That's all I've got to say to that.

Alright, Adam Lambert might be good with standing in for Queen's frontman (I wouldn't know I haven't heard him sing with them but I'm sure he at least decent or they wouldn't have hired him) but Led Zeppelin isn't Led Zeppelin with only two members of the band performing. Hence why when only Page and Plant performed together in the 90s, they called themselves 'Page And Plant Unledded'. Led Zeppelin was the four of them, always has been and always will be. End of. Even with three of them, even with John Bonham's son on the drums - who has more of a right to play with them than anyone - it's barely Led Zeppelin. With only two members they might as well call themselves 'Page, Jones and that guy off Pop Idol'.

It just makes me a little angry that this guy thinks he can come in and just replace another legend that easily. Not to mention that even if he can act as a passable stand-in for Freddie Mercury, Freddie Mercury and Robert Plant have very different singing styles. Can this guy really claim he can sing like both of them? I can't imagine a single Led Zeppelin song done well where the vocalist cannot sing like Plant; Dazed and Confused, Kashmir, Immigrant Song? I've seen any number of shit covers of Immigrant Song, and most of them turn that famous scream at the beginning into a pitchy, out-of-tune warble. Not saying Adam Lambert would be that bad - he can clearly sing - but it makes me cringe just thinking about it.
