His eyes fell on his wife who stood between the girls at the bar counter and sipping her drink while laughing in between. He smirks as he diverts his gaze away looking at someone who called his name out.

Neil turns around shaking his head and smiles looking at Manik who is walks towards him.

Neil : what happened?

Manik: do you want to join us? Guys are planing to go out to have some fun?

Neil : what kind of fun do you mean?

Manik : Neil, you know what I mean? Way from the girls.

Neil : no! I wouldn't like to come. I'm happy here.

Manik shook his head.

Manik : you're so whipped man. Come on, loosen up.

Neil wraps his arms around Manik and glares him.

Neil : do you want me to expose you front of my sister? Shall I do this?

Manik's eyes widen as he looks at Neil first then Nandini who stood between the girls by the bar counter.

Manik : are you serious Neil? Do you want me to die?

Neil : you can say so. I won't come. You can join them though.

Manik shook his head and stood next to Neil drinking his drink. Neil chuckles as he continues to stare his wife who hasn't stopped drinking or laughing with the girls.

He looks so confuse when he found Avni walking towards him while laughing out loudly.

It didn't take him long enough to realise she drank too much. He excused himself and starts walking towards her.

He held as she was about to trip over something.
He looks at her while cupping her face in his palm.

Neil : Jaan, you okay? How much did you drink?

She stares him and counting on her fingers shows how many glasses she drank.

His eyes widen as he stares her.

Neil : you drank 10 glasses. Jaan what are you doing? You don't even look okay. You can't even stand on your feet.

She didn't laugh but lunched on and starts giggling. He sighs and looks around to find his friends but they were no to be found.

He shook his head and turns back looking at his wife who coming out of his grip walks out of the club while stumbling with people as she walked passed him.

Neil ( mind) god. What have I gotten in this mess? How will I handle my drunken wife now?

He wondered as he follows her outside of the club and starts looking to find her when he spotted her talking to a man who was going touch her inappropriately.

He rushed toward them and pushed the man away, he pulls Avni to his side standing front of him and glares the glare.

Neil : get the heck out of here.

Person : why man? She doesn't belongs to you. She's the who come to me. I don't understand why are you being protective over some. She doesn't even know you.

Neil : shut up! She is my wife. Leave before I kill you.

The man muttering some words under his breath walks away not before glancing Neil.

Neil rolls his eyes and turns around his wife who looked shocked.

Neil : Jaan, what is wrong with you? Why did you push me and come over here? It's not safe to be alone.

Avni giggles as she punched his chest and pushed him.

Avni : who are you? Why did you shout on my husband? He won't come back to me.

Neil had duh face and wondered how can someone call that jerk husband.

Neil : that jerk is your husband. You better be kidding me Jaan. Didn't you see how he was touching you? You're not in your sense. Come with me.

Neil held her hand and starts looking for cab. He withdrew his hand immediately as he felt her bitting it. He hissed in a pain and looks at her.

Avni : I can't come with you. You would kidnaped me. I don't like you. I don't want to come with you. I'm go by myself.

Neil rolls his eyes and shaking his head looks at her who starts walking while laughing and stumbles on the heels.

She winched as she fell down and cried pulling the heels and threw it away. Neil chuckles as he watched her being so clumsy and falling again.

Avni : what are you laughing on? Can't you help me out? Idiot asshole.

Neil chuckles and starts walking towards. He forwards his hand and smirks looking at her who frowns at him.

Neil : do you wish to get kidnapped sweetheart? I wouldn't mind it through. I would love to treasure you rest of my life.

Avni : jerk. Stop taking advantage me. I don't know where the fuck is my husband and you're being most annoying person I have ever come crossed with.

Neil : I wouldn't take advantage of you love.. come let me help you out.

He lowers down and encircles his arms around her waist and scoops her in his arms. Her arms wrapped his neck as she hid herself in his chest.

He smiles and calls the cab. He placed her on the seat and putting seatbelt, he moves to his side and sat down.

Driver: where to?

Neil told him the address and looks at his wife. He watched her dozing up.

He shifted closer and starts caressing her hair. He pecks her head.

He thanks the driver and looks at Avni.

Neil : Jaan. Come out. We have arrived.

Opening her eyes, she looks at him confusingly. Her head starts spinning around. Holding into the door she comes out the car and stumbles on him.

He held her and smiling at the driver he looks at his wife who was getting difficult to handle.

Neil : Jaan.. hold onto me.

As she was told. She held onto him and starts walking towards the room. As they got in the room, her stomach played up. She felt nauseous. Pushing him away she rushed inside the washroom and took all the alcohol and food out.

Neil worriedly went behind her and pushed the hair back and rubs her back.

He turns the tap on and washed her face.

Neil : you okay?

She nodded her head leaning on his chest.

Neil sighs and scooping her into his arms walks out of the washroom and walks to bed.

He gently placed on bed and caressed her cheek.

Neil: i shouldn't have let your drink.

Neil sighs and looking at her last time, he moves to the bag and took fresh clothes out and starts moving to bed.

He then changed her into new clothes and throwing the dirty one in laundry walks beside bed.

He sat on his side and looks at her. His phone rang at the same time. He took his phone out and looks at the caller id.

Neil : idiot? Where are you?

Manik : oh no! Did something happen? I'm sorry Neil. The girls got drunk.

Neil : even them. Why did they drink this much?

Manik : baby doll did too? How is she? Is she okay?

Neil : she is okay. She's sleeping now. Where are you guys now? Back to hotel.

Manik : yes! Nandini is sleeping too. Should I come?

Neil : no! I will be okay. I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Manik : okay goodnight.

Neil ended the call and puts on the side table. He slips under the duvet beside his wife and pulls her in hug. He caressed her face and smiles as he looks at her angelica face.

Neil. : I love you so much Jaan. Goodnight.

He whispered as he closed his own eyes and slept.

Next morning, holding her head up tightly she got up and looks beside her and frowns not seeing Neil on the bed.

Her head throbs with a pain. She couldn't remember what happened last night. Her eyes fell on Neil who walks out of washroom wrapped in a towel.

Neil smirks moving towards his wife who looked very confused.

Neil : hello sweetheart. Don't you remember me?

Avni : what happened last night Neil? Why are you saying that? My head hurts so bad. I can't get over this pain. Please do something.

Neil nodded his head and orders lemonade. He placed his phone back on the table.

Neil : you got drunk last night Jaan. Why did you drink so much? You should have controlled.

Avni: I don't remember anything Neil. All I remember is us having race. I don't know what happened after that.

Neil : well you got pretty drunk after that. Thank god I was there. What would have happened if I wasn't there? I can't even imagine you going home with some unknown person who claims to be your husband.

Avni: huh? Husband? What did I do last night?

Neil chuckles and narrates what happened last night. She looks embarrassed as she stares him.

Avni : I'm sorry Neil.. I don't know this would happen.

Neil : it's okay Jaan. Please be careful next time.

She nodded her head. A Knock disturbs them.

Neil : remedy to your hangover have arrived. I will get it for you.

He walks to the door but stops as he heard her voice. He turns around and looks at her.

Neil : what?

Avni : you will open the door like this? You're literally half naked Neil.

Neil smirks and thought to pull her legs.

Neil : I wouldn't mind getting full naked love. Should I take the towel off.

A pillow hits face soon as he finished his sentence and chuckles picking the pillow up.

Neil took the lemonade and closing the door went back to Avni passing her the glass.

Neil : have this. It will make you feel better. Fresh up after this.

She nodded her head gulping the lemonade.
