Quick disclaimer: Yato belongs to the creator of Noragami, Handa belongs to the creator of Handa-kun/Barakamon, and any characters that are not OCs or made up characters to spread rumors, belong to the creator of Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun. The only one that belongs to me is my OC, school mystery no. 8, Kitsujito Mezuteiji.

For the rest of the day, no cats showed up once around Handa or Yato. They were a little disappointed to say the least.

The Next Day

The moment the two boys stepped out of their houses, they were greeted by cats. Though, something bad happened as soon as Handa came in contact with the cats. He begins to sneeze a lot, and his eyes become a little puffy.

Not sure what is happening to him, he rushes to school to meet Yato. By the time he finds Yato, whatever is happening to him only gets worse.

"Are you allergic to cats Handa?" Yato asks, eyes wide as soon as Handa explains what happened to him.

"I-I'm not" He sneezes, "sure. My parents just told me-" Another sneeze, "to stay away from cats. So maybe?" He sneezes yet again, then shrugs.

"I'll try talking to Kitsujito later, okay?" Yato says putting a hand on Handa's shoulder, reassuringly.

Handa nods, and smiles at him before sneezing again.

"Let's hurry to school and hopefully the cats will stay outside of the school building." Yato says and starts rushing to school.

Handa follows after him, sneezing the entire way to school. As soon as they entered the school building, the cats stopped following, not liking the sense of danger they are getting from the building. Now, safe from the cats, Handa sighs in relief, slumping in his class seat.

"Thank goodness they don't follow us in school, I may just have to stay in school the entire time." Handa frowns, not happy about his predicament now.

Yato nods in agreement for his friend, "I'll figure something out about this for you okay?"

Handa nods, and then the teacher walks in, starting class.

After School

Handa sees Yato off as he goes off to meet Kitsu, though, from what he remembers, he decides to go and visit Hanako, who should know what to do. His mind set, he quickly makes his way to the old school building in search of Hanako.

He searches the entire old building, not finding him, he heads out into the school yard. On his way to check the school garden, he sees Hanako hugging a slightly familiar girl to him, Yato has seen her in the halls from time to time. He stands there for a bit, letting them have their moment at the school gate. After waiting a good 10ish minutes, he then walks up to the two and taps each on the head.

"Um, excuse me. Sorry to interrupt..... But I need Hanako for a moment." Yato says backing up, as they back away from each other, blushing a bit out of embarrassment.

"Who are you?" The girl asks tilting her head.

"I'm Yato! It's nice to meet you....." Yato trails off, as if asking her name.

"I'm Yashiro, Yashiro Nene. It's nice to meet you too!" Yashiro smiles at him.

Yato nods curtly in acknowledgement, he then turns to Hanako, a determined look in his eyes, "I need your help Hanako." He states, his voice firm.

"Depends on what it is...." Hanako trails off, raising an eyebrow.

"Turns out, my friend is allergic to cats or something, and he's cursed to have cats follow him until he graduates High School. If this keeps up, he might die...." Yato explains, his chest tight with worry and pain.

Hanako walks up to Yato, his amber eyes a solid color, and a scary smile on his face, "You do realize you accepted the terms to Kitsu's curse. You're lucky you don't have to pay a price." He prods Yato tauntingly.

Yato sighs, nodding his head in slight defeat before looking up at Hanako with a determined look, "That was before we realized that Handa was allergic to cats. He just knew that his parents had told him to stay away from cats, not why. Now I want to help him. So please, Hanako-san," Yato bows to Hanako to show sincerity, "can you please help my friend break free of this curse?"

Hanako is slightly taken aback, stepping away from Yato, eyes widened. He then begins to think after telling Yato to stop bowing and give him a minute. After a few minutes, the only solution that he can think of would be what he suggests with a slight tensity to his tone, not entirely sure.

"Maybe breaking her yorishiro could break the curse......" Hanako suggests slowly looking up at Yato.
