Neil sat beside avni and holding her hand made her sit carefully on the bed. Neil taking a pillow puts behind Avni's back to prevent from the pain.

Neil smiles and settles next opposite her and bringing the soup in front starts feeding avni who quietly had it.

Neil wipes the corner of her lips with his thumb and leaning close to her pecks Avni's forehead.

Neil : take some rest. I'll be back.

Avni nods her head and laid back on the bed with help of Neil.

Later Neil walks back in the room to see avni asleep. He quietly moves towards their closet and opening quietly picks his outfit out.

Neil walks to washroom to take shower.

Neil wrapping himself in towel and ruffling his wet hair comes out of the washroom. He smiles as he saw avni wide awake and leaning her head to headboard.

Neil makes his way to Avni and pecks her forehead making avni snap her head at Neil.

Neil: feeling any better Jaan?

Avni : little bit.. where are you going?

Neil : I need to go to police station. They have got hold of vidyut.

Avni : what about media? Do they know about us? I mean...

Neil : relax Jaan! Media people still don't know about us but I'm sure they might doubt on us. There is no need to worry because we will be announcing our relationships to them very soon. I don't want you to stress on something that is not necessary. Okay.

Avni bobbed her head and looks at Neil who grabbing his clothes starts getting ready.

Avni was about to get down the bed but stopped as Neil's voice stopped her.

Neil : don't even think of stepping out of the bed. You need to rest Jaan.

Avni : how long I will be staying like this Neil? I don't like this.

Neil : you need to fully recover Jaan before getting out of the bed.

Avni : i am getting bored staying at home.. I can't even go out. Neil it has been 2 weeks, I am fully recovered my injury. I don't want to rest anyone.

Neil gelling his hair takes glimpse of Avni through mirror and shook his head.

Neil : it's not happening Jaan. Why don't you do something in the room?

Avni : what can I do Neil? There is nothing to do.

Neil : watch movie or something.

Avni : really Neil.

Neil : it's not an bad idea. Is it?

Avni : yes it is! Can I use your laptop?

Neil : I'll bring it to you but you won't be using for too long. You will take break in between.

Avni : okay boss..

Neil chuckles and putting his phone, wallet and handkerchief in his pocket moves to avni.

He cups her face and planted a kiss on her forehead.

Neil : take care Jaan. I love you.

Avni : I love you too.. try not to kill him. I don't my husband landing in jail. Okay.

Neil : I will try my best Jaan.

Neil pecking her last peck walks out of the room not before passing her his laptop.

In the police station. Vidyut was sitting in interrogation room along with few constables.

Neil and Manik walks inside the police station with their security who stood outside of the police station.

They made their to the officer who guided them to the interrogation room where vidyut was kept.

Neil clench his fist and tightened his jaw to control anger. Manik who was beside tapped his shoulder.

They got near vidyut and saw them. Neil still didn't recognised him.

Neil rubbing his nape and giving a look to vidyut opens his mouth.

Neil : why did you attempt to kill me?

Vidyut: why would a person try to  attempt kill anyone? You didn't seem dumb to guess what my intention was. Obviously I want to see you dead.

His answer was so blunt.. Neil felt his anger rising up. Neil tried suppressing his anger.

Neil : why?

Vidyut : why are you acting so dumb Neil khanna? How can someone not kill you? Just because you are star doesn't mean you would forget me.. did you forget what you did during college with me? Should I remind because of you what I went through? 

Neil got confused hearing him but then tried recalling those college days.

Vidyut : confused. How would you know? Because of you I went through so much pain. Because of you she rejected me.

Neil : what? Get straight to point. How am I involved in this?

Vidyut : you are involved in everything. Because of you Juhi rejected me.

Neil's eyes widen as he heard Juhi name. Manik also looked shocked. They both look at vidyut flabbergasted.

Vidyut : shocked! Right! This was me when she rejected me because she loved you. I hate it she rejected me because of you. You were so popular back in college too. I hate everything about you. Years later you become star, more famous and all the fame. I hate how popular you still are. Yes I tried to kill you so many times but always failed. This time I got so close to you but unfortunately your wife landed in that stupid car of yours...

Neil shocked, his mind stopped working. He tried registering all of the things vidyut was saying but hearing the word wife his eyes snap to vidyut who had small smirk.

Neil : how do you know that? How did you get to know that I was married?

Vidyut smirks widely making Neil boil in anger. Neil gets his fist ready to punch vidyut but stopped as Manik held him back.

Neil : you piece of shit.. how dare you keeping your mens outside of my mansion? Bloody idiotic move.

Vidyut : impressed. But what beauty you got.. soon as my fells on her.. my mind knew to get her.. I'll get her Neil khanna.. this time I will steal your precious happiness from you.. just wait and watch. It will happen once I get the bail.

Neil smirks and looks at the officer who was gives thumbs up to Neil before moving out of the room.

Neil pulling chair sat down crossing his legs. His hand rested on the table. Neil looks at Manik then vidyut.

Neil : you think I will let that happen. Thanks a lot for the warning vidyut. I will make sure your name presence doesn't come near us. I know how to protect my wife. Let's not get high hope vidyut.

Neil giving last glance to vidyut stood up and looking at the constables left the room followed by Manik.

Neil : I want full security on him sir.. he shouldn't get bailed and do more investigation against him.

Officer : we will sir.. I assure you everything we will handle it.

Neil nods his and made his way out of the police station.

They both got inside the car.

Manik : what will you do now?

Neil : tighten the security around us. I need you to help me out.

Manik : I'll do that.. what have thought the media? They must have clicked some pictures of you and baby doll.

Neil: I know Manik! I am waiting for the right time.

Manik : we need to be carful now. Let's have everyone gathered up in khanna mansion. What say?

Neil : it's good idea. I'll speak to dad about the security too. Message them and let's meet up.

Manik : can we stop by McDonald's? I need some food.

Neil chuckles and nodded his head. Neil while driving calls avni.

Neil : hello Jaan.. have you finished with work?

Avni : yes! When are you coming back?

Neil : I'm on the way. Do you need anything from McDonalds?

Avni : can I have it? I mean did some magical happened. You are allowing me to have McDonald's.

Neil : yes Jaan! I am allowing you today.

Avni : can I get big fries, chicken burger with coke?

Neil : fries and chicken burger I'll get it but not coke. You will catch cold.

Avni : this is not fair Neil.. please let me.

Neil sighs and agreed.

Neil: okay Jaan! I'll be home soon.

Avni : okay! Bye!

Neil ended call and looks at Manik who was smirking.

Neil : what? Why are you looking at me like that?

Manik: why can't I look at you like that? My eyes, my wish.

Neil : stupid! Call baby doll and ask what would she like to have?

Manik : I have already messaged my wife about that. She will have what I will have.

Neil: so ungrateful baby doll is. Why did she chose same order as you?

Manik : excuse me Neil. What does that mean?

Neil shrugs his shoulder and rolling his window car ordered the food as they were McDonald's drive thru.

Neil taking the food and paying the bill drove to khanna mansion.

Neil handed the chicken burger, fries and coke to avni who thanked him and starts eating.

Neil shook his head and went to washroom.

Avni smiles as she took bite and moaned as the all the flavour explored in her mouth.

Avni snaps her head towards door as she heard someone clearing throat. She passed Manik a smile as he starts walking towards her.

Manik : how are you?

Avni : hey Bhai! When did you come? I'm doing better now.

Manik : that's nice to hear. I came with Neil. In fact everyone else will be gathering up later.

Avni : any reason behind the gathering up?

Manik : casually! Why do you think we need reason to gather up?

Neil comes out of washroom and heard what Manik said. He sat beside avni and taking a piece of fries stuffed it in his mouth making
Avni winch as he took her fries.

Avni : Neil you can't have those. Those are mine, you should got yourself another one.

Manik giggles and blurted out making Avni's eyes red and face boiling from anger.

Manik : he had two box kg fries baby doll..

Avni slaps Neil's shoulder and pushed him away.

Avni: how can you do that  Neil? I won't share my foods with anyone.

Neil : am I anyone Jaan! It hurts Jaan.

Manik shaking head at Neil antics and excusing himself left the couple alone.

Avni : I can't share my food Neil. You know that too.

Neil smiles and pecks her forehead.

Neil : did you take your medicine?

Avni : woh... actually.. I...

Neil: yes i am waiting.

He knew she didn't take her medicine as her shuttering says everything to his understanding.

Neil : why didn't take your medicine? It will help you to recover soon. Quickly finish having food then I will give you medicine.

Avni nodding her continued eating, meanwhile Neil getting up brought medicine and filled glass of water.

He passed the medicine and glass of water to avni as she finished eating the food. Avni took the medicine and gulped water down her throat.

Neil took the glass and placed it on side table.

Neil : wanna go in the balcony and sit down for bit.

Avni : yeah! I need some fresh air..

Neil : let's go!

Neil held her hand and brought her to their balcony. They sat on couch cuddling each other. Neil covered themselves with thin blanket.

Neil : Jaan, can I ask you something?

Avni nods her head.

Neil : would you be happy if I appoint a bodyguard for you? I mean someone will be staying with you all the times?

Avni looks at him then thought something.

Avni : what will happen to previous one? Are you going to fire him or what?

Neil : no! He will be doing something. Are okay with bodyguard?

Avni : if that makes you happy then yes.. though I used to have them. In fact more than one. Will this one be permanent?

Neil : hopefully! If this person works hard and protects you then yes.

Avni smiles and snuggles.

Everyone sat in hall and chatted as they getting comfortable while munching some snacks or having evening tea.

Prakash: Neil what did you have to tell us?

Neil : dad I want to tighten security of Khanna mansion,industrial, Avni's workplace... In fact security around all of us to prevent any harm or danger. My name in the world can be threat to anyone. Anyone would attack any of you hence you all are familiar with media. I want you all to stay safe and stay out of any danger that comes to any of you. I have spoken to Manik. He will getting touch with more people and sort the security problem out.

Ashish ; you're right Neil. Media people won't leave us alone. They will follow us everywhere. we need to stay alert now.

All of them agreed to Neil but one question was running on everyone's mind.

Neela : Neil how long will you hide about marriage from them?

AvNeil looks at Neela then rest whose eyes had same question expect Manik.

Neil :I have discussed this with avni earlier. I am waiting for the right time. We will keep a Conference meeting with them and announce our marriage to them.

Everyone nodded their head understanding what Neil said.

Nandini: Neil Bhai can I also add something on that?

Neil : off course baby doll!

Nandini: I am thinking after conference why don't we hold a reception event for all the colleagues of yours and avni. Last time they couldn't attend.

Avni : that's an great idea. What do you think Neil?

Neil : I also think it's good idea. Let do it then. First conference then a week later we will hold party for them where media can be invited too.

All agreed to Neil and then ladies went to kitchen to prepare dinner while men's sat in hall talking about business.
