Avni opens her eyes hearing soft mummers bedside her. She felt Neil's body shivering. She tilts her head up and found Neil cuddling himself under the duvet. His body were shivering and mumbling something in his sleep.

Avni got worried seeing him like that. She brought her hand up and placed it on his forehead to find his forehead was burning.

Avni took a deep breath and shakes Neil up lightly.

Neil a minute later opens his eyes and stares avni.

Avni : Neil.. you got fever. Please sit up so I can give you some medicine.

Avni tried getting down the bed but before that Neil held her hand and pulls her back on the bed.

Neil : I don't need medicine. Let me sleep. I will be fine by tomorrow morning.

Avni : Neil, your whole body is burning with fever. Don't be stubborn. Please!

Neil shook his head and wraps his arms around her waist..

Avni sighs and pulls a drawer bedside her with her free hand. She took balm out and applies it on his forehead.

Avni : sleep!

Avni watch Neil closing his eyes and falling into slumber sleep. Avni quietly comes out of Neil's hold and tip toeing moves out of the room.

Avni comes back and settled beside Neil. She soaked a cloth in bowl of water and placed it on Neil's forehead. She continued doing that till Neil's fever was down.

Avni kept the cloth on the side table and grabbing the remote increased the room temperature...

Few hours later Neil woke up yelling Avni's name. Neil panting himself down looks next to him to found avni sleeping clutching his hand. His eyes fell on the side table.

Neil took a deep breath before taking Avni's hand from his hold. Neil gets down the bed and moves to balcony..

He stood at the railing and stares the sky. He closing his eyes recalls what he just saw in his dream. He shook his head and opens his eyes.

Neil ( mind) why did the that dream come back all of sudden? What is happening with me?

Neil was lost in his thoughts when he felt an arms wrapping around his waist. He composing himself tilts his head side way and saw avni there still in sleepy state.

Avni : why did you get up again? Did fever come back again?

Neil shook his head.

Neil : no it didn't.. I couldn't sleep. Why did you get up?

Avni :I didn't find you on the bed so I get up worrying your fever might have come back again.

Neil : Jaan.. yous should go and sleep. I will be okay.

Avni breaks the hug and turning his body to her cups his face.

Avni : what's wrong? Did you see bad dream?

Neil drops his head on Avni's shoulder and mumbles.

Neil : something like that..

His voice was quiet yet avni heard it. Avni rubs his back comforting him.

Avni : it's okay. It's okay Neil.

Neil raised his head up and cups Avni's face.

Neil : I don't feel like going back to sleep.. I am going for jog. You should go and sleep.

Avni : Neil why would yo go for jog at 3am?

Neil : please Jaan.. I need to get my head around.

Avni : fine! You won't listen to me but one condition I will let you go.

Neil: okay Jaan. You can join me.

Avni smiles and moves back to the room whereas Neil shaking his head follows her.

Neil after jogging early in the morning felt better. He managed to divert himself from the dream that he had.

Neil standing in the shower closed his eyes and let the water fall on his body.. he opens his eyes feeling a footsteps behind him. He tried smiling seeing the effort of his wife how hard she is trying to make him feel better.

Avni holding her phone in left hand walks down the stairs to see Prakash sitting in hall. She moves to him and greeted him with a good morning.

Avni : good morning papa ji .

Prakash: good morning avni.. where is Neil?

Avni : he will be here shortly papa.

Prakash nodding his head went back to reading the newspaper.

Avni moves to kitchen and saw swetha preparing breakfast. Avni kept her phone on the kitchen slab and starts helping swetha preparing the breakfast.

Neil talking on the phone sees Prakash sitting in hall.

Neil ended the call and sat next to Prakash.

Neil : good morning dad.

Prakash: good morning Neil. What's the plan?

Neil : well! I have declined most of the films offer till few months so I am thinking to help in business.

Prakash: glad to hear that Neil. Will you be coming today?

Neil : yes in the afternoon.

Prakash nods his head. Neil took his phone out as he saw the time. He dials Manik's number who didn't pick up at once.

Neil left message to Manik and smiles seeing Bebe who was coming to them after competing her prayer.

Everyone was called for breakfast. Swetha and avni placing the food on the table sat beside their respective patenters.

Bebe : sunny before going to office can you drop me to my friend house?

Neil : Bebe I can drop you there.

Bebe : that's even better Neil.

The breakfast was quiet yet the family loved it.

Neil grabbing his car key gestures avni to come near him.

Neil : I will drop Bebe first then pick you up.

Avni :Neil.. it's fine after dropping Bebe you should go to office. I can drive myself there.

Neil : no Jaan! I will drop you there. Let me do it.

Avni shrugging her shoulders nodded her head. Neil pecks Avni's forehead and went behind Bebe.

Neil dropping Bebe to her friend house drove back to khanna mansion. He couldn't let avni drive to work by herself even though he knows how capable his wife is. His fears and love wasn't allowing him to take chance.

Neil honks the car making avni alert about his arrival. He saw avni running to his car. He opens the door.

Avni gets inside and fastens the seatbelt on.

Avni : did you drop Bebe off?

Neil : yes! Shall we grab coffee before your office?

Avni : no Neil! You shouldn't been drinking coffee after having breakfast.

Neil : just light cold coffee.

Avni : okay.. can you also get me one?

Neil : off course love!

Neil starting the engine existed them from khanna mansion. As Neil's car zoomed out of the mansion a person who was supposed to keeping eye on Neil comes out and taking the phone out dialled his boss number.

Person : hello sir! Reporting!

Boss : go ahead!

Person : Neil khanna has left leave the mansion with avni. He's dropping her to workplace.

Boss : great! Keep eye on them especially Neil. I need every detail of him.

Person : okay sir!

The person hangs the call. The boss moves to the room where the room is filled with Avni's picture.

Boss : how long will Neil khanna protect you avni? At the end Neil khanna will die and you will be mine.

He smirks before pulling out cigarette and lites it. He puts between his lips and shoving a hand in his pocket moving out of the room.

Neil dropping avni to office leans to his car and dialled a number.

Neil : hello, Neil khanna speaking. I need help from you.

Neil ended the call and was about to get in car but stopped seeing a figure. Neil waits for the figure to come near him. As the person gets near Neil, Neil raised his hand up and gave hard punch in the person's stomach. The person yelped in pain and cursed Neil.

Manik : what the hell Neil? What was that for?

Neil : why didn't you pick my phone earlier?

Manik: you called me? When?

Neil raised his hand again to punch Manik but Manik moves back.

Manik : okay  sorry! I wanted to ignore you. I need pick your call.

Neil: Manik why didn't you pick my call?

Manik : didn't you understand what I just said?

Neil : no I didn't! Give me proper reason.

Manik : idiot Neil!

Neil : wanna have another punch monster?

Manik : Neil what's wrong?

Neil rolls his eyes.

Neil : what do you mean? What will happen to me?

Manik all of sudden becomes serious and pulls in a hug making Neil startled but nevertheless Neil hugs him back.

Manik : don't you dare to lie Neil. I know something is bothering you.. Please Neil tell me.

Neil broke the hug and looks at Manik.

Neil : I'm okay Manik.. nothing is bothering me. I am just worried about projects.

Manik : Neil don't give me shittiest reason.

Neil : where is baby doll? Didn't she come with you?

Manik : I like it Neil khanna way of changing the topic but don't forget I will find out what you are hiding.

Neil : there is nothing to find Manik.

Manik: what makes you think that I will believe you Neil?

Neil's phone rang saving Neil from not throwing an answer.

Neil took his phone out and saw the message. Manik suspiciously stares Neil's expression and tried calculating what would be bothering Neil.

Neil checking the message closed his phone and looks at Manik.

Neil : wanna get dropped off?

Manik : no! I have some work to complete.

Neil shrugging his shoulder giving a hug to Manik went to his car.

Manik ( mind) Neil! What should I do with you? Why do you always keep yourself in trouble?  What are you hiding?

Manik watch Neil's car zooming out of his sight. Manik chucking his thoughts moves inside and looks at the receptionist.

Manik : is Mrs khanna or Mrs malthora free?

Receptionist: I'm sorry sir but both of them are having meeting.

Manik: no problem! Please let them know about my arrival.

Receptionist: sure sir!

Manik giving a nod walks out of the office.

The boss sat on the chair and waits for his man to speak up.

Boss : what do you have to say?

Man : sir I have found that Neil and avni have been married since a year they got married closer with the family. Media wasn't invited nor their marriage news was leaked to media.

Boss : hmm! Interesting. What else?

Man : I have also found out after their marriage Neil khanna was away from his family and avni because of his shooting.

Boss : anything else..

Man : no sir.. their life is much private.

Boss : you may leave.. keep updating me.

The man nodding his head and bowing to his boss left. The boss smirks and thought to himself.

Boss ( mind) let's play some dirty game Neil Khanna.

Avni grabbing her lunch sat in her cabin and picks her phone up to call Neil. She dialled Neil's number but he didn't pick it up.

Avni kept her phone beside and opening her lunch starts eating. Few minutes she heard door opening. She smiles seeing the girls. The girls settled around the desk.

Nandini: avni... I got call from one model saying she wants to have some changes in the costume.

Avni : forward me the model details Nandini. I'll see it myself personally.

Nandini nods her head.

Alya : guys what should we be planning for tomorrow? Tomorrow is Saturday.

Avni : I have an idea.. we all chill at khanna mansion. Papa ji, mummy ji and Bebe are going to attend someone's wedding.

Mukti : wow! Perfect. It's been ages since we all have spend time together.

All of them agreed and starts planning for tomorrow.

Avni's phone rang. Avni saw the caller Id and blush as the girls starts teasing her.

Avni glaring them answers the call but before she could speak her phone was snatched by Alya who puts it on speaker.

Neil : hello Jaan.. sorry I didn't pick it up earlier because I had something to sort out with dad.. did you have lunch?

All the girls laughs out making avni palm her face. She blushes seeing the girls talking to Neil.

Mukti : Neil your wife is in meeting so... can you have honour to hang up?

Neil: excuse me! Mukti can stop teasing my wife and let me talk to her?

Nandini : hey Bhai.. sorry avni is not free. She has been busy today.

Neil : baby doll you too...

Nandini giggles and smirks seeing avni who tried to grab the phone but Mukti and Alya couldn't allow it.

Avni: give me the phone..

Neil heard her voice and could imagine her blushing face. He smiles and ended the call not before dropping message to avni..

Avni : I hate you all..

The girls giggles and threw their arms around avni.
