~No ones POV~
Adrien was still asleep in Marinette's bed, he moaned like he was in pain. He clutched the blanket tightly to his heart. "Marinette!, my dear Mari come back please! Wait for me! MARI!!"
Suddenly Adrien's eyes snapped open breathing heavily.

~Adrien POV ~
"Mari" I said breathily tears began to trickle down my cheeks. I turned to the window to see that the sun was beginning to rise, I sighed then looked down a slight smile crawled on my lips when I saw Plagg curling up on my lap and purring. "Thank you Plagg" I moved my hands under and around Plagg cupping him and lift him onto the pillow so I could get out of the bed. Standing up I stretched till I heard a crack to help loosen my muscles, I starting to rub my eyes to get the sleep out as I stepped down the steps. And walk over to the desk where my bag was and opened it, reaching inside I grabbed the tin with Plagg's cheese inside. Walking over to Plagg's sleeping form and waved the cheese close to his nose, if in a heartbeat Plagg woke up and snatched the cheese out of my hand and swallowed it in one piece. Plagg looked up at me and smiled weakly and flew up to my cheek and rubbed against my cheek purring saying "are you okay Adrien?" I stepped away and tried to smile but I couldn't. Glancing away from Plagg green cat eyes I mumbled "I'll be fine, I-I just need to find Mari" Plagg smiled sympathetically and whispered "we will find her Adrien, we will."

Suddenly sound came from the hatch, Plagg hid quickly in my jacket. The hatch opened reavling Marinette's mother, Sabine, she looked up at me and smiled. I could see that her eyes were red probably from crying , then Sabine said "Adrien it's time for breakfast come down okay" I nodded saying "okay Mrs dupian Cheng I'm coming" Sabine smiled softly and replied "Adrien just call me Sabine okay, we'll see you down stairs" with that said Sabine left and shut the hatch behind her. I sighed and started to clean myself up and I opened my jacket, looking down at Plagg and he looked up at me and both of us nodded. I walked over the hatch, opening it and stepping down the stairs and entered the kitchen to see Tom and Sabine making breakfast. Sabine turned to me and asked "Adrien could you please wake up Alya and Nino, they're on the sofa " I nodded, stepping into the living room I saw Nino holding Alya close to himself sleeping, my heart clutched tightly. Getting closer to them I reached out to shake them awake I noticed tear marks on both of their faces, a frown appeared on my lips the clutching on my heart tighten slightly more. I sighed shaking them awake, moans came from the two as their eyes opened both looked up at me confused I just said "it's breakfast guys" both of them nodded and got up off the sofa and we walked into the kitchen and the table was full of food. My stomach growled, demanding food. Getting my food I began to eat slowly glazing out of the window thinking
'Marinette where are you?'
I sighed and just continued to eat.

~ No one's POV~
::: At Adrien's home (Agreste mansion)::::

Marinette and Natalie stood by the door watching Gabriel standing in front of the window sighing. The two women glazed at each other in concern. Then suddenly Gabriel spun on his heels and sat down at his desk saying "please come in Mr Kirkland"
(😅sorry about the name, I had a name before but my phone glitches and I lost all of my chapter 8 yeah sorry about it) The door opened and a figure stepped in, Marinette turned towards the figure her eyebrows raised and through 'I know him!!! But where from?'

Mr Kirkland laughed his tone set shivers down all three of their spines. Chuckling lightly Mr Kirkland says "oh please just call me Alister but Yami is fine too" Natalie looked at Yami confused asking "why Yami if you don't mind me asking?" Yami turned to her replying "it's a nickname everyone I know calls me due to the fact my eyes turn black and I always wear black" Yami smiled, his perfect white teeth showing themselves, his eyes wondered to Marinette and his eyes turned serious. Turning his body towards Gabriel he said his tone becoming unrecognisable "okay now it's time for business Gabriel" Gabriel nodded understanding the moment and both men also marinette and Natalie sat down silently. Yami looked at Gabriel sharply "Gabriel, I'm here about Marinette" Marinette's eyes darting at Yami.

Gabriel's expression was shock but his eyes downcast and hummed in agreement. Marinette tired to speak but words could come out and she began to panic till a voice in her mind said "Marinette, my dear calm down and let me explain" that voice was of Yami, Marinette glanced over to Yami with a look of pleading for an explanation. Yami sighed looking at the three with serious eyes and began to explain "okay, Marinette listen now, you are a demon but a kind demon got it and Gabriel Agreste here will take care of you with Miss Natalie's help but only stay and listen to them and no one else. I can create a bond so that you three can talk through the mind because Marinette you can't talk too anyone else but only very little to Gabriel here and protect him and he will protect you too and you are his maid and listen to him.You all understand?" The three nodded and Marinette was still a bit uncomfortable with the situation but she can live with it.

With that done Yami smiled like the Cheshire Cat and stepped towards Marinette and wrapped his long limbs around her and held her close whispering "you died Mari but Gabriel help bring you back but sadly your memories of your old life are gone" Marinette nodded but as they parted she smiled gently at him, to signal that she'll be fine. All of a sudden Yami jumped up excitedly saying "it's time for cake and tea yay!" Gabriel and Natalie face planted by smile while Marinette did a soundless giggle but all of them could hear a small delicate bell ringing beautiful in their heads.

::::Meanwhile with Adrien:::::
       ~No ones POV~
As Adrien, Nino and Alya left the bakery and began walking to the school still with tear marks on their faces. All of them thought 'Marinette we will find you and fix my mistakes'.

Well that's chapter 8, I love to do writing but I wish have more time doing it well I hope you enjoy and sorry for taking so so to update it and yeah I just wanted to warn you all that chapter 9 may take a while due to the fact that first my phone glitch and lost mostly of the chapter and I have to rewrite them and that 8,9, 10 were completely gone, yeah I have sorta forgotten everything that I wrote for them so yeah 😂 hours and hours of writing is gone but what can you do. Yeah sorry having this talk. Mari out
