Natsu

Zeref and I exchange glances at one other. Did he overheard my conversation with Laxus? If he did, why didn't he say something?

"Zeref. " I said to my older brother, "Please. Don't run. I can't bear it any longer. I get that you felt overwhelm about everything. 

You're not the only one who feels that way. I just never knew that you were my brother all this time, and I can't just abandon you. 

I wanted to say something to you, as a brother, not an enemy. For that... I'm so sorry, Zeref! " 

I run towards him as I embrace him in a tight hug, feeling him as a brother , my living family member I had left. 

"I ... I really missed you, Zeref. Knowing you're my older brother, I can't shake of loosing you." I said. 

Zeref was too hesitant of the embrace, but then slowly, I felt it. His arms wrapping around me, to return the embrace for the first time. 

No one interrupted us, it was the first interaction we had, finally. 

"Natsu." Zeref said, still hugging me. 

Ezra  

I still can't believe that the war has finally come to an end. Even though Magnolia was destroyed again, I still can't honestly believe it. 

"7th Guild master, what's on your mind?" Someone asks me. I turned to see it was Levy, an good friend and member of the guild. 

I rubbed my head with pure embarrassment,  "Levy, I thought I told the whole guild to not call me the seventh guild master. I stepped down , remember?" 

"Well, you are still technically are. It's not like anyone would take you seriously." Levy said, pointing out. 

I sigh, knowing that she was right. I turned around, concerning for one person. 

"Levy, I'm a bit curious. Where is Natsu? I have some questions I want answers." 

"Oh, Natsu? I think he went to find Zeref , along with Happy. " Levy said. I was in total shock, why does Natsu want with that monster?

Doesn't he realize that he's putting himself in danger?" 

I run as Levy ask, "W-Wait, Ezra, where you going?" 

"I have to find Natsu! " I replied to the mage, as Levy shrugs at my actions, knowing that I can't be stopped. 

What I saw, shocked me. Zeref and Natsu, not fighting, but embracing each other's warmth. I don't know what to think. 

As they let go, Zeref said, "Natsu, I don't know what to say. After everything, why? Why didn't you hate me of what I've done to you and Fairy Tail?

It's not like they'll forgive me, considering that they still think I'm a threat ." 

Natsu said, "Zeref, I really don't care of what they think of you. I want to be by your side, no matter what. 

I wasn't there for you when you were alone and I didn't know how you felt when we first encounter each other on Tenrou Island, and now I felt miserable for doing that, I see that now. 

We needed each other , no matter what. " 

Natsu said, "From now on, no more secrets between us. Let's move forward together." 

I never seen Natsu like this, so emotional about his feelings towards someone, especially someone like Zeref, the black wizard. 

Zeref asks, "You sure about this, Natsu? " 

Natsu nods, "Yeah, I am. So, no more crying , ok? Com'on, let's go to my house, Aniki." 

I back up in total shock of what I heard just now. Did Natsu called Zeref, our enemy, Aniki? 

"Why did Natsu called Zeref that? I just don't understand! " I thought. I followed them as Natsu pours tea as Zeref seems to be quiet. 

Zeref

I still can't believe that Natsu trusts me, even though I done so much in his entire life. As Natsu pours tea, he notices how quiet I was. 

"Zeref, is something the matter? I'm your brother, tell me." He asks curiously. 

"I just still overwhelmed with everything had happened. It's not like I can forget all of it, especially with Mavis. 

I bet she'll be mad at me." I explain as Natsu pats my back, "Thinking about Mavis huh? I mean, I know it's none of my business to barging into your relationship, but honestly, I think you'll be great as her boyfriend." 

"Oh, really? Do you have someone in your life, too, Natsu?" I ask, as Natsu begins to blush in redness, trying to hide his emotions. 

"Yeah, I guess I do. Lucy. She's always been with me , through everything had happened. She's my best friend and.. I think I'm in love with her. " 

"So, I take it you didn't confess your feelings towards her then?" I ask. 

"I don't know if she felt the same way. For now, we're friends and that's all I need ." Natsu said. 

Suddenly, a woman barged into the house , as she was wearing some type of armor. Natsu begins to sweat as if she was terrifying. 

"Hey, Natsu. Who's she?" I ask. 

Natsu replied , "Well, she's one of the toughest member of Fairy Tail. I have known her ever since we were kids growing up. Her name is Ezra Scarlet. " 

"Natsu! Care to explain why Zeref is here in your house!?!?" She demanded as Natsu said , "Cool yourself, Ezra . Zeref is here because I invited him here. Besides, he's not going to harm me after what we been through." 

It seems to me that Ezra and Natsu have a brother-sister relationship . 

"I guess I should leave . You guys need a lot to talk about." I said, as Natsu said, "No! Wait, you could take my bedroom for the night. Happy and I will sleep in the living room, besides, you and I really need each other. I'll speak to Ezra for a moment. Be right back." 

Natsu 

I pulled Ezra to the kitchen. It does seem like I didn't tell her that Zeref and I are actually siblings. 

Only Lucy , Gray, and Happy  knew that. I hope that she wouldn't freak out. "Start talking, Natsu." 

I took a deep breath, "Ok. You already knew that Zeref and Mavis had the Curse of Contradiction right?"

"Yeah, we knew about Fairy Heart and we also discover that you're E.N.D. too. What's this have to do with Zeref and you?"

I rubbed my head, hoping that she wouldn't be irate. "Well, the truth is... Zeref is actually my older brother." 

She seems stunned by the revelation , as she backs up in disbelief. "You're kidding, Natsu. You're not related to that monster." 

I raised my hands, "I know it's a surprise . Believe me, Ezra, I'm stunned about it too, when he told me about it. 

Zeref was all alone for those years, and he brought me back to life , by using the power of E.N.D. 

He just wants me, not as an enemy , but as a brother. Knowing he's my older brother, I have to know everything, and I want to know the real brother I never knew. 

You have to trust in me, Ezra. He needs this. By then, he'll be accepted as part of Fairy Tail and be with Mavis again. 

I want to take things slow." I said to her. 

Ezra sigh, "Geez, Natsu. Why didn't tell Gray and the others about this. " 

"Oh, Gray and Lucy knew all about it. They are supportive and you should too.  " I replied , as Ezra walks away. 

My brother came as he notices her walking away, "So, how did Ezra took the news we're siblings?" 

"Honestly, I don't know. Sometimes , I don't know what Ezra is thinking. Ezra, Gray, and I grew up together and we can read what the other's thinking. 

Enough about that, how's your injures, Zeref? " I ask. 

He touches the wounds, "Well, it's not that bad, so, there's nothing to it. I also bumped to a friend of yours, Wendy. She made some herbal tea for my powers to heal." 

"So, you met Wendy and Carla huh? She's extremely good Dragon Slayer with healing powers. In some way, she's is like an younger sister to me." 

"I see. So, she um told me to talk to you apparently. But I guess we have a lot to talk about. About our parents and how you died. " Zeref said. 

I hope maybe that I can tell him about Mavis, but can he handle it, she is back to being a normal girl without immorality?

I knew I had to tell him. "Listen, there's something you should know, Aniki."
