He opens his eyes and smiles looking at his wife who snuggles in his arms. He caressed her face and looks over her shoulder to see the time.

He thanked himself for not having a shoot scheduled today, he looks down staring his wife. He kissing her forehead, untangles himself from her hold and gets down the bed.

He placed a pillow on his side to which his wife snuggles making him smile. He quickly cleans the room that were messed up from last night.

He quickly freshened up and glancing his wife rushed down the stairs.

He sighed not finding any butler or his mother woken up this time. He roams his eyes around the room and thought what to make.

He got the idea and getting all the ingredients out and placing on the slab, he took a pan filled with water outs on gas to let it boil.

He increased his pace and quickly getting them ready decorated with his love in a plate. He smiles seeing the outcome.

He holds the tray and climbs up the stairs. He gently pushed the door and smiles finding his wife still asleep hugging the pillow.

He walks to couch and placing the tray walks back to bed and sits beside her. He bends down pecking her forehead softly. He lovingly caressed her hair and softly calls her name out waking her up.

Neil : sweetheart, wake up! Raise and shine up. Wake up Jaan.

She wraps a arm around his waist and snuggles to his chest, he smiles and softly calls her name out again.

Neil : wake up Jaan.

Her eyes flicks wide opens and she took a glimpse of him for mere second before closing her eyes. He got frowns and bends down kissing her cheek.

Neil : I love you Jaan, come on wake up. Look what I have made for you.

She opens her eyes and looks at him. He smiles moving the pillow behind his back.

Neil: I have made you breakfast. It's small effort though. I can't stop thanking you Jaan for last night. Come on sit up.

He held her sit up. She pulls the duvet over by her chest covering herself. Her heart melts and it was heartwarming to see him making breakfast for her. She smiles and looks at the food as he placed on bed.

He sits opposite and looks at her.

Neil : I love you so much Jaan, thank you for giving me most precious gift last night.

Avni : I love you too Neil, but this wasn't needed. You didn't have to feel any guilty.

Neil : I know Jaan but my heart didn't allow it happen. I wanted to do something for you and our baby.

Neil pecks her forehead and smiles widely.

Neil : what would like to eat? Pancakes or fruits or your favourite poha?

Avni was stunned to see how much effort he was put together to make the breakfast for her.

Avni : this is so hard to make a choice Neil. I'm not liking this. You will spoil me during whole pregnancy. I can see that coming up.

Neil chuckles serving a plate of everything.

Neil : absolutely, I will spoil you and our baby with so much love. You guys deserve all my love and pampers.

She smiles and scrunched her nose up smelling the poho as Neil brought it closer to her mouth. She pushed his hand and covering her mouth she rushed to washroom. Neil gasped as he watched her running to washroom.

He comes out of shock and follows her. He stood behind and rubs her back as she vomits out. He even puts her hair one side. He rubs her back gently.

She leans on his back. He turns the tap off and pulling a towel wipes her mouth. His gaze went down and smirks.

Neil : Jaan, why don't mind holding you like this but my hormones are betraying me.

She got confused and looks at him before looking down at herself. Realisation hits her and she slaps her head before rubbing back inside the room and covering herself.

Neil chuckles and went back inside the room sitting opposite her.

Neil. :it's okay Jaan. It normal to happen. Why to feel shy. I have seen everything many times. You don't need to hide or feel shy with me.

She glares him and yells at him who just chuckles in return. Neil controls himself and picks a bowl of fruit.

Neil : do you want to eat fruit?

Avni : I'll have some fruit Neil. Why don't you fresh up? I'll eat it.

Neil : it's okay Jaan! Let me feed you. I'm not rushing to anything else apart from taking care of you and our baby.

She smiles and gesturing him to come closer. He got confused but nevertheless he comes closer and grins feeling her lips on his cheek.

Neil shook his head and fed her some fruits till she had enough. He pecks her head.

Neil : shall I get your bath ready? You can relax there.

Avni : you're truly blessing Neil. I'll be okay. Can you tell please help me out going to washroom?

Neil nodded his head and putting the tray away he stood up and forward his hand. She placed her hand in his and comes down the bed wrapped in duvet.

Neil walks towards washroom with her. He cups her face and looks at her.

Neil : will you be okay Jaan? I can still help you out? You don't need to do all by yourself.

Avni : yes Neil! I'll be okay. Don't worry.

Neil nodded his head and kissing her forehead for last time walks back inside the room and starts tidying up the room.

Neil cleans the room and taking dirty plates he took it back to kitchen. He was about to go back to his room when he heard his mother voice. He stops and turning around looks at her.

Neil : good morning mom!

Swetha : good morning Neil. You woke up so early?

Neil : yes mom! I had to make breakfast for Avni.

Swetha : what happened to Avni? Is she okay? Isn't she feeling well? How many times I told her to take care of her health but does she listen to me? How did she now?

Neil : mom! Stop worrying. She's okay. Can you please prepare something special for lunch? I'll be inviting Metha family and our friends.

Swetha : did I miss something Neil? Oh yeah, I remembered. Your second wedding anniversary. Congratulations Neil.

Neil. :thank you mom. I'll head back. Will you please prepare it?

Swetha : I'll make the lunch. Can you please get the girls to come early so they can help me out?

Neil : off course mom. I'll call Nandini.

Swetha smiles and went to kitchen. Neil rushed back to his room finding his wife sitting on bed wearing a bathrobe.

Neil : what happened Jaan? You didn't get changed.

Avni : I'm so confused what to wear Neil.

Neil : that's all! Let me pick something out for you.

Neil walks to their closet and opening it, he went through till he find the perfect and comfortable attire out for her. He walks back to bed and shows the attire.

Neil : how does this look?

Avni : I like it Neil. Thank you. Even you should fresh up. I'll get ready and help mom to make breakfast.

Neil nodded his head and gently caressing her stomach and pecking it there and her forehead to fresh up.

She stood front of the mirror staring herself reflection and smiles placing a hand on her stomach.

Avni : I can't wait to you hold you baby. Come soon. We are waiting to welcome in our world.

She smiles and taking Neil's clothes out and leaving out on bed, she grabs her phone and walks out of the room.

Walking into kitchen, she found swetha preparing breakfast.

Avni : good morning mom.

Swetha : good morning beta. How are you feeling? Neil said you're not feeling well.

Avni :I'm okay mom.  Shall I help you out? I had my breakfast so don't make it for me.

Swetha : what did you eat beta?

Avni :  I had some fruits mom. I don't feel hungry.

Swetha nods her head but didn't fail notice how Avni eats less and have been not well past few days. She was suspicious but didn't wanna ask too.

Swetha : it's okay Avni. I'll manage. Do you know Neil invited your parents and friends?

Avni : yes mom! I know. I'll help you out making lunch.

Swetha nodded her head. Like this they continued to talk while preparing the breakfast.

Neil looks at his wife who rested lying down on couch in living room waiting for their friends and family to arrive. Neil  looked very concerned seeing her in that uncomfortable position.

Neil : Jaan, why don't you go into room and rest? You don't seem to be comfortable lying down here.

She was about reply when they heard voices from behind. Avni smiles brightly and sat up hearing them. Neil even eyed her to be careful to which she nodded her head and gets up greeting everyone.

Bebe and Prakash also comes out and greets them. Everyone sat down while the girls and Neela went to kitchen to help swetha.

Cabir : what's the occasion gathering up Neil? It's not that I mind. I love free foods.

Neil shot him a glare and shook his head not bothering to reply back.

Manik sitting next to Neil elbows him gaining his attention.

Neil : what?

Manik : what's the news? Why didn't tell me beforehand?

Neil : what news? I don't know what are you talking about Manik.

Manik : oh really? Now tell me the truth Neil.

Neil : be quiet Manik. Have some patience. I'll tell everyone why I have gathered them up for lunch.

Manik rolls his eyes and tries to trouble Neil so he would say the truth but Neil was adamant not mutter anything till lunch was over.

They all were sat down together in lawn relishing desserts together while talking in between. The youngster being so impatient especially the boys as the girls already have an idea what Neil wants to reveal sat there not bothering about boys winching

Manik : Neil! What's the news? Please tell us. I can't hold it anymore.

Neil stops eating and looks at his wife who blinks her  eyes. He found everybody stopped eating and waiting for him to reveal the news.

Neil sighs and held his wife hand and looks at them taking a deep breath.

Neil : we have a good news. Avni and I are expecting. Avni is pregnant. We are going to become parents very soon.

There was a minute silent before everyone starts congratulating the couple and blessing them. The boys pounced on Neil and punched him.

Even the girls hugs Avni and congratulate Avni.

Neela : I'm so happy for you both. Congratulations.

Swetha : I knew it! I understand everything. I'm so happy. I can't wait to hold them. Congratulations.

Neil and Avni smiles seeing their family and friends happiness. He side hugs her placing a kiss on side of her head. He softly mouth " I love you" to which she snuggles into his chest.
