"Anything else, sir?" I replied.

"Once the dead zone is secured, the Local Forces will be recruitable and have one less Continent to deal with the Honkais."

He got up, opened the folders for Operation Kievan Rus, and give them to Pierson.

"In other words, Schicksal, Anti Entropy, and World Serpent will have more available troops to deploy elsewhere to stop the Honkais. And we can fortify the Region and train up the Local Military Forces."

And after a few seconds...

"Can you do that, Lieutenant Colonel Richard?" He looks at me, along with Captain Pierson.

"Yes sir. After all, we should always prioritize our security first." I replied.

"Good. Get your Company ready. I'll have Captain Ezra of the 17th Coalition Armored Division to help the Anti-Entropy. Mister Michael of the German Federal Intelligence Service, will help with the Flamechasers. Colonel Asra will be sent to help the Valkyries. Good luck, Lieutenant Colonel."

I saluted and leave Major General Davis's Office.

As I went to get my men ready, I heard the voice of Michael and Ezra, talking in the lounge. Not too far from the C-130. I've met them since the Terra Invicta War, in Africa.

"I mean... I'm about to face a group of Anti-Entropy that can steamroll me and my Division... You're about to..." Ezra with a concerned tone.

As Ezra takes a sip of his Water canteen...

"Well..." Michael explains...

After hearing his reason...

Ezra just falls to the ground and laughed, slamming his fist to the ground repeatedly. Finding Michael's situation was hilarious. As he wanted to stay Maidenless to help his Little Brother's Future... Ended up having one himself.

"You wanted to be Maidenless, and look at you!!! You have a Maiden thanks to your Ex-Boss giving you one!!! BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

"... Ugh... I'll be at the Anti Entropy's HQ..." Michael with a disappointed sigh, as Ezra was quite immature in his eyes.

"Hey, Michael." I told Michael.

"Hey..." Michael replied, still walking to the Boeing C-17.

And then went to Ezra...

"Hey, Ezra."

"Hoooo... Hey, Man. Heard you're going to Liberate Ukraine from the Honkais huh?" Ezra got back up.

"Yeah. A fucking Dead Country. No one's alive, not even a Zelenski, and yet High Command is asking this shit." I replied. Since I don't give a shit about the Russo-Ukraine War.

"Hey, it's a clean slate. A new world. No need to get grumpy, man. Besides, it's just a Dead Country full of Honkais."

"Huh... Maybe you're right. This world isn't the same as ours after all."

"There we go. Anyways, see ya at Coalition's HQ, Brother Man." Ezra said his farewell, before leaving for the Anti-Entropy's HQ.

And... I went to the Convoys, preparing to enter Ukraine.

Operation Kievan Rus, Ukraine, Dead Zone, Kyiv, Second Day of the Offensive...

"GET TO COVER!" Pierson yelled as me and my Squad along with Pierson's got to cover at a nearby building.

The sky has our Attack Helis and even Mutil Role Jets fighting the Honkais, while they're sending their flies to swat out our Flyboys...

As for the Ground, Coalition Exo-Troopers and Honkais are fighting along with Fusion (Future) Age Tanks and a couple of Warhawks of the NPX, and the Imperial 7th Division of the Kami.

For the Coast... Anti-Submarine Missiles.

The Bad News was, our Division failed to take Kyiv on day one, due to heavy resistance and extended Logistic Lines. Meaning we're limited in terms of food and ammunition...

But the good news, Major Turner has returned back from his Peacekeeping Duties in Azur Lane and Crimson Axis and is with us.

"Turner will lead the maneuver element into the square!" And then... "Our job is to lay down suppressive fire from that church! Any questions? Good." Pierson points to the damaged church.

"I have a question..." The Vietnamese Lieutenant tries to speak...

"Save'em up, Tuan (Tuân), you'll win a Gold Star. Let's go!" Pierson replies to Tuan and then advanced.

"I think I'm his favorite!" Tuan turns to me and said that.

Then rushed to the front with Pierson, as for me...

"Andiamo! Andiamo! [Let's Go! Let's Go!]" I yelled in Italian and signaled the rest to advance.

The Honkais were advancing fast along with Honkais Zombies shooting at us and Honkai Beast charging at us, we notice an F-40 Jet was shot down and nearly crashed right at our positions.

"Má ơi!!! [MOMMY!!!]" Jesus... The kid's a scaredy-cat...

"I need cover fire on the left! Richard, gather your team and flank right!" Pierson yells out his orders to us.

I nodded and then...

"You three, follow me! We're securing the house!" I ordered Tuan, Logan (Aussie) & Milford (Kiwi) to follow me and secure the house.

"Sir yes sir!" They replied.

As they formed up with me, I raised my hand to the and started at one.

Once I immediately closed my hand, Pierson and six other Soldiers opened fire, suppressing the Honkai Zombies and mowing down Honkai Beast. I rushed to the right of the house with my squad.

Entering the Destroyed house, we quickly opened fire at any Honkai Zombies, with some rushing towards us, only to get mowed down.

"Covering fire from the left!" It's Daniels. He's on the left side and firing at the Honkais.

"Enemies on the Second Floor!" I yelled.

Daniels quickly opened fire at the Zombies on the Second Floor... Until Logan yelled...

"RPG!!!"

Controlled by my instinct, I quickly jumped with the Jump Pack boosting me up.

Giving me a temporary height advantage and opening fire on the Honkai Zombies. As Tuan, Logan, and Milford took care of the rest in the destroyed house.

We got out and then...

"Honkais inbound! Beasts, Beta Classes!" Sgt. Roland (Assault) yelled as he spotted the Honkai Beasts.

"Contact! Three O'Clock!" Cpl. Mike (Assassin) yelled as he spotted Honkai Zombies Ninjas behind us.

I quickly responded and take on the Jun-Ninjas and even Kuonichis. As the rest are fighting against the rest of the Honkai Beasts.

They were fast, but thankfully, I'm using the Assault Exo-Suit. Hence it was negligible if used correctly. As I've managed to shoot down the Jun-Ninjas, and I'm holding against a Kuonichi Honkai, with the Sword that's from Edge of Tomorrow.

"Argh!" I sent another swing as the Kuonichi dodged... This is gonna be troublesome...

I managed to block a few strikes until a shot landed at the Kuonichi and killed her. I turned my back and it was Cocolia... She then went to me with a flirty smile.

"You again? Didn't I say I'm following only the Coalition's Orders?" I rolled my eyes, knowing she wanted me to help her plans behind the Coalition's Back.

Which I refused for good reasons.

She arrived close to me and retracted my Helmet and Respirator, with a touch.

"Aww... Don't be a sauerkraut, Tovarish Lieutenant Colonel Darling.~ That Assault Exo-suit looks nicer on you than the Paladin Type." Cocolia with a flirting attitude.

"Uh-huh... Are you asking a request from me?" I replied.

"Hmm... Just one."

"What is it?" I asked. 

She smiled.

"After this mission is over... You and me, we go to a Love Hotel, Darling.~" Cocolia, as her hands went under my shirt to feel my abs...

Okay, this is getting too lewd...

"Surely, you jest...?"

"I'll be waiting for you in your dorm.~"

She left... Waving Goodbye to me.

I sighed and went back, as the others entered the Church.

"The Church is ours." Pierson and his Team took care of the Chapel as I arrived.

"Lieutenant Colonel, what took you?" Cpl. Mike asked.

"Honkais. You know 'em." I lied. Since the Honkais are often unpredictable...

"Then make up for it! Open the Door!" Captain Pierson sends his order to me.

"Yes sir!" I responded and went to the door.

I opened the door and saw a Malaysian Fighter get shot down along with three Attack Helis deploying Smokes and Flares to counteract the SAM Missiles and AA Guns. Along with splitting up...

Shit, Alello, and the Flyboys are in trouble!

"Honkais are taking down our Fighters and Attack Helis!" I told him that.

"Richard, Logan, Milford, Daniels. Get out there and take out their guns!" He orders me, Logan, and Milford to take out the Honkai's Anti Air.

We responded with, "Yes Captain!"

"Tuan, Mike. You'll provide overwatch from the tower with me." Pierson orders Tuan and Mike to provide overwatch for us, as Mike is the Sniper.

"Sir yes sir!" Both Mike and Tuan reply.

"Remember your training, and you'll keep us both safe and alive!" I told Mike and Tuan.

"We will sir!" Tuan replies, nodding.

"Let's go! Let's go!"

I got out of the Church and Daniels got a Honkai Zombie shot down as she tried to get a jump on me. As Milford and Logan followed me.

As we got our distance from the church...

"Honaki Beast! Alpha-Class!!!" Logan yell as he spotted the Alpha Class Honkai.

"Shit! A Queen Variant!" Daniels noticed the threat variant.

"Spread Out! Milford, Defense Matrix!" I shouted.

"Roger! Roger!!!" Milford activated his Paladin Exo-Suit's Special Ability.

It spins its blades at Milford and the Forcefield is holding. We gained our distance a bit and opened fire.

We could barely damage it...

"We can only dent that Bastard!!!" Logan yelled as our Assault Rifles, both in Advanced Lasers, and Advanced Gauss are just shredding the Honkai, bit by bit...

Until a Powerful Plasma Shot landed at its chest and it shrieks in pain. It was Mike.

"EAT THIS, HONKAI FREAK!!!"

Milford with his Advanced Magnetic-Kinetic Auto Cannon and Plasma Rockets, raised hell on the Queen. It was killed after I fired the Rocket Pods at it.

"Good Counter Attack, Milford." I said that to Milford.

He nodded. As the others checked their Magazines... After that was done, we went to the SAM site.

"Bombs Away!" Logan fired his Anti-Honkai Grenade Pods and took down the first Honkai SAMs site.

"There's still two more in this Area!" Daniels said.

"With me! To the Second One!" I rally my squad, as Mike, Pierson, and Tuan are sniping from the Roof of the Church.

That is until...

"Honkais! Halftracks and Tanks!" Milford alarmed us, as the Honkai Zombies are using Armored Vehicles.

"What the shit!? They can use Tanks now!?" Logan said in confusion.

"Milford, blast those Tanks! Logan, Daniels, suppress the Halftracks! I'll keep the Snipers at bay!" I ordered them.

"Yes sir!" They quickly replied.

Milford used his Rocket Pod Module and fired at the Tanks. The Plasma does well against Honkai Ceramate Armor. As Logan and Daniels take care of the Halftracks... While I'm busy keeping the Honkai Snipers and Archers at bay.

Our Snipers helped us a lot after we finished... We went to the second one... And then a Horde of Honkai Zombies got us Suppressed.

"Damnit!!! Any Specialists!?" Daniel yelled as... "I'm out of Rockets!" Milford yelled. "I only have two Grenades Shots left..." Logan said...

And then me...

"Fuck... I only have a Railcannon and my Chaingun is Empty..."

This means, we only have our Firearms... Two with Assault Rifles, one with an Autocannon, and one with an SMG, which is Daniels using the Gauss SMG.

We all nodded at each other... And prepare to use our firearms...

"One..."

"Two."

"Three!!!"

We got out of cover and took aim... Only for Raven to already took care of them. As Arrows, Daggers, and even Feathers landed at those Horde, along with claw marks.

"What the shit? It's the World Serpent's Merc!?" Logan with a shocked tone.

"Clear!" Daniels yelled out.

No wonder they suddenly stopped firing.

"Take care of the Second SAM site. I'll have a word with her." I told them.

"Roger."

They went to the second SAM Site I went to Raven, and she looked at me like when she met me at the Cafeteria.

"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be helping with resurrecting the Fire Moth?"

"We did. But thanks to Michael being able to protect the Scientists, I can just come here and help you.~" Raven with the same attitude as Cocolia.

"Uh-huh, and I'm guessing you wanted to go with me?"

"I have an Orphanage, maybe you can give them a little faith in you?" Raven asked me that and I replied...

"That's for Major General Davis to decide. I don't have any jurisdiction."

"It's just a little visit.~ It wouldn't hurt as I'll ask him."

"Alright... Let's finish the job." I finished the conversation as the Second SAM Site was destroyed.

"Let's go!~"

We went for the third one until their AA Guns are firing at the church... Causing it to collapse.

"Holy Shit!!!" Daniels yelled...

"Captain! Captain! Please Respond!" I got on my Radio and said that.

And then the whole Church collapsed...

"... Cap's dead..." Logan thinks that Pierson is a goner.

"Captain! Respond! Are you alive!?"

And then...

Meanwhile...

"You see wings on me, Lieutenant?" Pierson speaks to Tuan as he's laying on the ground.

"No, Captain..." Tuan responded to his Superior.

"That's because I'm not your fairy fuckin' godmother!" He yelled at Tuan as if to wake up him.

After a bit, he lifted Tuan up.

"Ah Damnit! I just lost two good men in there!" Pierson said it, as Cpl. Mike's head was blown by a Flak Cannon and Pvt. Nelson was killed by a huge bell falling at him. Despite managing to save himself from the fall.

As he looked at the Last SAM Site...

"Captain! Respond! Are you alive!" It was Richard's Voice, on the intercom. 

"I'm fine! I've lost two good men, by those bastards!" Pierson replies to Richard's Intercom.

"Good to hear! We'll take out the third and last SAM Site, Major Turner's Troops have arrived! We'll restock and continue our mission!" Richard radioed back to Pierson.

"We'll hold our positions! You better not waste time!" Pierson replied on Radio.

"Roger that! We'll finish the mission!"

And it went silent, as they were quite glad to see that Richard's Squad is still alive.

Back to Richard...

"I guess I owe you 50 Dollars..." Logan said that to me.

"We can talk about that, later! Go on! Get to the SAM Site! We'll stop the Wind Herrscher!" Major Turner ordered us to advance to the SAM Site.

I nodded and signaled my Squad to advance after they've restocked their ammunition.

"Be careful out there!" Durandal told us.

"Please, don't get yourself hurt!" Raiden Mei with her concern with me...

I sent a salute and we went to the Final SAM Site. There was quite an Amount of Honkai Zombies and they can use guns and even AA Guns, as we've just encountered before.

Milford opened fire and took out the SAM Site. We took care of the rest.

With that, we spotted a flare flying from above.

"Back to the Church!!!" I yelled to my Squad.

We rushed to the Church and then...

A Roar...

"Oh fuck us!!!" Logan yelled... As we know what that is...

"OMEGA-CLASS!!! It's Beneres!!!" Turner yelled out.

It's coming for us... 

"Run!!! RUN!!!"

The Coalition Soldiers are retreating...

"Talk about bad timing... We don't have any S-Rank Valkyries!" Durandal with a scared tone.

"W-What now...?" Mei as she's planning to run the same way as the Coalition Forces...

... I guess this Operation was a Huge Mistake...

"Is it?"

"Yeah... It looks like we have to risk it."

"I've noticed. But it's better than to lose the Base along with failing the Operation."
