Her sleep broke as she heard Aadhira crying. She turns the light on and looks at Aadhira who was crying nonstop. Her heart aches up seeing how badly she was crying. Her eyes landed on Reyansh who slept hugging his soft toy pillow.

Careful scooping Aadhira in her eyes she gets down the bed and starts working towards balcony. While on the way she grabs a blanket and wrapped it around her small body and sliding the balcony she enters and starts strolling around holding Aadhira and trying to stop crying but no luck.

Aadhira kept crying and Avni's heart sank knowing there is no where she could leave one of her child home alone and rush to to hospital. Khanna family were attending far relative's wedding in Delhi and Neil was shooting for his upcoming movie.

She couldn't call one of her friends and disturb them. She took a deep breath and looks at Aadhira whose cries slower down. She sighs and sat on couch and wipes tears strained from her face and gently placed a kiss on Aadhira face.

Stroking her face gently she looks at Aadhira who was wide awake staring Avni. She smiles looking at the bundle of her life and getting up headed  back to  the room and placed her back on bed and Aadhira starts crying again soon as she placed on bed.

Avni sighs looking at Aadhira and scooping her up in her arms thought she might be hungry. She loosened her dressed and sitting comfortably leaning her back to headboard looks at Aadhira who looks at Avni while crying.

She looks at Aadhira who starts crying what latching her mouth on Avni's breast. She smiles lightly and looks at the time and got worried why wasn't Neil home yet. Keeping her hand gently around Aadhira body reached up to side table to grab her phone.

She got hold of her phone and looks at the phone screen. It was picture of them when they clicked it during baby shower. Her eyes blurs with tears and held her tears back and opening the phone with Face ID dials Neil's phone.

It went unanswered and it made her worry more. She even dropped a message and keeping the phone on bed looks at Aadhira who slept while sucking her breast. She chuckles and moving Aadhira face away from her upper chest covers herself and with a clean cloth cleans Aadhira face.

She placed Aadhira on bed and putting pillow around both of them she got up and moves to washroom washing her hands. She returns back and yawningly lightly looks at the time and got really worried about Neil.

He hasn't returned home yet or messages how long will he shooting for. Covering her palm over her mouth she walks to bed and grabs phone dialling Neil's number again.

His phone went unanswered again which made her panic. She got worried and dials his number again hoping he would answer this time again but her heart sank as he didn't answer again.

She held the phone close to her heart and taking a glance towards bed looking at Reyansh and Aadhira sleeping when headed to balcony.

She stood there leaning against the railing and watched the sky. It wasn't a second long she stood there, she heard another wailing. Taking a deep breath she rushed inside the room and found Reyansh wailing loudly.

Avni ( mind) only you were left my son. Your father doesn't bother answering my call and is worrying me and your little sister won't stop crying or sleep. Great now I have to handle your tantrums too before your little sister wake  up crying again.

She turns the light on and scoops Reyansh up and strolls around the room making sure Aadhira doesn't wake up.  She even smiles lightly watching when he stops crying and wildly smiles looking at her face.

Her tiredness flew out of window just seeing her smiling at her. She sat on couch with on him lap and lifting her top starts breastfeeding him knowing he might he hungry too.

The door slowly flung opens revealing Neil who tiptoes inside the room quietly and closed the door behind him. Her head snaps looking at him and he watching him smiling towards her way and making his way towards them.

He stood at a distance and looks at them with a smile playing on his lips even after his tiring long day. He placed his belongings on the couch beside and bending on his knees little softly whispered his son whose attentions turns at Neil for mere seconds before turning his head and getting back to sucking on Avni's breast making both of them chuckle at him.

Neil : what is my little Ansh doing? Is he hungry? Has he been troubling his mamma.

Neil kissed his cheek and looks at hie wife who was worn out handling two of them. He felt guiltily not being able to share the responsibility between them. He kissed her cheek and caressed her hair gently.

Neil : are they troubling you Jaan? They're not allowing you sleep. I'm sorry I couldn't be here to help you. I feel so bad and horrible right now Jaan.

Avni : Neil it's fine. You don't need to feel sad or horrible. I do understand. It's okay. Why don't you fresh up while I get dinner for you? I know you must haven't had your dinner.

Neil : Jaan. It's okay. You take care of them. After freshening up I'll have something to eat. You don't worry about me. I'll handle myself.

Avni nodded her head and looks down at Reyansh who stops drinking and slept with his Louth attached to her breast. She smiles and took his mouth away from her breast and standing up starts walking to bed and lays him down next to Aadhira and covers them with a warm blanket.

She turns around and found Neil already gone into washroom. She sighs and opening the door she went downstairs to get his dinner ready.

Neil walks out the washroom freshening up and changing into nightmare and his eyes roams around the room finding his wife but couldn't.

He sighs knowing she must have went downstairs to get his dinner despite he told her not to. He shook his head and walks to bed looking both them sleeping peacefully till one of them decided to cry.

Neil picks Aadhira up and starts strolling around the room and just few seconds later she stops crying and stares Neil without blinking her eyes. Neil chuckles and starts making faces. He laughs out seeing her face expression.

He looks at Avni comes with food in her food and looks at them with smile while making her way towards the couch.

She kept the food on coffee table and looks at them before walking behind them and calling his name out.

Avni : Neil. Give Aadhira me. I'll change her diapers. You go and have your dinner.

Neil nodded his head and passed Aadhira to Avni who took it and sit down on bed beside Reyansh  who was sleeping.

Neil finishing his food and washing his hands joined them on bed and looks at his wife who was falling asleep. He took Aadhira in his arms and asks her to rest while he plays with Aadhira.

Neil. Jaan, you should also rest. I will play sometimes with her then sleep. You had very tiring day. You must be exhausted looking after them all by yourself.

Avni nodded her head and laid beside Reyansh. She kisses his cheek and looks at her husband and daughter before kissing their cheeks too.

Avni : goodnight both of you. I know you wouldn't sleep unless Aadhira falls sleep.

Neil chuckles and nodded his head knowing his wife understood so well.

Neil kissed her forehead and covers with duvet and smiles wishing her goodnight.

Neil: goodnight Jaan! Sleep well.

He watched her closing her eyes and completely being knocked out. He smiles ana turns looking at his daughter who held his finger on her tiny fist wanting his attention.

He chuckles and starts playing with her until he noticed her falling sleep. He softly kissed her forehead and laid her beside Reyansh. He then kissing all three of them cheeks slips under the duvet and closed his eyes allowing the sleep over take him.

His eyes flicks opens widely and stretched his hand out and looks other side of bed and gasped seeing how both of his children were tangled up with duvet and on other hand his wife asleep not knowing what was happening.

He rubs his eyes and chuckles when both of them opens their eyes at the same time. He glanced at the clock and found it 6am in the morning. He found himself surprised waking up this early when he didn't even sleep properly last night.

He yawns covering his mouth and thought to let his wife asleep while he looks after the children's. He got up and kissing their cheeks looks at them wishing them good morning.

Neil : good morning my beautiful babies. I hope you slept well. 

He then putting the pillows behind them and giving a soft toy to them climbs down the bed and walks to washroom to fresh up.

He comes back from washroom and looks towards bed where he could see them making noises and kicking their legs up in the air. He shook his head and taking his shirt up walks towards the bed and scooping up them in his arms quietly steps out of the room.

Getting down the stairs he placed them in cot in living room and thought to make some breakfast for themselves especially to treat his wife.

He didn't wanted to live them alone so he thought of something. He quickly arranged a soft mattress in kitchen and arranging it he starts cooking while glancing at them in between.

He had to keep mind of them being in kitchen so he didn't make much noises and got busy cooking.

He was engrossed making two cups of coffee didn't realise when his wife walks inside the kitchen and watched with with adorable smile on her faces.

When she woke up she panicked not finding them in the room. She researched the whole room and got worried when she thought to come down and could hear nosies from kitchen.

She walks into kitchen and found most adorable scene front of her eyes. Her husband without a shirt cooking while Reyansh and Aadhira playing in their own world.

She smiles and bending down by them she kissed their cheeks and looks at them with a smile.

She got up and moves to her husband and back hugs making him flinch but he relaxed fleeing her presence. He smiles and side turns around pecking her head.

Neil : good morning Jaan. Did you sleep well? I didn't wanted to disturb you so I thought to make breakfast while you take some rest.

Avni : good morning Neil. Yes I did sleep well. So thoughtful of you Neil but you could have woken me up. You had trouble yourself with them.

Neil: it's okay. I love spending time with them. Jaan, why won't to fresh up while I get these arrange outside?

Avni : okay! First let me take them up and feed  and change them.

Neil hits his head realising he was supposed to do that before bringing them.

Neil : Jaan. It's okay. I'll do it. Please. You go and fresh up.

She nodded her head knowing he wouldn't let her do it anyway so she lets him do it. They picked Reyansh and Aadhira up walking out of kitchen.
