F/n appeared in the middle of a dark forest with Ruby still in tow on his back.

Ruby:F-F/n?

F/n:Yeah?

Ruby:Where are we?

F/n:Where we are...is the place were I'm gonna resupply you with water.

Ruby:...What?

F/n:Okay, come on. How do you not get it? Your last name is Rose. Roses need water to survive. And what I'm gonna do is resupply you with water, love in this case.

Ruby:...Oh. So, what are we doing here?

F/n:Well, Red. It's all behind this door.

Ruby:What door?

F/n:*points in front of himself* That door.

Ruby looked up and saw a white door...right there in the middle of the forest.

Ruby:Why is the door here?

F/n:Because...nobody needs to be coming here finding out what's inside and end up spending the rest of time inside there.

Ruby just looked confused so for the sake of the situation, F/n took Ruby inside. Inside was a large house surrounded by trees and greenery, a small lake resting nearby. The house itself had two stories.

Ruby:Whoa! A house was behind that door!?

F/n:Yep, let me show you around.

With that, F/n showed Ruby everything, from the sleeping quarters to the kitchen to the bathouse and everything.

Ruby:Whoa, this place looks really cool!

F/n:Yep. And you know what's more cool? A day out there is a full year in here.

Ruby:*gets shocked* Seriously!?

F/n:Damn right. And, trust me. Two years later, you'll be a badass rose who takes shit from no one, not even your own sister.

Ruby:That sounds cool, but...what about your team?

F/n:Levia will have it under control.

Ruby:You do trust her to keep your whole team under control?

F/n:Trust me, I've witnessed what happens to a person if they object to her orders.

Ruby:Oh....*looks down* I'm not sure about this, F/n.

F/n placed his hands on his girlfriend's shoulders and looked into her silver eyes with his bi-colored ones.

F/n:Ruby...I understand that you might not be ready to be a full-on fighter, but at least you won't have to suffer anymore psychological or physical pain. It should be what your mother and aunt wants...but it's obviously what I want. Trust me, I know what's best for you.

Ruby took a moment to consider his words and then looked up at him.

Ruby:You're right. *takes out Crescent Rose* Let's do this! *pumps a fist into the air* BANZAI!

F/n:...What?

Ruby:It's my catchphrase now since I'm not with my team anymore.

F/n:Touché.

F/n had fully trained Ruby for two days (years) and lived a temporarily peaceful and secluded life with her after, therefore turning her into a seventeen-year old girl who just downright dangerous and hardened. That being said, now Ruby was more capable of being able to handle herself in bad situations, whether with Grimm, villains, monsters, or...her own tormentors.

After that, F/n decided to show her the world, all of its residing entities and issues that were currently in play. During those few days, he even took her out on missions with him, even sharing half of his savings with her after each one.

In conclusion, F/n had managed to turn his sweet and adorable girlfriend into a sweet, adorable, and BADASS mercenary.

In a city somewhere in the world, F/n and Ruby were seen standing on a rooftop amidst the chaos that involved some bird and Hulk mutants and Grimm attacking.

F/n:Well, Ruby. Here's another opportunity to prove yourself. *takes out Red Bastard/Sword Mode* Ready?

Ruby:*takes out Crescent Rose/Sword Mode* Ready when you are.

F/n:*nods* Let's go.

The two jumped down in the middle of the chaos.

F/n:Hey, Terrence knockoffs and Shadow Illusions. Come at us.

Sure enough, the two were attacked from all sides, but...

Training under F/n allowed Ruby to assist her already powerful boyfriend in disposing of the threats before they were able to stop.

F/n:You know, Ruby? You would've made a great Huntress if I was there with you from the start.

Ruby:*smiles* That would've been nice, but I prefer this. It's more exciting and less abusive.

F/n:Yeah.

???:You two!

F/n looked and saw some officers there. With no hesitation, he grabbed Ruby's arm and teleported away into an alleyway.

Ruby:Why did you do that?

F/n:Tch, last thing I feel like dealing with are authorities. They can be annoying sometimes, saying my methods are wrong and unnecessary.

Ruby:Well, what about...

Suddenly...

Somebody bumped into Ruby and fell to the ground. The two turned to see a young girl right there behind them.

F/n:Huh?

Ruby:*kneels down to her* What are you doing out here alone, little girl?

???:Uh...

???:I wouldn't touch her if I were you.

F/n and Ruby looked up to see...some guy right there before noticing the face on the girl's.

F/n:Okay, who the hell are you?

???:Don't worry about that, you. Just know that this girl is more dangerous than you think.

F/n just gave a glare to him.

F/n:And what have you done with her?

The guy didn't answer. He just began to walk forward, right towards the girl. However, F/n was quick to snatch the girl up into his arms.

F/n:Don't even try it if you want to keep your hands!

???:What makes you want to protect her? She's nothing more than the source to returning the world back to the way it used to be?

Then suddenly, F/n went on and delivered a swift punch to the man's face, causing severe damage.

F/n:If you think a little girl is the source to destroying the world, then you must be out your damn mind!

F/n then grabbed onto Ruby and teleported away with her, leaving the upset man behind.

F/n and Ruby were seen in their temporary apartment, checking on the wounds of the girl they now knew as Eri.

F/n:Unbelievable! Doing this type of stuff to a child!? What else did he do to you?

F/n placed his hand on Eri's forehead and saw...everything.

Her accidentally erasing her father from existence using her Quirk...

Her mother disowning her...

Her body being destroyed and reconstructed to create a power-destroying drug out of her blood and cells...

Her life being downright horrible due to the treatment she was subjected to...

That's when F/n stopped and looked down at Eri.

F/n:Hm, you lived such a terrible life huh? I never thought somebody could go that far.

Eri then suddenly broke down in tears, causing her to get hugged by F/n as he tried to comfort her.

A moment later, Eri was seen asleep in F/n's arms as Ruby sat next to her.

Ruby:So, what do we do with her?

F/n:The right thing to do, Ruby...we keep her and treat her as if she was our own.

Ruby:*goes red* What?

F/n:Come on. The poor girl's been through too much. Plus...don't tell me you never thought about it before.

Ruby looked away in embarrassment.

Ruby:Ma-Maybe...I don't know.

F/n:Well, that's that. She's staying with you and me. We can introduce her to the others later.

Ruby:You're right. And tomorrow...think we could go and buy her some new clothes later?

F/n:...Yes. It's all for the better.

The Next Day

F/n was seen sitting down and waiting for Ruby and Eri to come out with a new outfit they found for her.

Ruby:It'll be fine, Eri. Just step out and F/n will tell you if it's good.

Eri did as Ruby told her and F/n looked over her.

Eri:Ho-How do I look?

F/n:*smiles* It fits you...a lot.

That caused a smile to come to her face.

Ruby:Alright, let's do another one.

Ruby sped off and came back with another one that...made F/n look at her with question.

Ruby:Come on! It'll definitely fit her personality.

Next thing to happen was Ruby and Eri taking some time to get her ready. When Eri finally stepped out...

Eri:Does this look good?

F/n:Okay, that's just...adorable. I can feel my heart melting just looking at you right now!

Ruby:*smiles triumphantly* Told you it would fit her.

F/n decided to just take a picture of Eri that way.

F/n:Wait until the others see something like this.

After getting some more clothes for Eri, the three then left the store as the screen went black.

However, none of them would've guess that life would get a tad bit more intense considering some things.
