Passive: The needle: for every 100 steps Samuel's next basic attack will be enhanced dealing more physical damage and a bonus lifesteal

Q(1st skill): charge: Samuel dashes in a designated direction and damages minions and enemy champions dealing small damage

W(2nd skill): Puncture: Samuel will charge his rapier and strikes his rapier in a designated target dealing physical damage and it will past through minions but when it hits an enemy champion it will stun for 0.5 secons

E(3rd skill): Parry: Samuel raises his rapier in a defensive state and makes him unable to move in a second when a melee minion, a melee jungle monster or an enemy melee champion attacks him while using this skill he will poke that who attacks him dealing physical damage and gains 20% movement speed
