Whole India was flabbergasted about the news. Everyone's eyes were deprived from the sleep. Whole India wasn't expecting that to happen but it happened  under their nose. One news made whole India restless and worried thinking if the news is true or not.

It had broken millions of girls heart knowing their crush, idol, handsome and famous hottie Neil khanna is engaged to love of his life. If they knew that Neil khanna is only not engaged but married man now to the love of his life.

AvNeil's phone notification wouldn't stop. It kept coming up. Avni looks at her husband who  was soundly asleep without caring about the notifications. The phone was on edge to explode.

Avni taking a deep breath took Neil's phone and opening his phone with her Face ID went on Instagram and gasped seeing so many messages. Her eyes widen as she clicked Neil's feed, she clicked the post and seeing it wondered why theirs phones were getting none stop notifications.

It was post of AvNeil's engagement and an photos from one of their photoshop that they had. Avni's eyes tears up as she read the caption and scammed read through the comments.

Neilhater___Did anyone noticed avni didn't comment or liked the picture? Poor girl. She would have heartbroken hearing about this. She doesn't deserve this.

Avni found many comments. She brightly smiles in tears as she read her friends comments. She was blessed to have them as her best people aka family. She also noticed hates comments but she ignored them and shutting Neil's phone kept on side table. Then she looks at Neil who was still asleep.

She bends and pecks his cheek making Neil stir in sleep.

Avni : Neil I know you are not sleeping so stop the acting and sit up.

Neil opens his eyes and gave sheepish smile to avni who threw deadly glare at him.

Neil held Avni's hands and stopped from further hitting him. He pulls her making him land on his chest. He slides her hair away from the face and caressing Avni's cheeks smiles.

Neil : because I wanted to see their reaction and about not informing you earlier then I thought to surprise you too. How was it? Did you like it?

Avni : liked it Neil? Your fans is exploding like a bomb. Notifications wouldn't stop. My head will blast if they don't stop messaging you or tagging you in post.

Neil smiles and pecks her head and with his one hand still on her cheek he continued caressing her cheek making her smile.

Neil : they love me so much love that's why they are showering their love on me.

Avni : Neil how long will we hide about marriage? I mean you have only mentioned about engagement not marriage.

Neil : Jaan why to worry when Neil khanna is still alive?

Avni : Neil. I don't understand you. What are you planning? You won't be playing with fans emotions. I think they had enough heartbreaks.

Neil : Jaan, you are no fun. Why would I hurt my fans Jaan? About revealing about our marriage then it will happen soon. Do you remember baby doll saying to organise our reception where we can invite media, colleagues and friends from the industry?

Avni recalls Nandini's words and looking at Neil bobbed her head.

Neil made avni sit and also sat himself up resting his head on Avni's lap. Neil brought Avni's finger into his hair making avni smile knowing what he is asking for you.

Avni lovingly massaged his hair.

Neil : I have spoken to our family and they are very much happy and excited to cherish our reception again. So after press conference we will have reception inviting everyone who we want.

Avni: when is the reception?

Neil : two days after press conference. Our whole family has already prepared for that. They need to send invitations cards to guest and check final arrangements.

Avni : so much thing happened behind my back. How come I didn't knew this happening?

Neil : because your dearest Nandini wanted to surprise you.

Avni : oh wow! I love Nandini. I have to thank her. But Neil can I also post something? I mean our Avneil fandoms are heartbroken by your post. Why don't you just tell them about me being your girl?

Neil : little more patience love. They will know soon the girl who captured my heart.

Avni giggles and planted kiss on his head. Neil tilts his head and pecks her lips.

Neil : I love you Jaan.

A little pause between them made they recall how they become friends, their first fight, them going to primary school, then secondary school, college, their feelings growing, their first, their confession, their ups and downs during relationship, their engagement and finally their marriage.

Avni wipes her tears and looks down to see Neil asleep. She pecks his head again and puts his head on pillow. She made him sleep in comfortable position before slipping beside him and snugging to his chest. Neil's arms automatically wraps around Avni's waist as he felt her warmth.

Avni closing her eyes drown herself into her dreamworld.

Next morning the mansion was hustling around. Outside of the mansion security hard time controlling the media who gathered up to get glimpse of Neil.  Prakash and Manik had to come out and tried explaining the media but they didn't listen but demanding answer from Neil.

Manik sighed and looks at Prakash who didn't knew what to do. Manik takes deep breath and looks security who nodded his head moved forward and calmly asked them to stay patience till he get Neil to home down.

All the media calmed down and waited down while Manik and Prakash rushed back in the mansion and saw avni walking down the stairs. Manik rushed to avni.

Manik : good morning baby doll. Is Neil up?

Avni : good morning Bhai, papa. Yes he is up. He's getting ready, he should be down soon.

Just as she spoke the word they heard footsteps from behind. They all turned their head and saw Neil walking down talking on phone.

Neil ended call seeing them and looks at Manik.

Neil : good morning you both. What has happened?

Manik: reaction to your post last night. Media has gathered up outside of the mansion. Luckily I was called by the security earlier knowing this would happen. We tried sending them back but they refused to leave instead they want to see you.

Neil : oh god! They won't leave me. Are they not notified about the press conference.

Manik : I don't think so. Do you want to go out and let them know?

Neil : no! I will have my talk with know during press conference not now.

Manik nodded head and went outside of the mansion to inform the media.

Neil : dad I'm sorry for pulling the stunt. I wasn't aware that this would happen.

Prakash: it's okay Neil. You should happy. Cheer up and come to breakfast table.

Neil nodded his head and looks at avni who passed him a smile. Avni entwined their hands.

Avni : Neil why are you worrying? Papa said not worry. They will know about us soon. You have kept the press conference for them. Right!

Neil nodded his head and pecks Avni's head.

Neil : let's go!

Press conference was held in the afternoon. By 2pm whole place was filled up by the media. Neil's car arrived right after Manik with security. Neil was escorted inside with the bodyguards letting media capture everything. Neil and Manik shook their head with team and took their seat.

As the press conference started reporters were allowed to come inside and ask what they want.

Reporter : Neil sir what was the stunt you pulled last night? Was it public stunt or is actually true you got engaged?

Neil clenched his fist as he heard the reporter saying his post was just public stunt. Manik kept hand on Neil's shoulder calming him down.

Neil : I wouldn't hurt my fans pulling any stunt. And about my post is true. I did get engaged.. in fact not engaged but married.

As he said about the married the people hit stunt there. They gasped and shock was written on their faces. They were not recovered from the yesterday shock where Neil just threw another shock to them. They were dumbfounded finding out Neil khanna was married man now.

Reporter : married? Why did you hid about your marriage?

Neil smiles remembering avni.

Neil : yes, I'm married now, about hiding about my marriage wasn't something planned but happened. I hid it because planned something else for my fans.

Reporter : can give us hint who is the girl? Do we know the girl? Is she from the field as yours?

Neil : no! She isn't. She hates my job but she is also proud of what I am. About the my wife then let's keep secret till few days. Everything will reveal on right time?

Reporter: we heard avni Metha had recently met with accident, are you both still friends?

Neil laughs.

Neil : is it this press conference about my post then why to drag my friend avni in this? About your questions then yes we still friends.

Reporter: why did you hid about your marriage and how long has it been to marriage?

Neil : it has been almost  year to our marriage. About hiding my marriage wasn't planned.. right after my marriage I had shoot. I didn't get time announce. You could say I was looking for the right time announce.

Reporter: what do you have to say about the girls who had been heartbroken by seeing your post.

Neil : I truly did break their heart but I'm sure they will be fine. It won't be easy but time heals.

Many questions were threw at Neil. He patiently answered them and after three hours they ended the press conference.

Neil thanking the team left with Manik and security behind them.
