get possessed again. It happens regardless of the reason. Once you get possessed twice, we might not be able to wring you out of its grasp again. It will mean that we might kill you to stop you."

Cecilia was shocked. She had one last try. One. If she screwed this one up, she might never see anyone again, not even Joe, the man whom she had loved since young. 

There was a minute of silence. After that Joe broke the silence by emphasizing the importance of this training. There was no margin of error. They had to do this right. 

"Alright, let's get started. Freya! Grodin!" Joe ordered. 

"Got it." Both of them replied in unison. 

"Combination spell: Grand Armour!!" They shouted. An armour similar to that of the Cage of Enclosure surrounded both Cecilia and Joe. "This is...the material of the Cage of Enclosure...But why?" Cecilia was surprised. 

"We have to play safe. The last time we lost you to Viper Stinger's grasp, you nearly killed Huge. Who knows what might happen if you really get possessed." Joe said sternly. 

"We will now proceed with the training. Now, enter Xilia mode." 

"Right. Mode change: Xilia!!" Cecilia closed her eyes and opened it after a while. "Alright, I'm ready. Bring it on!" 

"Now, first thing first. We need to familiarize you in battle in Xilia mode. Only then can you control Viper Stinger's power. If you don't enter Xilia mode, you might lose yourself in your normal mode. Here I come! Ha!! Burst shot!!" Joe shouted. 

Xilia dodged the attack. "Here comes more. Hiya!! Oraya!!" Joe shot multiple shots at Xilia. Xilia dodged every shot perfectly and countered with her own move. "Dark pulse!! Imitate!!" The dark pulse split into 5 pulses and it was aimming at Joe from all angles. 

"Heh, how smart. But I won't lose to this! Rotation!!" Joe spun round and created a mini semicircle tornado* around him. The dark pulses were stopped by the move. 

"Not yet! Arcane Blast!!" Roots of darkness rose from the ground and charged at Joe. "This won't stop me from attacking you!! Wind shield!!" Joe charged at Xilia with a shield of wind surrounding him. The roots were repelled away and Joe got into range. "Secret technique: Spinning slash!!" The shield of wind around Joe disappeared and became blades of flying slashing attacks aimmed at Xilia. Joe had drew his OP blade when the shield disappeared.

"This won't stop me neither Joe!! Hiya!!!!!! *Gasp!*" *Btoom* *Btoom* *Btoom* "What the- Xilia!!"

The attack hit Xilia but did zero damage because of the armour. Xilia was on the ground losing consciousness because she accidentally drew Viper Stinger as a defensive reaction. "Xilia! X...l...a!" She fainted after seeing Joe calling out to her. 

*Drop!* Xilia was in a dark space. "Heh?! What the?! Why am I here? If I'm not wrong, I was fighting Joe in this mode when a feeling overwhelmed me. Oh yeah! I drew Viper Stinger by accident. What have I done? Whatever. Where am I? *Grab* *Grab* *Grab* Huh?!?!" Xilia looked at her back. Viper Stinger was gone. It was not on her back. Xilia was confused and she looked for her sword in the darkness.
"It's futile, Xilia. Don't waste your strength finding a needle in a haystack. You know you will never find it." A voice came from behind Xilia. Footsteps followed. Xilia turned around. "No way.....You're......How?"
