Nefeli slowly looks up at him, filled with relief as a light is reignited within her. "I want you to be my world too."

Lotus peeks out of Nefelis sachets with a big grin, “Safe? Family? :3”

    Nefeli blushes before pulling away, the moment being broken by the creature “ U-uh yea Lotus… were safe.” She smiles lightly, though Polyduces felt a little disheartened by her obvious subversion of them being called family. “We should.. See if the crew needs help. The waves are starting to look a little rough.” Polydeuces peeks at Nefeli before departing from her side. Nefeli groans, “You just had to ruin the moment?” She pets Lotus, looking up toward the storming clouds forming. “Great… what else could go wrong?”

   The waves soon became aggressive, striking the ships restlessly. Nefeli stood firm at the main helm. Pulling on the ropes with all her might, “okay.. I take back what I said earlier. Poseidon is definitely not on our side. He’s trying to drown me like a hoe.” She grunts against the pelting rain. “Hold steady!” Eurylochus orders, as he aids her, “Im trying but its to fucking hard to see.” Lotus whines in her satchel; shivering “Cold :,3”

   “Just hold-Shit!!” Gusting winds blow the sail forcefully into Nefeli, sending her nearly off the ship’s edge. Polydeuces catches her before she took a plunge into the freezing waters. “I got you! I ain't letting you die that easily after everything.” He chuckles and pulls her back onto her feet. “Yea me neither.” Nefeli smiles back, “after all this. I'm definitely planning on marrying you when we get back.” She quickly leaves the other in a stunned state to help the others. “Wait what??”

  Meanwhile, Odysseus squints in the harsh rain; yelling over the crashing sounds of waves to the other surrounding ships.“These waves, and tides. Have grown in strength and size. Is it nature, or devine, or a blessing in disguise? Our homes in sight, this storms our final fight! There’s no time to die, comrades!! Brace for the storm!!”

“Yes sir!” Nefeli gathers ropes and begins tying everyone's waists, having to fight against the harsh conditions; “ugh i think i swallowed a fish” she grimaces. “Hehe.. here.. Let me help.” Polydeuces offers as he took a bit of the rope with a blush. “E-excuse me..” He ties her waist first. She returns the favor with an equally red flush on her face. “Guys seriously, there's no time for your love quarrel. We need to focus!” Eurylochus scolds them slightly, “yes yea!” Nefeli huffs before stumbling a bit on her feet.

    “This damn storm… The likes of which we’ve never seen before.. Brace for the storm!!” Nefeli yells as he returns to hold the mainsail in position. Odysseus steers the help; pointing ahead toward the distant shores of Ithaca. “Head towards the island, but avoid the crashing waves! Tread wear the tie is flat, and we will all be saved!!” Odysseus orders, while Eurylochus looks ahead nervously. “Captain, we will capsize with these waves. Our fleet will fail.”

   Odysseus wasn’t troubled by this, instead thought of a plan as always.“Have them follow my ship. I’ll make sure that we prevail!” Nefeli hurry’s to tell their other ships, along with her brother’s “Follow the main ship!!!”

“Yes ma'am!!” They yell back; directing their own ship to follow Odysseus’. However, Nefeli didn't realize just how close to the rail she was when a huge wave collided against the side of their ship.

Stumbling once more over the edge, “Ah!! Eurylochus!!” The other quickly grabbed her leg; “ugh!! H-help me pull her up!” Other crew members aid him in getting Nefeli back on board. “Captain, we’re taking too much damage to survive!” Eurylochus yells as he made sure Nefeli was secure.

   Nefeli catches her breath, looking up at the sky once more as she spots an odd shape within the clouds. “Wait… Captain, look! An island in the sky!!” She points up at it a bit unsure. “Am i hallucinating again?”

Odysseus looks upon the island in awe, “no you are not my friend.” He smirks, “I know that smirk.. That’s your ‘I have a stupid idea’ smirk.” Nefeli frowns with a sigh, “what's the plan?”

“Eurylochus, Nefeli… grab the harpoons, as many as you can find.”

Eurylochus raises a brow in confusion, “what do you have in mind?”

  “We’re gonna shoot for the sky” He smiles a bit mischievously while Nefeli laughs. “Ha! Finally, I get to throw shit!” She didn't waste any time gathering as many harpoons as she could, Eurylochus, on the other hand, was still confused. “What?”

  Everyone else made quick work grabbing a harpoon, Nefeli grabbed up four. Tossing each simultaneously to the men’s surprise. “At this point, I’m sure she could toss a full grown tree.” Odysseus watched in amazement, “well. She did nearly lift a giant’s club all by herself.. Since when was she that strong?” Eurylochus mutters while Odysseus shrugs. “I’m not complaining.. Everyone! Take your harpoon and aim it high!! We’re shooting for the island in the sky!!”

     After so much effort, they were all safe under the floating island. Nefeli sighs, catching her breath “Heh.. good work.” Odysseus pats her shoulder, “you to..” She smiles but Eyurelocus didn't seem as cheerful about their success. “Captain… a word?” Odysseus nods as the two excuse themself. “Man.. Eyurelocus worries way too much.” He looks over to see Polyduces aprocher in a quick stride, “Oh hey Po. That storm is something else h-”

“You idiot!” Polydeuces tackles her into a tight hug. Shaking a little into her shoulder, “I almost lost you… twice!!” He scolds while looking at her with pained unease. “We’re okay…. Wet… cold.. But okay :3” Lotus climbs out; shaking the water from its fur as she makes herself comfortable once more in Nefelis' hair. Nefeli couldn't help but smirk and tease the other. “I knew you’d miss me.” She giggles and leans into his hold, earning a grumble from the man. “You’re impossible…” He lets her go, turning on his heel to walk away from her. Though the blush on his face was very evident.

Nefeli gasps and holds her chest playfully, “oh you wound me.. I think I can see the river styx.” She swoons a little while Polyducces huffs, “impossible!!” He repeats, making her laugh more. “Oh you love meeee~” Nefeli follows right behind him without a single care. But pauses when she sees Polydeuces hug himself, looking really distraught. “Oh… Po.. I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you.” Nefeli gently hugs him from behind, “I just wanted to help everyone this time around.. After what happened in the cave…. to Polities.. I’ve been feeling like I’m a burden..”

Polydeuces sighs, “you're not a burden to me Ne… But you have to think for a moment.. How much longer till your luck runs out? How much longer till this all goes south? I know you trust Odysseus with your life.. But for once.. Think about your own life and the people you’d be leaving behind if anything happened. Your mother is waiting for you, your brothers are probably confused and scared.. Not knowing what's happening.. And then.. There's me…” He slowly turns to her; looking at her with such care and love. “I’ve waited ten years to tell you how I’ve felt about you.. I want us to see this through.. To go home, start a new life.. Grow old together…”

    Nefeli sighs softly, gently moving his hands to cup her face. “I promise Po… No more reckless plans…” She smiles up at him, “thank you for being in my life Polydeuces…” Lotus purrs on top of her head, “together :3” Earning a laugh from them both.
