When you aren't okay, what do you do? What do you think, say, feel?

Maybe you don't do anything.

Maybe you try to do everything.

Maybe your mind is too quiet.

Maybe your mind is too loud.

Maybe all you want to do is be silent.

Maybe all you want is someone to talk with.

Maybe you don't feel anything.

Maybe you feel everything all at once.

However you are when you aren't okay, is okay.

Being able to identify when you aren't okay is a feat in itself.

You start heading towards being better when you are ready.

Take your time, it's alright.
