Security guards pushing media people made space for Neil. Neil bowing his head down with sunglasses on his eyes rushed inside the hospital ignoring all the questions that were asked by media people.

Rushing through the corridor of hospital he went to private side and found his entire family and friend sitting there in worry.

Neil took his sunglasses off and ran towards him. He looks at his mother who noticed him before hugging him.

Neil patted her head and broke the hug cupping her face.

Neil : she will be okay mom. She's strongest women. She will be okay. She had to be okay.

Neil caressing swetha hair looks around finding everyone's eyes on him. Manik comes forward and placed a hand on Neil's shoulder.

Neil looks at Manik and tries to smile but failed. Manik shook his head and hugs him rubbing his back.

Manik : it's okay Neil! You don't always have strong. Doctor is waiting for you inside. You should go in and see her.

Neil broke the hug and nodding his head looking at his family last time walks to the door and peeps inside seeing his wife lying down with her eyes closed. His heart starts pounding faster as he holds the knob of the door and twisted it opening it and entering inside.

His eyes fell on his wife who opens her eyes hearing the door sound and looks at him. He smiles and starts walking towards her.

Neil stood beside her and brushed his fingers against her forehead wiping the sweats off and bending down placed a kiss.

Neil : Jaan! I'm sorry I got so late. I freaked out when mom called saying they took you to hospital. Are you alright? Are you feeling any pain? Where the doctors? Where the babies?

Her eyes widen as she heard murmuring to himself. She palms his mouth and glares him. He frowns and looks down at towards her stomach. His eyes wider as he stares her stomach that still big. His eyes diverts back to him and confusingly looks at him.

He fumbled something under his breath but due to palming his face she was unable to hear what he was saying. His eyes looks into and through his eyes he showed her hand on his lips.

She removes her hand away and slaps his hand lightly. He faked a wince glaring his wife.

Avni : how could you to conclusion like that Neil? Your babies are just stubborn like you. They don't want to come out but let me suffer with all the pains.

She placed her hand on her stomach and caressed it lightly. Neil chuckles placing his hand on hers that were kept on her stomach. He bends down and kissed her forehead.

Neil: what did the doctors say? How long will take to give birth Jaan?

His lames questions were making her furious.

Avni : Neil.... Can you do me favour? Just get out of the room. I don't need you here.

Neil : but Jaan. I didn't do anything. Why are you getting angry? It's not safe for you.

He tries to her calm her down who was ready to burst in anger. He held her hands and rubs it gently.

Their head turns around at the door where the doctor and nurses comes in. They looked at Neil and smiles seeing him there.

Doctor : how are you doing Avni? Do you feel any pain?

Avni : no! I'm not doing any great. I don't feel any pain right now. How long will it take?

The doctor looks at Avni coming closer and looks at Neil awkwardly.

Doctor : mr khanna do mind if you could go out for a minute while I do some check up.

Neil nodded his head and kissed Avni's forehead walks out of there. The doctor looks at Avni and giving her a small smiles did few checks up.

Doctor : everything seems fine. Your blood pressure and sugar seems normal too. We just have to wait when water breaks. If you need anything let nurses know. There is buzzer, calls us whenever you need anything.

She nodded her head and sighed watching the leave. The whole family enters and looks at Avni in worry.

Neela : are you okay bacha? Do you need anything? What did the doctor say?

Avni : no maa! Doctor said it will take time. Why don't you all go home and rest? I don't bother you guys? It's almost night time. Neil is here with me.

Neil : I think Avni is right. You guys should go home and rest. I'll be here with Avni. I'll keep you guys updated.

All of them nodded and understood it wasn't needed to stay back in hospital. All of them bidding bye left them expect the girls, Neela, Bebe and swetha who went out of the room waiting outside. They refused to go and Neil couldn't even deny them.

Neil pulls the stool and sat down holding her hand his. He placed his other on her stomach and gently caressed it looking at her with smile.

Neil : baby why are you troubling mamma. I won't be able to see her in pain. Come soon. I'll be most happiest person on earth to hold you in my arms baby.

A tear rolls down his cheek and fell Avni's hand to which she raised her finger up and wipes his tears off. He looks at her holding his tears back. He leans down joining their head and looks down at her stomach.

Neil's sleep broke by a loud scream. He looks towards the word and quickly rushed to bed holding her hand in his. He starts to panic when she starts screaming gripping bed sheet so tightly.

Avni : Neil... call the doctor. My water broke. I'm going to give birth Neil... call the doctor..

She yelled gripping the bed sheet closing her eyes. Tears rolls down her cheeks. Neil didn't what do. He mummers few words and starts yelling for the doctor.

Neil composing himself pressed a buzzer alerting the doctor who immediately rushed inside the room and looks at the scene before instructing the nurses.

The doctor looks at Neil..

Doctor : mr khanna you may need go out... we have to...

Neil : I don't care.. do whatever you want but I won't be leaving this place. Can you not see how she is crying in pain. Do something to stop the pain...

He rubs his fingers wiping the sweats. She looks at her with tears flowing from her eyes..

Avni : Neil...

Neil : shush Jaan... you will be okay.. it's okay. I won't let anything happen to you. You have to be okay.. you have to be strong... I know you can do it. Jaan... are you listening to me? Jaan... doctor.. she's closing her eyes.

The doctor looks at them and while doing the process for delivery.

Doctor: Neil... talk to her. Don't let her sleep. Keep her awake.

Neil looks at the doctor and vigorously nodded his head turning back to look at his wife who was all almost closing her eyes.

He pats her cheek and calls her name out.

Neil : Jaan.. keep your eyes open.. can you hear me Jaan.. Jaan, open your eyes.. you can't give up Jaan. Remember what you promised me. You promised me a beautiful family Jaan. You can't just give up.
You can do this darling. Do you hear me? You're the strongest and bravest person I ever crossed with. I love you so much Jaan. You can do it for us.. for our baby..

He continuously pats her cheek keeping her awake. His eyes in between when doctor looks at them and said that Avni was ready to give birth.

Doctor : Avni... come on. Now push. You can do it...

She tries pushing with all her power holding his hand so tightly. Neil didn't stop talking with her. He continues talking with her while patting her cheeks and encouraging her to push her.

Avni : ahhhhhhhh.... Neillllll... I can't do this... I hate you so much... I will never forgive you Neilllll. Ahhhhh....

She gripped his hand so tightly and fisted the sheet with other hand and yells so loud.  Neil caressed forehead.

Neil : Jaan... I know... you have to do it.. you're strong.. you can do it... pushed.

Neil snaps his head looking at the doctor hearing a baby cry. His eyes brimmed with tears... he attention returns back towards Avni who losing her unconscious.

Doctor: Neil... keep her awake. Avni are you listening to me? You are doing so good. You got to push harder for next baby. We can baby head. Use all strength and push once again...

Neil looks at his wife and pats her cheek keeping her awake.

Neil : Jaan did you hear the doctor... you were doing so good. You got push for our second baby Jaan. Just little more pain...

Her eyes little open staring bobbing her head while pausing with all strength. His eyes stayed on hers whole the time as she screamed in so much pain.

They heard another wailing. His eyes turns towards the doctor who held the one baby in her hand while other was held by a nurse wrapped with a cloth.

The doctor looks at them and smiles at them.

Doctor: congratulations mr khanna. It's a baby boy and a girl.

His eyes smiles widen as he watched them without blinking his eyes. He snaps looking at his wife who whispered his name. He looks at her and got terrified when she closed her eyes.

Neil :doctor... what happened to her! Is she okay?

Doctor: she is okay. She fell unconscious after giving birth. She's okay. Do you want to hold you babies?

He shook his head while looking at him. He wants to hold them with his beautiful wife who give birth to two pervious souls.

Neil : I should inform my family.

Doctor : please do! We get her shifted her to another room.

Neil nodded his head and glancing his wife and babies one time walks out of the room.  He comes out and found his both mothers, Bebe and the girls worriedly standing cross the corridor. He calls his mother name gaining everyone's attention.

They all rushed towards him and starts questioning Neil.

Neil : it's a baby boy and baby girl.

He announced and he hugs his mother who crashed into his arms. He wraps his arms around her shoulder hugging her tightly.

Swetha : my Neil is a father of two babies. Congratulations Neil.

She broke the hug and kissed his forehead. Neela also hugs Neil congratulated her.

Neela : congratulations Neil. How is she?

Neil : she' unconscious.. she's okay though.

Neela smiles and starts praying for her daughter health. Bebe also comes and hugs Neil.

Bebe : congratulations beta.

Neil smiles breaking the hug and looks at the girls who pounced hugging. He smiles hugging them back.

Neela : can we meet them Neil?

Neil : yes! They will be shifting them to another room.

Neela nods her head. Neil excusing himself made phone calls informing the others. 

He enters back in the room and glanced towards the cot where his babies were asleep.

He couldn't stop himself going closer towards the cot and admiring how beautiful they look.
