Natsu

With everything that happened these past few days, I felt completely happy, just being with my brother . 

Today's the day, of asking Gramps to officially make Zeref a part of Fairy Tail. I never want to be apart from him ever again. 

Although, I didn't exactly told him I was planning this. I woke up extremely early and went to discuss it with Gramps alone. 

"I see. You wanted Zeref to be part of our family. Are you sure about this, Natsu? After everything you still want him to befriend us?"

I slapped on the table, "Gramps, you have to accept my request. I already made up my mind ever since my showdown with Zeref. 

Sure, he made some mistakes, but that is what it is to be human. You taught us to always trust with your heart, your feelings for each other no matter what the situation is. 

Being in Fairy Tail is the best thing I ever had that close to a family, and having my birth brother being part of that family means a lot to me. 

Please, I beg of you, Gramps!" I said, bowing down to the sixth master with total concern . 

Makarov

I was stunned of Natsu. He always been stubborn, ever since he was a kid. He always care about others, and he always seen the bigger picture than anyone in the guild. 

Is this mean that he is accepting his own past, and trying to make things right? Although it was Zeref who started the war, I was still unsure of the situation of moving forward. 

"I guess I have to be responsible. Ok, let's announce the newest member of Fairy Tail tonight. How does that sound to you, Natsu?"

The Dragon Slayer's eyes were filled with total excitement , as if this news really changed him. 

"Thanks a lot, Gramps! You're the best!" He ran off , as he was happy with the outcome. 

"Natsu, even though you never met your parents, I have been proud of you as if you were my own child. 

Watching you mature into a confident young Dragon Slayer, makes me happy. I guess it's really time to make some changes , in sake for the next generation. "  I thought. 

Zeref

Natsu blindfold me . I said, chuckling, "Natsu, com'on, what's the big surprise?" 

"Aniki, what kind of surprise it would be, if I told you? You'll love it for sure. " 

As the door opens, all of Natsu's guildmates were there, as Lucy exclaims, "It took you long enough, Natsu!" 

I turn to my younger brother, completely confused, "I'm totally lost here. What's going on?"

My younger brother slapped me on the shoulder, "We're welcoming a new member of the Fairy Tail Guild! 

We're hosting a party to celebrate!" 

Lucy said, "Master Makarov told us it's a welcoming party, but he didn't fully explained who would be joining us." 

Natsu smiles, happily as if he had something to do with it. "I figured it something had to be with you, Natsu. What did you do?" A black exceed asks. 

"Natsu didn't tell me anything either. Such a total bummer if you ask me." Happy sighs, that he was left out of the surprise as the rest of the group. 

At that moment, he jumped to the center of the stage, as Makarov stands besides him, making a clear throat to make a speech. 

"Everyone, I think I should make an announcement. Natsu recommended me to make a new member to the guild. 

As you all know, having a new member to our family, we have to be on our best behavior,  and respect the decisions that person had in the past. " 

Wendy said, "Com'on, Master, tell us who it is! Is it someone we all known from the past?"

Natsu said, "Well, I should be the one telling this, Master. If you don't mind." 

The old man nods in total agreement, as the guild were silence , wondering who the new member of the guild would be. 

"Actually, it's someone in this room . It's actually you, Zeref." He said, with total pride as everyone was in total shock as I was. 

"Wait , WHAT?!?"

Natsu was beaming happily as if this was his plan from the start. Mest was the first person to reply back. 

"What the hell, Natsu?!? You honestly think making Zeref part of the guild? Don't you forgotten what he has done to us in the War and all of Magnolia for crying out loud!" 

The guild was silent as waiting for the Dragon Slayer to answer the question of why he was requesting me to part of Fairy Tail. 

He jumped from the stage and walks towards me, touching my shoulder. 

"Zeref, I never wanted to be apart from you ever again. You're my brother, and we never had a chance to become brothers. 

This is our chance to be the brothers we supposed to be. We can go on missions together, have fun together. 

Zeref, this is the life I wanted, I have the guild, but it's not totally compete without you in it. " 

I looked at Mavis who was beaming with Natsu's decision. "Well, I think it's a great idea, Natsu. Zeref, you deserve a second chance with all of us." 

Lucy

I was amazed of Natsu. He was so determined of having Zeref into his life, even though I known that he was suffering with the fact he never had any family besides Fairy Tail, the family he known since childhood. 

Ezra seems to be dumbfound by the result of his actions, but she seems to laugh at the fire Dragon Slayer. 

"Well, that is something that Natsu would do. I am not entirely surprise of this sudden request." 

Mest yells, "But Erza!" The Fairy Tail Seventh guild master raised her hand , due to Mest's outburst. 

"This is what Natsu really needs, he needs Zeref, and they do belong together. We have to accept this opportunity will it still stands. I would be honored if Zeref would be a guild member to our guild. " 

"Ezra..." Natsu said, in disbelief that Ezra would stand up for his decision of letting Zeref into the Guild. 

The more I thought about it, the more I realize that Erza was right. It took drastic measures for Natsu to make Master Makarov to allow Zeref into the Fairy Tail Guild. 

Zeref was greeted by so many of the members of the guild, that I was amazed that they actually ok with them there. 

Natsu declared, "Let's get this welcoming party started already!" 

It was a night to remember as Natsu was completely asleep as Zeref chuckled at him, by putting a blanket over his little brother. 

"I see that you're taking the responsibility as a big brother ok. " I said to Zeref, as he was shocked of my appearance. 

"Damn. You scared me, Lucy. " He said, as he looked at the snoring Dragon Slayer. 

 "Well, you are part of Fairy Tail now, so accept it, you'll see more of me." I said to him. 

"You know, you and Natsu make a good couple. He cared for you, and also he has a major crush on you." Zeref said. 

My cheeks were red, as I said, "Z-Zeref, you can't say that! I mean, it's not possible-" 

"Oh, how come your cheeks are red, too embarrassed about it?" He asks. 

"If that is true, why didn't Natsu tell me himself?" I asked the black wizard , waving my arms. 

"You should ask him . You know him longer than I do. I'm heading to Natsu's place for the night. Later." Zeref said, running off. 

There was something I never told Natsu when I rewrote the book of E.N.D. 

There was a price, and for some time now, only Gray knew the hidden truth, also does Master Makarov.

The 8th guild master walks up to me, "You have to tell Natsu about what happened to you, Lucy. Zeref is right. He does care about you . " 

"I don't know if he would accept it. I barely keep it as a secret from him. He'll be furious." I said. 

"It's the right thing to do." Master Makarov said, as I looked at Natsu. 

Natsu

I woke up to see that Zeref had left the Fairy Tail Guild. 

"Oh, man. Zeref , you left me again. What a pain." I muttered of how my big brother was as I noticed Lucy. 

I walked to the Celestial Wizard with a curious expression on my face. 

"Lucy. Is something bothering you?" I ask her, as she sighs, "You know that the War is over, and you fought your brother with me and Gray." 

I said, remembering, "Yeah, you got the Book of E.N.D, the book was the one who kept me alive , as a demon. 

Mavis gave it to you, that's what I've heard from Zeref. Why you ask about it now?"

She took a deep breath, as to wonder if she should say it out loud or not. 

"You may not like what you want to hear, Natsu." She said , as I put my hands to her shoulders, "Lu. You can tell me anything you want to say, no matter what. 

You help me of reuniting me with my older brother and we're starting a new leaf. " 

She sighs of knowing that I wouldn't say no. 

She took off her shirt and it reveals that she lost her entire left arm. 

"Lucy, I .. I..." I stammered with enteral shock . 

"When I rewrote the E.N.D, the power of it was so painful, but I knew I had to keep going to save you from dying, even Gray kept the heat of the power cool enough for me to continue writing the demonic holographs flowing out of the book. 

When the War ended, my left arm I was using to wield magic, the one I used to rewrite the Book of E.N.D, it was gone. " 

I said, "Why you didn't bother to tell me the truth you lost your entire arm, Lucy! I should've known something was off about it. "  

Lucy said, " I'm so sorry. " 

She ran out of the guild, "Lucy, wait!" 

I ran to my house where Zeref was waiting for me. 

"Bro, what's wrong?"

I grabbed an old shirt of Lucy when she last visited Happy and me. 

"It's Lucy, she ran off , shirtless and she told me about the price she made when she rewrote E.N.D. 

I should've been there for her. "

"Why you here, Natsu, go after her! " I was in shock of my brother's enthusiasm. 

"Anki, you sure?" I ask. The black wizard nods, "Yeah. Go. Besides if you want something, go after it , I'm not stopping you this time, little brother." 

I smiled, "Thanks, Zeref. It meant a lot coming from you." 

I really hope that I can find Lucy, to tell her how I really felt about her.
